Let's face it; there is no quick fix for weight loss (outside of surgery). No matter what method you use to lose weight, you must decrease your intake of calories to lose weight and to maintain your new weight. Effectively managing your weight is an issue of a lifestyle of prudent or healthy choices, including an increase in physical activity. Even if you go the surgical route, lifestyle management is still the long-term solution. In practice I have seen individuals who have sudden and effective weight loss with bypass or stomach stapling surgeries. However, the patients who go back to their poor diet choices historically gain wait in excess of their ideal body weight or re-gain a great percentage of their previous weight that they had lost.
To effectively lose weight, one may choose natural products or supplements which may help to support the body and its metabolism to help make losing weight more favorable. Weight loss enhancers or supplements are not magic potions. You have to do your part. Supplements typically work by increasing the body's metabolism, therefore increasing the rate at which your body burns fat. However, when you use supplements, do not use supplements with ephedra. Ephedra can be a potent stimulant to the heart and nervous system and can speed up the heart rate. If you have heart disease (especially coronary artery disease), stimulating the heart can be deadly.
One promoting natural supplement that I have seen is SlenderWize. This product is made by a company by the name of Cyberwize. This supplement is ephedra free. It is rich in B6, B12, Vitamin C, Niacin, and Folic acid (folate). SlenderWize also contains Grape seed extract, Green tea extract, Ginko Biloba extract, Ginger root extract, L-Tyrosine and many other nutrients. Slenderwize has more than 20 nutrients. It also contains some caffeine and theophylline. As with any supplement, consult with your health care provider to see if any supplement is right for you. Getting medical consultation is especially prudent if you are taking prescribed medicines or have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
Weight loss is difficult for most people. Although losing weight is difficult, it's not complex. You can lose weight by either decreasing input (Calories) and or increasing output. Increasing output involves either exercise or speeding up the body's metabolism (supplements, exercise as well). Please check with your healthcare provider before starting an exercise program or using any weight loss enhancers such as supplements.
