The benefits of juicing are countless!
Initially before I started juicing, I had only experienced the carrot juice and thought it was more of a chore (cleaning the apparatus) and did not realize the health benefits that juicing offered.
Then through being diagnosed with fibroids, and speaking with a dear friend of mine who had gone through the same experience, anemia, losing pints of blood, being embarrassed in public due to blood gushing out, bloated stomachs are just a few of the typical symptoms associated with fibroids.
During our conversation I was informed about juicing – green juicing! I had never heard about green juicing before and I was so adamant that I was not going to have the hysterectomy operation that I was damned if I was going to be defeated!
Green juicing – what a fantastic reviver! Since being diagnosed with fibroids, I have never felt so alive – the properties associated with the green vegetable juicing is mind blowing. The benefits of being able to now open my bowels with no effort at all is immense. I have had problems going to the toilet for over 30 years and now I know what the problem is – its all down to the foods I eat.
I am telling you this – green juicing is a fabulous solution for many ailments. We need to be mindful of the miraculous benefits associated with juicing. We are unaware of what proteins vegetables contain and the advantages they have to our internal being. We need to understand that juicing every day can introduce so many additional health benefits to our system – as long as you can juice and eat sensibly coupled together you are onto a winner.
The benefits that you will receive from juicing is unexplainable. Its something you need to experience for yourself. Cut out the bad foods and introduce your system with new foods and your body will soon start rejecting the foods you were so accustomed to eating before. You won’t be going back to eating poor foods, you will change your eating habits, you will be juicing, I can assure you, by the new you, by the weight loss and by the energy you exude from this journey, you will radiate from this.
There is so much to learn and gain from juicing. You need to be passionate about wanting to make changes to your current lifestyle to experience the wealth of change that changing your diet can bring. You will be exercising effortlessly once you have noticed the benefits of weight loss, healthier skin, stronger nails, and feeling totally energized.
