You don’t have to lose all those fat around your waist for heart disease prevention. In fact, even if you lose just a little of those fat, your chances of getting a heart disease decreases already.

There are many ways to get rid of visceral fats in the body. But what you really need to do is to take action. You don’t have to go to the gym or even exercise everyday. But you need to be active. Just 20 to 40 minutes of exercise everyday is enough for heart disease prevention.
