Why not try drinking tea with a squeeze of lemon instead of milk and sugar? Avoid too much caffeine as it can slow down weight loss. Also remember alcoholic drinks should be kept to a minimum and so should sodas and fruit juices that are filled with sugar and chemicals.

You can also use the grated rind of lemons or limes in deserts and even adding some to your favorite chicken dishes which can add some zing and flavor to them for a nice twist.

You will find that moderate exercise and a healthy eating regime, and enough sleep at night combined with a daily glass of water and lemon juice, will put you way ahead of the rest in your quest of reducing your body fat.
