Nail Fungus And Listerine

Listerine Can Help Cure Nail Fungus

Although Listerine is well known as a superior germ-killing mouthwash, it has many other uses including treatment for nail fungus. Many people have reported that their nail fungus problem is cured by soaking their foot or finger in Listerine.

Listerine can be used like any other soaking solution such as hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, etc. Some people add a tiny bit of household bleach to the soaking solution. Either powdered bleach or liquid bleach may be used. It generally takes a few months of using Listerine before the nail fungus is cured. For best results, the fungus sufferer must soak his or foot in Listerine at least thirty minutes each day.

Although this treatment is generally effective it is a very slow method of treating the nail fungus. You may have to use this treatment for several months before the nail fungus infection is completely cured. However, you should have almost immediate relief from the itchiness, pain and swelling that often accompany nail fungus infections.

Skipping the treatment for even one day can slow down the healing process. The treatment must be continued until the nail begins to look healthy and not discolored or disfigured. For more info see http://www.treatnailfungus.org/treatment/PreventionNailFungus.htm

Some people say mixing vinegar to the Listerine solution brings results much faster.
Vinegar creates and acidic environment in which fungi cannot thrive. Vinegar almost instantly relieves the itchiness that is associated with nail fungus infections. Any type of vinegar will work but most people use regular white vinegar. Some people take two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar by mouth twice a day to help prevent and cure nail fungus infections. Because the taste of apple cider vinegar is offensive to many people, it is often mixed with fruit juice before it is put on the spoon.

Rather than soaking in the Listerine and vinegar mixture, some people simply paint it over the affected nail to get the desired results. While there is no scientific evidence to back up Listerine’s role in treating fungus infections, it is not likely to do harm and it is a cost effective way to address the problem. Prescription medications to treat nail fungus often cost 8-10 dollars per day and that become very expensive if the nail fungus lingers. Given the expensive of prescription medications, Listerine for nail fungus is certainly worth a try.

Type 2 Diabetes – Healthy Lifestyle Changes Benefit Women With Gestational Diabetes

Women with Gestational or pregnancy-related diabetes can improve both their own and their child’s health with lifestyle interventions, according to a report published in May of 2017 in the Cochrane Database System Review. Investigators at the University of Auckland and several other research facilities in New Zealand and the UK combined the results of fifteen studies and analyzed them as if they were one large study. The mega-study included a total of 4501 women diagnosed with Gestational diabetes and their 3768 infants. Lifestyle changes included…

  • diet,
  • exercise,
  • self-monitoring of blood sugar, and
  • education.

A control group received the usual care.

Women who made lifestyle changes had a 75 percent higher rate of reaching their weight goals one year after giving birth than the mothers in the control group. The lifestyle change group also had a 51 percent lower risk of becoming depressed after childbirth. Babies from the lifestyle change group had a lower risk of being overweight at birth and had less fat mass than those in the non-change group.

None of the trials looked at long-term health in the children. The workers concluded lifestyle change was helpful for controlling the mother’s weight. Maintaining a healthy weight is one way of preventing Gestational diabetes and preventing overweight and excess fat in their children. They went on to say long-term studies are needed to give us more information on the babies of mothers diagnosed with Gestational diabetes.

The University of California in San Francisco, United States, recommends women with Gestational diabetes plan their diets with the assistance of dietitians and…

  • limit carbohydrates to the equivalent of two slices of bread at every meal.
  • avoid sugary snacks and desserts.
  • limit fruit to three portions each day and eat at different meals.
  • eat the daily amount of food in three meals and two snacks to help keep blood sugar levels stable.
  • avoid fruit juices, and
  • keep dietary records.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is positive about controlling Gestational diabetes using a healthy diet and exercise. In general, 30 minutes of moderate exercise is healthy for the majority of pregnant women…

  • all pregnant women should be medically evaluated before planning a course of exercise.
  • women who have been sedentary before pregnancy need to plan especially carefully to avoid any unaccustomed strain.

Some sports are acceptable, but sports in which body contact or falls are common should be prevented. Scuba diving needs to be avoided because decompression sickness can be fatal to the unborn baby.

What is a Healthy Eating Plan?

Healthy eating is important for everyone, from babies to the elderly. Learning to eat well is more than just eating a variety of foods so that your body gets the proper nutrients. It is also about enjoyment of foods and maintaining a healthy weight. Anyone can eat for good health. It involves 2 simple steps. First is to eat foods from all the different food groups. The second step is to eat a variety of foods from each group every day. Sounds simple. However so many people are not following a healthy eating plan. Busy lifestyles, availability of fast food, advertising and a lack of understanding of what healthy food is, all work against people trying for healthyier eating. Unhealthy eating causes illness and weight problems. Type 2 diabetes is increasing dramatically and is directly linked to the increase in obesity. Heart disease and some cancers are also linked to obesity.

A study by the Medical Journal of Australia found that 56% of Australian adults are considered overweight or obese. This is a 61% increase in obesity since 1991 Un-treated obesity poses significant, even life-threatening health risks.

Everyone understands the importance of having car / home / insurance. Have you considered the importance of nutritional insurance? This means eating the foods that will protect you against future disease, and understanding the benefits nutritional supplements can provide.

If you are currently not following a healthy plan you will be surprised that you are most likely not eating enough. You may need to increase the amount of food you consume.

Never skip meals. It is important for your metabolism t eat 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks.

By following a healthy eating plan you will maintain your body in optimum fitness. You will decrease your risk of developing life style diseases. Your body will reward you by being in peak condition.

Benefits of Polywood Outdoor Furniture in Commercial Properties

Polywood is a modern alternative to traditional wooden outdoor furniture for commercial properties. Polywood is engineered from recycled milk jugs and water bottles once destined for the landfill. Then, the material is crafted to look and feel exactly like real wood. Combining the aesthetics of wood with the durability of plastic makes it perfect for commercial properties

Polywood is virtually impervious to all weather conditions: it won’t crack, warp, or rot. This non-porous plastic does not attract or harbor insects, mold or fungus and vandals find it difficult to harm commercial-grade Polywood furniture. Polywood outdoor furniture is easily cleaned with soap and water and is durable enough to withstand power-washing.

Polywood also comes in a variety of eye-catching colors. Unlike traditional lumber, the colorants are not simply applied to the surface, but appear throughout the entire material. Therefore, knicks and bumps will be nearly invisible as there will be no break in the color. The colors are fade-resistant and will never need to be repainted, saving you in labor costs.

Compared to patio furniture made from treated lumber, Polywood outdoor furniture is non-toxic and does not leach arsenic, heavy metals or chemicals that could contaminate the surrounding soil. Polywood is projected to last for 50 years and then continues to be environmentally friendly. At the end of its useful life, commercial Polywood patio furniture is easy and economical to dispose of because it is recyclable.

Especially for sites endeavoring to create a more environmentally friendly landscape and instill green initiatives, polywood furnishings will decrease your eco-foot print. Polywood outdoor furniture both decreases the use of natural resources and creates furniture that will last longer with significantly less maintenance than traditional lumber. Plus, when it is finally time to replace it, the polywood furniture is is completely recyclable. As many green initiatives do, polywood outdoor furniture will save a site money in the long run. It’s clear that Polywood furniture provides a significant number of benefits for commercial properties.

Where Can I Get Real Help Regarding This Important Matter of Joy and Love and Peace?

Can someone coach me regarding this whole matter of joy which appears to elude and escape me? Where can I find joy? Why do I find so many people know very little about joy? What can I do to experience joy?

Joy is a by-product of love, and it follows love.

If a man concentrates on finding JOY it will elude him. He will miss it.

Things and people come and go, as do pleasures. What lasts is faith and hope, and love.

All this led me to a serious study of the topic of joy and I went to Paul’s letter to the Galatians Chapter 5 and verses 22 and 23.

The source of JOY is our relationship with the Holy Spirit.

When we are down, or depressed, or feeling dejected, or under attack, it is good and wise to come to God and to Jesus Christ, and allow the risen and living Lord Jesus Christ to minister to you.

Psalm 73 has much to teach us in this important area, from an Old Testament perspective..

What is the way out – out of that cloud – away from that shadow – out of that depression – out of that despair – out of that darkness?

We make our way to God – normally publicly – in the open – in fellowship with others. If you try to do it in a corner, you may just become more entrapped in the vicious circle of depression.

The more you look at your problem, the less you look at Jesus.

He has borne our grief and carried our sorrows.

We read in John Chapter 16 verses 17 to 22 – Jesus could see that His men were troubled. Jesus speaks to them – and explains the truth to them.

Jesus did not hide His chosen ones from reality, and every disciple of Jesus Christ needs to know verse 33. We need to know that it is there, because we may find ourselves needing these words more and more. “In the world you will have trouble – but take heed – cheer up – face reality – I have overcome the world.”

There is a relevant passage in Romans Chapter 5 verses 1 to 6. We read it in connection with LOVE, but see there the place of JOY. Do take time to read these various scripture passages. So often God has a special blessing for those who read His Holy Word.

In verse 11 there is a grand climax, “We rejoice in God. That can never be taken away from you. If you find your joy in God through Jesus Christ – no man can take that away from you. It is possible to lose it. It is possible to prevent the fruit of joy from growing, but that is a different matter.

Turn to the letter of James – and look at these opening words. It would appear that there is JOY, and there is something called PURE JOY.

Here is how we can experience PURE JOY. Whenever you face trials of many kinds, Jesus is giving you the opportunity to experience PURE JOY.

Yes, there is JOY in worship – yes, there is JOY which springs up in our heart when we see something fresh in the Word of God – or when we hear of someone coming to believing faith in Jesus Christ. Yes, there are other spiritual joys – but PURE JOY is to be experienced when we are facing trials?

And why? It is always good to know why.

It is always good to know the reason. Because you are sitting a test – Jesus is setting you an examination. He is testing your faith – your obedience. He is wanting to see how you are doing – and why? Because His aim is to develop perseverance, and the only way we can develop perseverance is by persevering.

Like most spiritual truths, you cannot learn this from a text book.

Are we passing the tests which Jesus sets us? What marks are we getting? Has God let you see your report card? How strong is your perseverance – your endurance?

I remember seeing soldiers in the Iraqi army deserting, because of bad and poor leadership. Sometimes when people are tested in the front line of the Church of Jesus Christ they run away – they desert. They are not deserting a bad leader – but Jesus Christ the King of Kings.

There is no JOY on the face of a deserter from the army of Jesus Christ.

Don’t be a deserter – that just leads you into the desert – years in the wilderness.

Be a disciple – face the trials – of many kinds – they will come at you from all directions – air, sea, land. It is the same in spiritual warfare.

Your perseverance is developed, and it can become a source of PURE JOY.

It may not seem joyous at the time – it may be very painful – but joy will be budding and about to burst forth into leaf – with Pure Joy being produced as a fruit.

One final passage – Acts Chapter 13 – Paul and Barnabas are on that first missionary journey. God spoke during a time of worship and fasting. They landed up in central Turkey. We never know where Jesus will lead us.

People were deeply upset at Paul’s preaching. His witness to Jesus Christ gave rise to scheming and plots.

Verse 50 – things went from bad to worse. Paul and Barnabas were physically expelled – thrown out – rejected – dismissed. But some had come to believe in Jesus, and they were filled with JOY and with the HOLY SPIRIT.

It is to these same people that Paul writes this letter of Galatians.

Verse 52 – You cannot be filled with JOY without the Holy Spirit, and you cannot be filled with the Holy Spirit without experiencing something of the JOY of Jesus Christ.

Father, fill me afresh and anew with Your joy. Come into any sadness with Your unconquerable gladness. Help me to radiate Your joy wherever I go. I realise it is not easy, but I ask for Your help.

Time Management Tips For OCD

If you suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder or OCD, it is quite likely that you know and completely understand that the obsessions and compulsions have the potential to tie up a good portion of your time each and every single day. You likely find it quite challenging to deal with time appropriately. This often stems from the fact that you have a hard time transitioning from one task to another task.

Many patients experience this. You may feel as if you are unable to move from one task to another task. Setting priorities is truly challenging because of the fact that you often trouble yourself with tasks that are considered trivial to most. In this mental health guide, you will be introduced to time management tips that will allow you to make the most of your day.

Planning

The first time management tip for obsessive-compulsive disorder is planning. I know you are likely thinking that there is no way to plan as the unwanted thoughts and the need to perform certain behaviors due to those thoughts is never planned out and you never know when they will overcome you.

This much is true. It is challenging to predict when you will need to perform certain rituals. The fact of the matter is that you know what you need to accomplish ahead of time. If you plan to do the things that are of importance prior to the day, you could possibly incorporate those things into some of the “behaviors” that you indulge in to eliminate unwanted thoughts.

This is much more effective than performing unnecessary tasks such as continuously washing your hands or counting items in your home. For example, if you feel the need to wash your hands and the dishes need done, do the dishes and convince yourself that your hands are becoming clean.

Coping with Anxiety

If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder, it is important to learn how to properly manage your anxiety. You do not always have to cope with the stress that is experienced when you experience the unwanted thoughts.

Many individuals will attempt to fight against the need to perform certain actions in order to overcome their stress. It is important to understand that attempting to fight the urges that you have based on the unwanted thoughts that you are experiencing will only result in distress.

Instead of fighting the need to perform certain actions, simply try to perform rituals and behaviors that will assist you later by choosing only those that are considered to be productive. For example, instead of consistently counting objects around your home, incorporate numbers by using them in the kitchen.

You can measure out ingredients, proportions, and servings. You could make an effort to prepare many meals at once by doing this. This will prevent you from having to make time each day. If you follow these time management techniques, you will quickly discover that you are able to make more time for yourself and the things you enjoy rather than devoting it all to the thoughts and rituals that typically control you.

Type 2 Diabetes – Never Stop Working on Your Health

You may think if you put work in on your health today, you will save yourself from a lot of stress and anxiety later in life. Putting a stop to health problems now is not only prudent; it is ideal. It is true prevention is more important than treatment. With that said, do not let these thoughts lead you to believe you will not have to work on your health in the future because that would be a mistake. The work is never complete. There will always be something you should be doing or could integrate into your lifestyle for improved health. It may not always be hard, but we can assure you it will not always be easy.

Sometimes the truth hurts. However, it is infinitely better than being fed sugar coated advice or stories. The sooner you accept reality, the quicker you can make sense of it and focus on actionable plans. On that note, you must focus on what you can do today. If you know you have health issues, then it is not without reason…

  • are you above a healthy weight? Start taking weight loss seriously.
  • do you have high blood sugar? Start making better food choices, in and out of the kitchen.
  • cardiovascular issues? Following a diet plan with the guidance of a professional will help,

not to mention making changes elsewhere. There is a good chance if you are dealing with more than one health problem there will be some overlap between them. When there is an overlap of health issues, weight loss, diet, and physical activity are prominent mentions in many health discussions. These are not only the problem areas for many people – but they also offer solutions that can be acted on to bring about change.

Moreover, let us say you have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and have struggled with losing weight and stabilizing your blood sugar for years and have finally had enough. You have decided to work on your health to reverse your condition. If all goes well, you will bring your blood sugar levels back to an ideal range within a year. How much time is required will vary, but one year is certainly not an unreasonable plan.

Once you have recovered, the work is not over. You must continue to…

  • eat healthily,
  • watch your weight,
  • exercise, and
  • monitor your blood sugar regularly.

If you are not careful, you could end up back where you started. The same principle applies if your primary goal is weight loss and changing your physique. If you care about your well-being, you will never stop working on your health. It is what it is.

Lastly, don’t worry about what is involved – there will still be work for you tomorrow despite what you have done today. But this is no reason to be despondent – by always working on your health you will be benefitting your well-being in priceless ways. Remember: there is arguably nothing more precious than good health.

Tantric Male Sexual Energy – Understanding Ancient Occult Sexual Teachings Using Modern Revelations

“Sexual energy” is one of the most important energies people have. This is based on Tantra and other teachings. Surely, such energies can be imagined to exist in our minds; however, what kind of modern “scientific” explanations might we be able to use to help identify this “energy” and its importance?

Let’s look at the composition of sperm and seminal fluid. These exotic substances, while seemingly easy to create (as they are created constantly in the male) are some of the most difficult substances for the body to actually manufacture. Apart from its “spiritual” presence, the human body is a huge chemical engineering plant. Food stuffs enter this facility, plus oxygen and liquids, and our body converts these raw materials into substances that allow the body to survive and properly reproduce and function.

Manufacturing, for the human male, these substances excreted during orgasm with accompanying ejaculation, deprives the body of these substances and their valuable ingredients. As was mentioned earlier, these substances are very expensive and difficult for your body to create. Some estimate that to manufacture a teaspoon of seminal fluid uses more energy and substances, by the body, than to make what is required to manufacture ten liters of blood. This is hardly surprising when we learn that cerbro-spinal fluid is made up of similar chemical elements as seminal fluid. Cerebro-spinal fluid is the substance which feeds your brain and spinal cord. It also provides a cushion for the brain (inside the bony skull) and the spinal cord (inside the bony vertebrae).

Once we understand that these male orgasmic fluids have exotic and much-needed ingredients and that it takes an enormous amount of energy to create/replace such substances, this helps us understand a little bit about the importance of these ejaculated substances.

This is why, in certain Tantra practices, it is ill-advised for the male to waste such substances. In Tantra we learn about recycling sexual energy and employing this sexual energy with orgasm; without the loss of these valuable and precious body commodities through ejaculation (orgasm without ejaculation).

Sperm, too, are a lot smarter than we give them credit for. Scientists are now understanding that sperm actually are quite intelligent little critters who are ready for the battle of their lives. What does this mean? It means that if one man’s sperm is ejaculated inside a woman’s vagina that has sperm from another man (that has recently been deposited), that the two tribes of sperm will go to war with each other. Sperm are so smart that they form blockades and formations to stop the other man’s sperm from reaching the egg. They will also attack and kill enemy sperm with deadly enzymes. It’s truly survival of the fittest and the man with the strongest sperm will win.

Modern science has revealed to us that sperm are a little more than just a microscopic entity in a man’s ejaculate. They think. They know. They are alive. They are Intelligent. They are an extension of our “complete” being and existence. Indeed, this clearly implies that there is a strong and potent energy that resides within them and that they are an integral part of this energy; an energy that is our own and taps into the life-force of all living things. Lucky for us, this energy is the primordial basis of our entire existence; it is the most primal form of energy that man can easily understand and exploit (if desired). And why not? It’s the genomic cornerstone and harbinger of what we will be and are.

Need we even go into the fact that the sperm in a man’s ejaculate is the precursor for creating life (with the female egg, of course)? Real life. You know, the kind of life that the most brilliant scientists in the world can’t create, from scratch, in a laboratory or test tube. Sperm are infused with an energy and life-force that is a direct link to the God-force of Nature.

Is it the sperm, alone, who possess such energy? Not entirely. This “energy” is also embedded in the seminal-fluid composite. The seminal fluid is a reductive-patterned state of our etheric: A spermal etheric. The seminal fluid is the protective and comforting amniotic fluid of the sperm. Without it, the acidity of the vagina would be so intense that it would kill these sperm; it helps insulate the sperm against thermal threats in/from the vagina; it allows the sperm a makeshift ecosystem/environment in which to survive while in the vagina; and this fluid also provides food and nutrition for the sperm. Without all of these things, the sperm will perish soon after entering the vagina and fertilization will not occur.

The wasting of a man’s ejaculate has been criticized and condemned by many “groups” over the years. It’s no wonder, as this fluid is truly priceless to the body. Could there be even more evidence to back this up, apart from some philosophical and religious teachings?

The answer is: “Yes.” Unless a woman irrigates her vagina after a male has ejaculated inside of her, these fluids (if they do not “leak” out) will be absorbed by her [body]. The best method of absorption is to fall asleep directly after sex. Without the presence of an axial-gravity-defined force, these substances will be trapped inside of her. These fluids actually have an opiate affect on women; and women, believe it or not, can actually become addicted and reliant upon their influence. These fluids have proven to decrease pain, decrease the frequency and intensity of menstrual cramps, decrease the intensity and frequency of headaches, decrease the length and degree of insomnia, and to help give her a sense of warmth and relaxation. Women who have been under the chronic influence of ejaculate, from vaginal absorption, will negatively respond if these materials are removed and her access to such materials is further prevented.

Clearly this shows that even a man’s sexual partner can put these fluids to wonderful use. These items are so valuable to the female partner, even if she doesn’t utilize them for fertilization purposes, that she absorbs them (and their nutrients) because of their ability to make her feel stronger, happier, and physically healthier.

Note, too, that sperm that are not ejaculated by the male — once they die — will be re-absorbed (naturally) by his own body for breakdown and [their elements] will be used for future sperm manufacturing or usage(s) in helping other bodily functions and/or the manufacture of other chemical compounds the body needs.

Surely, this makes one wonder if seminal fluid is as fantastic as it seems…

Well, yes: This fluid contains the “life force,” is filled with thriving and intelligent sperm, is an extremely valuable commodity (from a raw material point-of-view), its waste robs the nervous system of much needed and valued nutrients, it takes enormous amounts of energy for the body to manufacture these substances, and will even be absorbed by the female partner for private use instead of being discharged from her system as useless waste.

But, wait, there’s more: Scientific studies have proven that women are more attracted to men with a higher quality and quantity of sperm. These are men the test subjects have never met, touched, smelt, seen naked, had sex with, or have even heard their voices. Amazingly enough, healthy sperm emit an energy that women, both innately and unconsciously, are drawn to. But not only does this “magnetism” play a role, but may also influence whether she finds a particular male partner attractive or not.

Tantric study teaches us to respect and appreciate these amazing sexual fluids. This is why a man uses Tantric sex to recycle internal sexual energies to conserve this energy for internal-personal use and not waste it through ejaculation. However, when the time is right to share these energies, with the right partner, he gladly gives his energy to her. In return, she completes the balance and gives her energy to him.

So, just as is depicted with the architectural reliefs at the Khajuraho Tantric temples in India, we notice many different forms of sexuality that were purposely depicted to forever remind the future of the past; so that such ideals and teachings would never be lost. Of those Tantric forms of sexuality that are so indelibly displayed, to share and preserve, was the act of autofellatio and autocunnilingus.

Good luck in exploring your Sexual Energy.

Exploring unconventional methods of sexuality; methods that our ancestors enjoyed and impassioned themselves with, is one of my interests. Those men and women who are interested in autofellatio should read Yogafellatio. It is a book that helps guide men down this sexually exciting and interesting path.

What Makes Air Pressure?

Even though you can not see air pressure it is always there and has real weight. It is made up primarily of oxygen and nitrogen molecules. Air is made up of 78 percent nitrogen and 21 percent oxygen and less than 1 percent other gases in t he lowest part of the atmosphere where we live. At higher parts of the atmosphere the make up of gases is slightly different due to a number of factors.

Air molecules are constantly moving. They speed up with increases in temperature and slow down when cooled off. The speed at which they move is very fast. Nearest to the Earth’s surface air gas molecules move at an astonishing speed of approximately 1,090 miles per hour. When the air is warmed up they move faster and slow down when the air is cooled.

The impact of the moving molecules is what actually causes air pressure. Air pressure depends on how many molecules are in a given space and how fast they are moving. Heating the air increases its pressure and cooling the air decreases its pressure. Putting air into less space will increase its pressure and allowing air to expand into a larger space will decrease pressure.

Gravity has an impact on air pressure. Pressure is greater at lower levels of elevation because the weight of air above is pushing down on it. Pressure at higher elevations is lower because less weight is pushing down.

At sea level the average air pressure is 14.7 pounds per square inch. At 1,000 feet of elevation the pressure is decreased to 14.1 pounds per square inch. All the way up at 18,000 feet of elevation the pressure is approximately 7.3 feet per square inch. That there shows how air pressure decreases with elevation change due to less weight pushing down. Higher elevations often times have different cooking times when preparing foods due to this.

Health Problems Of The Bengal Cat

Asian countries have the endangered species the Asian leopards, which recently was taken off the list and now strives in the wilderness. The Bengal cat derives from breeding with the Asian leopards and has since entered the domestic cat breeds list. The Bengal cat although not a tiger, loves to play and lounge around on and in the water.

Bengal cats make a playful pet as they act more like a dog then they do a cat. The fact that they love water adds to the beauty of owning a Bengal cat. They use their paws as little hands and they hide their toys in order to protect them from other pets in the household. Like the Asian leopard, the Bengal cat is smart and sneaky. They love to play and have a keen sense of smell.

Bengal Cat Health Problems and Food Poisoning

One health problem for Bengal cats is food poisoning. These cats remain susceptible to food poisoning unlike other domesticated cats. Any foods that contain bacteria or fungus will cause the Bengal cat health problems.

The affects of human food poisoning also affect the Bengal cat with vomiting, diarrhea, weakness along with fever and stomach upset. The Bengal can die immediacy if the food poisoning is severe enough. In case of food poisoning, the cat needs to see the veterinarian immediacy for some form of treatment. The treatment may include IV fluids and/or stomach flushes. The cat needs close monitoring to recover from the food poisoning.

Bengal Cat Health Problems With Chocolate

As with dogs and many animals, Bengal cat will sub come to chocolate as the caffeine and obromine become toxic and can lead to death. Adult Bengal cats usually do not take to chocolate as much as the kittens. Kitten may consume a large amount of chocolate because of the new taste they experience. Because of the lower weight, the kitten may need serious care if they are not stopped before consuming to much chocolate.

If a cat consumes the chocolate, they may experience seizure, vomiting, hyperactive activity and weakness along with heavy breathing. In rare instances, the Bengal cat may sub come to death if the methylxanthines cause an adverse reaction. The cats need to be watched when around candy that contains chocolate or any other additives of chocolate; the holidays seem to have more cats as well as dogs going to the vet for chocolate consumption.

If you encounter the cat health problem with chocolate, you need to seek immediate medical attention to ensure the cat will survive with or without treatment. Always know the exact name of the chocolate your Bengal cat consumed to save time for the vet and his staff when caring for a cat that has ingested the chocolates. If you are unsure of the chocolate, take all the chocolates along so the vet can check for all of them to ensure your Bengal kitten or cat grows up healthy and happy.

How to Protect Your Passwords Properly

Looking back at last 20 years (I am writing this in 2014), use of systems and passwords has become an unwanted but unavoidable requirement in our daily life. We always require to stay atop of many forms and layers of online protection of our sensitive data. Some examples where we need to use passwords, pass phrases, identifiable pictures etc. Are banks, schools, credit cards, emails, work login, work search, kids account, entertainment, communications, and more and more. As far as the number goes, all these requirements are increasing and as far as complication goes, they are becoming increasingly complicated in nature to use and manage.

20 years back, I had only two account passwords that I had to manage. One email and one bank account. Today I manage over 200 online safety memory chips including for me and for my family! (Wow writing this makes me feel safe! Really ..?)

Again, 20 years back I could put in 6 alphabets or numbers and it was considered a safe, secure password. Today, I have to use alphabets in lower and upper case, numbers and special characters with the strength indicators showing strength of the password as we are typing it to understand how strong and safe the password is (in case case is a cyber crime to crack Down the passwords.) Many companies will not let me use the parts of my name in the password. Then I have to associate my account to an image and keep the image in mind. Further I have to answer some security questions (typically from 3 to 5). To add even more, every now and then I need to associate and confirm my account with a cell phone number! Then there is separate 4 digit pin for bank ATM's etc. Even my voice mail has a 6 digit pass-code!

Talk about complexity! Talk about memorizing!

Is the technology helpful to protect our sensitive data? Yes! Has the technology complicated the issue and pushed us way more to manage in terms of passwords, security etc.? Yes!

So how to manage these complications. Here are some do's and don'ts for it.

Do's

1. Use long complex passwords.

2. Generate and use random passwords yourself.

3. Keep your passwords in an isolated safe file. Write if you want. Even better is to spend a few bucks to have a dedicated drive, USB etc.

4. Use limited login attempts at all the allowed institutions. It basically means after 3 or 2 or 4 (whatever the set number is) unsuccessful log in attempts, your account will be automatically disabled and you will have to go either personally or call to prove your ID and then get your account reinstated. It seems annoying in the beginning but it is a great tool to protect your ID in the long run.

5. Answer security questions in a non traditional manner. Example; Name of the first dog. Traditional answer: whiskey. Non traditional answer: Ihadnodog.

6. Always keep the current back up out of your computer such as in a USB drive.

7. Many experts suggest to use copy + paste rather than typing in the web forms, so follow it when you are logging in.

8. Have a real complex master password for any file that you might be using to store and protect your sensitive information such as passwords, security questions etc.

9. Often change your passwords. Update your record if you are managing it.

10. Always have a working anti-virus program installed. Run the program every few days in manual mode.

11. Delete the accounts you no longer need.

Don'ts

1. Do not use any online system to save and protect your data. It may be chrome or internet explorer provoking you to 'remember' your login information. It might be a service provider tool as Norton protection. I personally call it a third party dependency and it can restrict, corrupt or disintegrate any time. Your passwords and other information is lost without any back up in this case and worst case now all of it can be available to someone else as well ..

2. Never use same password for more than one log-in portfolio ..

3. Do not use easily guessable passwords such as: abc123, 123ABC, 0123456789, XYZ etc. Cyber crime computers attack through the internet and try thousands of password combinations in a minute. They can easily guess the easy passwords and log into your account. The damage can take a lot to repair in this case !.

4. Do not use a computer to generate random passwords.

5. Do not give access to unknown apps through social media.

6. Avoid using public computers in libraries, schools, restaurants, hotels, etc. If you do have to use it, un-check the "remember me" option before you log-in and clear up everything after use such as cookies, history etc. Make sure you are allowed to clear it and you are not violating any public institution policy.

7. Sharing a password is usually prohibited so do not share your passwords.

Creating and managing as per these guidelines will help you protect your accounts and data safety for a long period.

The Daybed – Is It a Good Choice for You?

There are numerous types of beds to choose from. There are various features you should look for, when making a choice. Most people do not consider having a daybed, but you should definitely look into this option.

The daybed has all of the qualities that you might be looking for. It is extremely practical. In terms of size, it matches a standard single or twin model. However, it has panels on one side and on the back. These make is easy to turn into a couch and use it as such during the day. You simply need to put some cushions on it. The multifunctional purpose of this model makes it great to fit in a tiny bedroom or even in the living room, if you live in a small apartment.

There are other features that add to the functionality of the daybed. Most models have drawers underneath the platform, which supports the mattress. Others have trundles instead. In any case, you can benefit from such features. You can readily use the drawers to put blankets, pillows and duvets. Alternatively, you can make the most out of the trundle when you have guests.

The daybeds are usually made from metal, wood or from both materials. This guarantees their durability. However, these models do not score that high in terms of comfort. Indeed, this aspect depends mostly on the mattress, but the design of the frame matters a lot as well. You will have panels surrounding you on three out of four sides. These might cause you some discomfort, especially if you are used to sleeping on a standard bed. Still, you can readily opt for a model with a lower back panel.

Overall, you should evaluate the pros and cons for the daybed by yourself to decide whether it is right for you.

How to Build Muscle Mass – Top 10

The 5 Golden Rules Of Staying
Injury-Free In The Gym

Listen, if you want to get big, you have to train big.

Entering the gym and simply going through the motions without a sweat just is not going to get the job done. You have to overload those muscles with heavy weight and high intensity if you want to see real results. This is without a doubt the most effective means of stimulating muscular growth.

Muscles grow due to a natural adaptive survival response, and if you do not give them a damn good reason to grow, well, they will not.

While training hard and heavy may be awesome for your muscles, it can be trouble for the health of your joints and connective tissue. This is simply the reality of intense weight training, and while there are no guarantees that you will be able to completely avoid getting injured, you can certainly take specific steps to lessen the chance.

An injury is the absolute last thing you could ever hope for, as it will stop you dead in your muscle-building tracks.

Down below I'm going to outline my "5 golden rules" when it comes to minimizing the risk of injury. If you can honestly say that you implement all 5 of these into your training program, then your risk of getting hurt will be much lower than someone who does not.

1) Always perform a thorough warmup.

A proper warmup is the single best thing you can do to minimize your risk of injury. This simple 15-20 minute process will prepare your mind and body for the hard work to come by increasing blood flow into the surrounding connective tissue and by lubricating your joints. I would recommend that you perform 5 minutes of light cardiovascular exercise before each workout followed by 4-5 warmup sets for your first major exercise of the routine.

2) Always train with proper form.

This should go without saying. Every exercise that you perform in the gym should be done with proper form and technique in order to keep the stress off of your joints. If you start squatting or deadlifting with a rounded back, jerking the weights around in a ballistic manner or performing dangerous exercises you are almost guaranteed to hurt yourself at some point.

3) Always train within your own personal limits.

Weightlifting is a personal battle, and letting your ego take over is almost always a recipe for disaster. It does not matter what the guy next to you is benching and it is completely irrelevant to your training program. You must always use weights that you can handle and control with proper form, and if you start piling on the plates to impress the people around you, you'll be stretching your limits and putting yourself in a very vulnerable position.

4) Always know when to quit.

If you can not complete another rep of an exercise using proper form, the set is over, plain and simple. Put the weight down and rest up for your next set. If you start using huge amounts of momentum and jerky body motions to crank out a couple of extra reps, you'll be on the sidelines before you know it.

5) Never ignore your aches and pains.

When you're motoring along through a training program and are making progress from week to week, the idea of quitting just seems impossible. This can sometimes lead us to ignore those obvious injuries and pretend as if they are not really there as we often "work through" the pain and hope that it magically disappears.

More often than not, it will only get worse. If you feel that something definitely is not right and can sense that you probably should not be training, gGet the problem checked out by a professional and then take the proper measures to heal. While it may hurt your progress in the short term, the overall long-term effect will be a positive one.

You can learn even more details about keeping your joints and connective tissues healthy for years to come by visiting my website using the link below. I'll teach you the specific way to perform a proper weightlifting warmup, which will not only greatly decrease your chances of injury but will also result in mainly instant strength increases for your major exercises …

Tone Up Your Tummy

Want to improve your posture, say goodbye to backache and have a midriff worthy of flaunting in sexy little tops? Get working on your abs now, then!

Strong abdominal muscles mean better support for your body, great posture and a flatter tummy.

THE CRUNCH: Place your hands on your temples or thighs (putting them on your temples makes the exercise harder as you are also lifting the weight of your arms), chin down. Slowly roll the spine upwards for the count of two, give your stomach muscles a good squeeze then lower for the count of two. ‘Don’t let your head rest on the mat when you come back down as it puts pressure on the neck,’ says fitness experts. Now add a twist to the exercise to work the oblique muscles as well. Perform the basic, crunch then before squeezing, twist to the left or right, return to the centre position, lower and repeat to fatigue. Breathe in on the way up and out going down.

THE PLANK: This also improves posture and eases lower-back pain.

Level one: Lie on your front, with your elbows on the floor under your shoulders and your forearms on the ground. Raise up onto your knees, pull your tummy in, tense and hold. Your neck, spine and hips should be aligned. Hold for five seconds. Add five seconds each time, working up to 90 seconds.

Level two: This time, lift onto your toes. Start a zero and count up until you can’t hold it any longer. Hold for five more seconds next time. This is the most important abs exercise. If you sit all day, your transversus abs will be weak because they’re not worked as much as they should be.

DORSAL RAISE: Lie on your front with your elbows level with your shoulders and at right angles to your body. Keeping the elbows touching the floor, lift the top half of your body slowly off the ground for the count of two then back down for two. Breathe out as you go up and in on the way back down.

There’s no resistance on this exercise so try to do 10 reps at first. If that’s hard, count how many you can do and try to add more each time.

REVERSE CURL: Lie on your back with your arms by your sides, legs raised, ankles crossed. Lift your bottom off the floor then lower it back down again. The important thing here is to push the pelvis off the floor and not to roll the spine up. Keep your back flat on the floor. Men find this exercise almost impossible – and certainly very painful so if you want to get one over on your fella you could always challenge him to a contest!

Understanding Your Abs

There are three muscle groups to consider:

  1. THE TRANSVERSUS ABS are a deep layer near the spine. These form a supportive corset round your body and give you that ‘flat tummy’ feeling. They also improve posture.
  2. THE OBLIQUES form a crisscross around the mid-section and are responsible for turning you from side to side. If you’re worried about love handles, target these.
  3. THE RECTI ABDOMINIS form the top layer – these give the illusion of a six-pack. A good abs routine targets all three groups.

Max Your Abs Work-Out

  1. Be flexible. Never work your abs on an exercise that fixes your legs in place – a machine that holds them in place or by putting your feet under a chair. You’ll be able to do more reps but you’re working your hip flexors rather than your abs.
  2. Do it the hard way. Most gyms have tab trainers (frames which assist with sit-ups) but these should only be used to learn the technique. When you crunch and your abs contract, a muscle around the neck contracts, too, to protect the neck vertebrae. A trainer takes that contraction out, making the exercise feel easier. If you use it over a period of time the abs get very strong and when you do crunches without the frame your neck fatigues before the ab muscles.
