Childhood Obesity vs. Baby Fat

We often dismiss children who are overweight as simply having "baby fat" or "puppy fat." But is there such a thing? Where do you draw the line between baby fat, which the child will grow out, and regular fat as a result of childhood obesity, which is there to stay?

Experts are divided on whether there really is such a thing as "baby fat." Some studies have shown that kids who were overweight at age 11 were still overweight at age 17. But those studies may not go far enough: Lots of us were chubby in high school, only to lose it in college – say, at 20 or 21, not 17 – and often without having to do much in the way of diet or exercise.

On the other hand, being overweight can cause many problems for kids and adolescents, even if it's "harmless" baby fat. Even young people can develop diabetes and high blood pressure, and if they remain overweight as they grow up, they put them at serious risk for heart attacks and strokes.

Furthermore, children are particularly susceptible to teasing or bullying from their peers over their weight. While adults tend to discriminate against obese people less overtly, kids will taunt each other openly and cruelly. This can dramatically affect a child's self-esteem, academic performance, and personality. Often these social reasons for losing weight can be just as compelling as the medical ones.

So what is the difference between "baby fat" (if there is such a thing) and just plain fat? The body mass index, or BMI, can give you some insight. A child with a BMI of 30 or higher is classified as "obese." Even allowing that some of the excess weight will likely drop off by itself when the child hits a growth spurt, a BMI of 30 or more indicates there is some fat there that needs to be deal with.

BMI from 25-30 is considered "overweight." That may be the gray area if your child is under 10: It could be baby fat, and it could be something more serious. By the time children reach adolescence, though – say age 12 or 13 – the "baby fat" bought to be coming off. If you see an opposite trend developing, where the child is maintaining his or her weight or earning some, it's time to stop assuming it's baby fat. As the studies have shown, fat 12-year-olds tend to be fat 17-year-olds, too.

Another consideration is how the child feels about it. Many children are teased about their weight yet do not realize there may be something they can do about it. Look for signs that your child is unhappy at school, or happy with his or her physical appearance. Sometimes the best reason to lose weight is not because childhood obesity is unhealthy but simply because you want to.

Difference: brass, bronze, copper, Nu-gold and red Brass

1. What is Brass?

Brass is a Copper-zinc alloy, also a term used to describe a memorial plate in a church, coinage or bearing block.  Originally the term also covered copper-tin alloys now called bronzes.  It is sometimes also used to describe a tin-zinc smelter made for the manufacture of organ pipes. Zinc percent: 30%-42%, copper percent: 70%-58%, usually in yellow color and widely used in brass jewelry.

Brass jewelry is an ancient classical jewelry, thousands of years ago, humans began wearing it, which is loved by many due to its beauty and versatility; it has similar color likes gold jewelry. Besides, good flexibility and scalability, and so many creative designs available because of its softness and malleability; jewelry designer can use it to create a unique style of jewelry design.

2. What is Bronze?

Bronze is Copper-tin alloy, the term also loosely used for some other copper alloys, 67% cooper, and 30% tin, 3% lead or arsenic or aluminum.  It is the oldest copper alloy, still ideal for statuary. The addition of tin to copper makes it easier to cast, strengthens and hardens the metal.

Bronze jewelry was one of the first of these alternative uses, since bronze was soft enough to work with easily, yet hard enough to stand up to a lifetime of use. Additionally, bronze could be polished to a golden shine that was nearly as beautiful as actual gold, yet was a much more durable and cost-effective piece.

3. What is Copper?

Copper is a reddish brown nonferrous mineral used from the late stone age onwards.  The Greeks and Romans both used the metal and its alloys, known as axe and aes. Since, according to Pliny, the Roman supply was chiefly drawn from Cyprus, it came to be termed ages cuprum, which was gradually shortened to Cyprians, and corrupted into cuprum, whence comes the English word copper, the French culver, and the German Kupfer.  (Symbol – Cu.)

Copper has many benefits to Arthritis Healing but with a low price. Knowledge of the healing effects of copper is deeply ingrained in history. Cultures all over the world have used copper to treat sore throats and a variety of other ailments for centuries. Modern science confirms what people around the world have known for hundreds of years. Copper is an essential nutrient, playing a vital role in keeping bones, skin, brain, blood vessels and immune system strong and healthy. Copper (Much like its cousin silver) also has anti-bacterial properties useful in slowing the spread of illnesses.

4. What is Nu-gold?

Nu-gold is a red brass alloy containing 12% zinc and 88% copper, a gilding metal used for decorative purposes.

It contain s no Nickel, perfect for those with nickel allergies. It has a mellow cast, very similar to gold.Nu-gold has been specially formulated for jewelry and is also known as “red brass,” “Merlin’s Gold,” and “Jeweler’s Bronze.” It has a rich warm color and if highly polished resembles gold without the high cost of gold; tarnishes considerable slower than copper, and easy to clean. It is a great complement to many gemstones. The look of Gold without the high price!

5. What is Red Brass?

Red brass is copper-zinc-tin alloy known as gunmetal, and an alloy which is considered both a brass and a bronze. It typically contains 85% copper, 5% tin, 5% lead, and 5% zinc. Red brass is also an alternative name for copper alloy C23000, which is composed of 14–16% zinc, 0.05% iron and lead, and the remainder copper. It may also refer to ounce metal, another copper-zinc-tin alloy.

Caring For a Pregnant Akita

Caring for an Akita bitch during pregnancy is basically commonsense. She should be watched carefully and made as comfortable and happy as possible. You should ensure that she has a dry bed, ample clean drinking water and regular feeds of good quality. For the first five weeks she will probably behave quite normally. She may have her “off” days. She may be extra hungry. She may display a slight change in temperament and be more careful how she carries herself, but so long as she is obviously healthy and happy, that is all that matters.

As soon as you suspect that she is pregnant, it is a good idea to contact your vet so he can enter the date of the expected birth in his diary and monitor the bitch’s progress. Akitas do not carry much water with their puppies, nevertheless a considerable amount of weight will have to be carried as the weeks progress. It is generally not advisable to give lots of extra food in the early weeks. Experience has taught us that overloading a bitch with food will put weight on her puppies, and she will also put on extra weight. This causes two problems. Firstly, she will not exercise so well, and so she will not be keeping her muscles toned up. Secondly, the puppies will be fat, which means they will be larger and will experience a more difficult passage down the birth canal. And when they are born, they will be fat and lazy.

It is far better to have an active mother and lean, vigorous puppies, who will fight to get to the teats to fill themselves with that all-important mother’s first milk. We have found the best policy is to feed a balanced diet with an increase in food after about five weeks. Naturally the future mum will be hungrier, but rest assured that whatever food you give to her she will pass on to her unborn babies before she takes it herself. She is a natural in parental care. Additives in the form of calcium and perhaps iron are a good idea, again after the five-week deadline. These days most foods are carefully balanced and numerous additives should not be needed. Indeed, the general view is that they can do more harm than good. But if the bitch suggests that she may have a deficiency, you should take her to the vet so that proper tests and analysis can be undertaken.

Akita bitches “hide” their puppies very well until at least five weeks, more often six. They may show no signs at all that they are pregnant, and this can be extremely annoying to the owners, who obviously want to know if they are to expect a litter so they can make the necessary preparations. Probably the best indication is a swelling of the bitch’s teats. From as early as three weeks these can “pop”, or enlarge slightly and become pinker in appearance. In our experience this is the only “sure” sign. Ultra-sound scanning can also give a definite diagnosis, but this is costly and sometimes the hair on the bitch’s side or underside has to be removed.

Your bitch may show signs of thickening in the rib or loin earlier, but it is most unlikely. Akita Inu bitches do not generally carry their babies across their loin like most breeds. They hide them under their ribs and then later “drop” them and carry them in the belly, rather like a cow carries its calf. Whether you observe positive signs or not, it is wise to contact your vet and book the expected date of birth into his diary so he will be available if necessary.

Seven weeks into the pregnancy, introduce the bitch to her whelping place. A suitably sized box should be prepared and the absolute minimum measurements for this would be about 4ft 6ins by 3ft. This will allow the bitch to lie fully stretched on her side. The box can certainly be larger, but not so big as to allow the puppies to crawl away from their mother and so get lost. Make sure the bitch is happy with the box and its position. After a few days she will welcome the peace, quiet and solitude of this area and so will accept it as the natural place when the time comes to give birth. If she is at all unhappy you must give in to her and make other arrangements. She probably has a good reason for not wanting things the way you do. So listen to her and adjust. She may accept the box, and then on the day of whelping, she changes her mind and wants to go somewhere else. Again, you must give in to her request. She may return to the box after she has had her first puppy, but let her decide. It is worth all the upheaval to have a happy, contented bitch who comes through her pregnancy successfully and delivers her puppies safely, without causing you – – or herself – – any undue anxiety.

How to Build and Exhume Confidence in Yourself

Do you count yourself as being one of those unfortunate creatures of God who are just not worthy of being loved, praised or appreciated? If yes, then chances are high that you also must be very insecure as a person, although you must be doing a pretty good job of concealing it. What you must realize at this point is that try as you might to hide your true feelings they find a way to manifest themselves in form of low self-esteem.

How you feel about yourself and judge your worth is described as self-esteem. To this effect, individuals who feel regard themselves poorly or inferior to others are the ones who suffer from low self-esteem. Having a low self-esteem is not about being quirky but about acknowledging that there is indeed a real problem at hand that needs to be solved before it sabotages all other aspects of life, most important among them being happiness.

Typical Symptoms of Low Self-Esteem

Following are some behavior traits that are characteristic of people suffering from low self-esteem –

Extremely sensitive to criticism – Unlike most people who take criticism in stride, a person with low self-esteem is unduly sensitive to criticism. Psychologists attribute this to the uncertain mindset that is characteristic of such a person wherein he/she tends to closely observe other people’s reactions and often arrives at a negative conclusion.

In the event of you being a person with low self-esteem, most of the times you would feel that others are justified in treating you badly.

Socially isolated – Individuals with low self-esteem tend to remain socially isolated, whether it is in form of staying away from a room-mate or spending time on phone despite being a part of a big gathering. Even if someone does try to approach such a person and strike a conversation, the attempt is futile since all that takes place is passing of insecurities in a bid to feel superior.

Attributing everything to luck – A typical characteristic of low self-esteem is to shrug off hard-earned success and attribute it to a blessing or simply sheer luck. The sign of a healthy self-esteem is to embrace success and return the compliment with a simple ‘thank you’. On the flip side, one that is indicative of low self-esteem echoes the sentiment that whatever good happened was either due to someone else or could have been much better.

Appeasement policy – Backing out of an argument willingly or saying sorry to people irrespective of whether they deserve it or not is reflective of poor self-esteem. This is because a person having low self-esteem is scared to express his/her true feelings or opinions for the fear of being laughed at or rejected. Appeasement seems to be the best option to avoid a conflict or an argument.

Fatigue and insomnia – Feeling fatigued or spending too much time in bed without falling asleep reflect on an escapist mentality which in turn stems from low self-esteem. Slouching shoulders are also indicative of the fact that you do not consider yourself worthy enough.

Dealing with Low Self-Esteem

There are several factors that contribute towards a low self-esteem ranging from negligent or uninvolved parents to having a critical peer group, physical or mental trauma, negative thought patterns and unrealistic expectations. That said, it is equally important to bear in mind that self-esteem can be dealt with, meaning it is something that can be changed since it is after all a state of mind.

Raising self-esteem may take plenty of time and practice but as long as you are determined enough to challenge your own mindset and push it towards change, there is nothing that can stop you. Practicing self-esteem exercises and attending self-esteem workshops are some recommendations that could speed up the process but ultimately the choice is yours to make. And when you choose to change your thinking, not only do you gain a healthy self-esteem but also a world of positivism.

Some Health Risks Of Being A Call Center Agent

A call canter agent spends almost nine hours a day sitting in front of the computer. According to studies, 9 to 5 jobs can pose some risks to the health, particularly those that require graveyard shifts. Not only do they disrupt the body’s natural cycle, they also expose it to the dangers of bad habits and irreversible health conditions.

For example, sitting for prolonged periods of time have negative effects on health, such as lowering of bone density. Studies show that standing can be more beneficial than sitting. Standing prevents contractures or abnormal deformities. It also helps maintain bone density, and it keeps respiratory functions normal.

Also, some call center agents and even other employees who have 9 to 5 jobs become addicted to caffeine particularly those working graveyard shifts. Their bodies become accustomed to drinking coffee regularly that they become addicted to caffeine. Although caffeine has numerous health benefits, being addicted to it can have disadvantages, too.

Lack of sleep is another health risk that a call center agent faces, especially those who work at odd hours of the night. Sleep deprivation can cause dizziness and nausea, dry mouth, headaches, irritability and increased blood pressure. Aside from lack of sleep, another health risk faced by agents is developing carpal tunnel syndrome. A person suffering from this condition may feel numbness and pain in the arm, shoulder and neck area. It can be treated through surgery that needs six months for recovery.

Call center agents may also feel burning sensations in their eyes. This is caused by the long hours of staring at the computer screen. Although science has proven that staring at the computer screen does not affect the eye sight, doing so does tire the eyes out, which can cause eye strain or bloodshot and burning eyes.

Although there are disadvantages of being a call center agent, there are also a lot of benefits, one of which includes a competitive compensation rate. In most countries, it is one of the highest paying jobs available. Promotion is also easy as long as you give your best in your tasks. If you are considering a career as a call center agent, you should think about the advantages and disadvantages of being a call center agent before starting.

Diagnostic Symptoms of Depression

Depression is a disorder or mentally ill condition of brain that collectively affects the body, mind and social behavior. It badly affects the way one eats, thinks, acts, reacts, and one sleeps, one’s self-concept, self-consciousness and the way one perceives about the society. It is a disorder that mainly affects the whole life. People with a severe depressive illness cannot think positively or behave morally or think smartly and optimistically. Without appropriate medical care, depression symptoms can last for years. Proper treatment, often involving different types of therapies, medication, counseling, and/or psychotherapy, can assist people who suffer from depression.

Depression comes in different types, it is mainly caused by a combination of collective symptoms that interferes with the capability to work, think, act, study, sleep, eat, and enjoy daily activities. A major depressive disorder may occur anytime; but more commonly, several phases may occur in a lifetime that can give birth to the root cause of depression. In general senses, it is caused by a combination of persistent pressure or tension, which can be mild or hyper severe, combined with a vulnerability or inclination to depression.

Even dysthymia is also a kind of depressive disorder. It involves long-lasting depressive symptoms that do not actually immobilize the whole mind functioning. People with dysthymia experience depressive phases of sadness, grief and numbness in their lives. Its signs are exactly same as of depressive disorder including, lack of self-esteem, lack of enthusiasm, feeling of worthlessness, low appetite, pessimism, etc.

However, it must be noted that not everyone who is depressed is manic, because the symptoms may vary as per the life conditions. In addition, the relentless feeling of sadness, persistent pessimism, anxiousness, or “empty mind” or mood swing is the major symptoms of depression. In all such cases consulting with a psychotherapist helps a lot to overcome this situation.

A proper diagnostic evaluation is necessary to delve a comprehensive case history of the depressive symptoms. The physicians also ask about alcohol, life situations, insomnia, phobia and drug use, in order to understand the case. Based on the case history, physicians guide the people for the specific treatments. This type of analysis helps to know the cause of maniac illness and also assists physicians to treat appropriately. Diagnostic evaluation also includes a mental examination to identify the mood swing patterns to treat depressive disorders.

People who are living in the remote areas can make use of online assistance through websites. These websites are specifically fostered by the health care centers to help the people with depressive symptoms. These websites also offer certain materials to the people to nullify depressive disorders.

How to Lower Cholesterol Naturally – The 2 Must Eat Foods

High cholesterol is a problem for many adults, and can lead to complications like high blood pressure, heart disease, and even death. If you have high cholesterol, it is essential that you work to get it down right away.

The easiest way to do this is through your diet. Foods that are high in saturated fats can greatly contribute to the amount of cholesterol that you have. This includes fried foods, fattier cuts of meats, different cheeses, and processed foods like cookies, cakes, and cold cuts.

Cutting back on these foods may be all that it takes for some people to lower their cholesterol. Others may have to go on a more stringent diet. A strict diet plan often calls for lower saturated fat and cholesterol. This will usually require that fewer than 7% of the calories that you eat come from saturated fat (approximately 140 in the average 2000 calorie diet). It also requires you to eat fewer than 300 mg of cholesterol a day. The plan may also require you to limit the amount of calories that you eat in a day, since being overweight can influence your cholesterol levels.

If diet alone does not change your cholesterol enough to bring it back down to normal ranges, your doctor may advise you to start taking a medication to help you with bringing it down. Exercise is also a common part of cholesterol-lowering routines.

When you are considering controlling your cholesterol with a diet plan, there are two "super foods" that you should consider adding to your diet. One is fish, and the other is fiber.

Fish is a good choice for anyone that is looking for a healthier diet. High in protein, it can be used as a substitute for fattier red meats as one of your protein choices. Fatty and cold water fish also contain omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3s has a variety of health boosting benefits. One of these is the fact that Omega 3s can help with your cholesterol problems. Omega 3s naturally boosts your HDL cholesterol level. HDL cholesterol is the cholesterol that is transported away from your heart to the liver where it can be used, which in turn helps and delays heart disease. This can help you naturally lower the levels of bad cholesterol, bringing down your blood pressure, and reduce your risk of clots that could cause heart attacks or strokes.

Fiber is good for a healthy diet as well. Found in fruits, grains, and vegetables, it helps to keep your digestive system regular, fill you up, and provides nutrition. Increasing the amount of fresh foods that you eat and decreasing the amounts of fatty meats can go a long way to lowering your cholesterol. Fresh fruits and veggies also contain high levels of the nutrients needed to boost good cholesterol levels so that your body can fight off high cholesterol problems naturally. Some grains, like oatmeal, have even been shown to have cholesterol-reducing effects when eaten on a regular basis.

A few simple changes may be all that you need to lower cholesterol naturally.

I'm a health & Wellness enthusiast. For over 20 years now, I read and research into natural therapy because of my family history of contracting cancers, tumor growth and heart diseases. This gives me a wealth of information on treating some common day diseases, I lower my cholesterol naturally, and gotten rid of my gout problems. All without modern day medication, that may cause serious side effect to the body.

Some Infant Formulas Contain Omega 3

Are you aware that Omega 3 DHA is being added in the infant foods? Top experts recommend the addition of both, omega 3 DHA as well as omega 6 AA in the infant foods. This recommendation came from a group representing 11 different countries. Although breast feeding is considered to be the best, but if due to any reason, it is not possible, then supplements containing omega 3 DHA and omega 6 AA are the best options.

Omega 3, DHA falls in the polyunsaturated fatty acid group. It is considered to be a good fat. Omega 3 fatty acid in the diet is very important for the proper development of a child’s brain. Did you know that DHA constitutes 97% of the omega 3 fats in the brain which is 60% fat?

The infant food should contain between.2 to.5% of the omega 3, DHA fatty acids and it should also contain AA at an equal percentage to the DHA level. Omega 3 is also present as an additional ingredient in baby food.

Getting enough omega 3 in the baby’s diet is not only important for the development of its brain, it is also important for the baby’s eyes and nervous system. An expecting mother should consume sufficient omega 3 in the form of supplements or otherwise while she is pregnant. Third trimester is the right time to do so. That is when the baby’s brain is developing the most.

AA, or arachidonic acid is relatively easy to consume. It is readily available in our daily diet. AA can be got from meat, eggs and milk. it is relatively easy for a pregnant woman to get sufficient AA in her diet, but getting enough DHA omega 3 is much more difficult. DHA is found in oily cold water fish. Most of the people in the US don’t really like fish so there is a lack of getting enough in their diet.

A lactating mother can pass on these vital nutrients to her breast fed baby, if she eats a proper diet. In case the baby is bottle fed, then these nutrients have to be added externally. Adding omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids to a baby’s formula has made it a lot closer to being just like breast milk.

Researches have shown that babies getting enough omega 3 in their diet performed better in the cognitive tests, they also slept better and weren’t nearly as restless as babies fed formula without omega 3.

As soon as you find out that you are going to have a baby, be sure to add cold water oily fish to your diet. If you are unable to eat fish, then you can take fish oil supplements, or flax seed oil. Make sure your flax seed oil supplements are in a dark coloured bottle to keep them away from light.

If you are pregnant, getting enough omega 3 could reduce your chances of premature birth. You will also know that you are doing what you think is best for your new baby. Getting them started out in life the best you can.

Tony Atwood – Leading Researcher With Aspergers Syndrome

Not long after my daughter was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome I had started researching articles and books. I had found several books that looked good. One of the sites had a conferece in my area for one of the authors, Tony Atwood. After researching him I found out he was a leading researcher of Aspergers Syndrome from Australia. The conference was for teachers, medical professionals, and parents. I paid the money and attended the all day conference. It was well worth it. His discussion about how special these children are made me so much more comfortable dealing with these issues. He explained that they don’t see/do things wrong, just different.

I loved his analogy of the 100 piece puzzle. It has helped me explain Aspergers to so many people. He said to imagine a 100 piece puzzle. People with Aspergers have 80 or more pieces of that puzzle. Relatives will have similar traits to Aspergers and might only have 40, or 60, or 20 pieces of that puzzle and aren’t Aspergers, even though they might have a trait of Aspergers. It is only when they have 80 or more pieces and display a large amount of Aspergers traits are they truly Aspergers. Nice and easy! I left the conference feeling challenged, but eager to work with my daughter even more.

Aspergers children are brilliant and usually have special areas they excel in. My daughter is math and science. The book I read by Tony Atwood was called “Girls and Aspergers” which was a huge help to understand it better. Girls display Aspergers different then boys. Boys can be more outward and aggressive while girls are inward and awkward. Social skills is the biggest display for both as they have difficulty reading social and facial cues given by others. I highly suggest reading one of Tony Atwoods books because he has many out there to deal with different situations.

Sinus Pressure and Drainage – An Herb That Can Help You

For millennia herbs have been used by many civilizations as the gold standard for healing. In the Americas, aside from the native citizens and a few others, herbs have not yet been widely accepted. Once considered by many as just part of native folklore this perception, however, is rapidly changing. For instance, take Germany and their Commission E report. A number of years ago this first rate nation’s government, recognizing the medicinal and healing potential some herbs could offer, set up Commission E, as it is commonly known, to study herbs in that context. This study group used the “scientific approach” in discharging its responsibilities. Several years later The Commission E Monographs came into being, but of course, they were in German. Not long afterward, however, they were translated into English and I had the opportunity and joy of acquiring a copy shortly thereafter. The entity behind this English version is the American Botanical Council, of Austin, Texas.

I am going to be dealing in this article with just one herb which I have used for a number of years to treat some of my own sinus problems, and still do so today at the first sign that one of them would like to show again its ugly face. First a caveat: Please, remember this when using herbs:

  • Herbs lose their medicinal effect in about 2 weeks after you begin to use them. Stop for a couple of weeks and then you can restart
  • Do not buy herbs with a dated shelf life expiring in less than a year
  • Buy “standardized” herbs, whenever possible. The label should say so The one herb that perhaps is one of the most significant is going to, very likely, surprise you. This is what my regular doctor, an MD, told me once: “It is the most important of all herbs.” And with this short preface, please, allow me to introduce you to: Garlic.

That’s right. I didn’t make a mistake. It’s garlic, but not presented to you as a savory, very pungent, tongue biting cooking herb, but as a medicinal herb. I have studied and used it for years and the more I do the more amazed I am at its healing properties. Let me give you a quick starter–which falls a bit beyond the scope of this article:

  • It has a powerful anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effect
  • Lowers high blood pressure
  • Kills cold and flu germs
  • Helps prevent heart attacks
  • Fights: anemia, diabetes, hypoglycemia, acne, constipation, cancer
  • Gives strong support to the immune system
  • It’s nature’s “antibiotic” of sorts

It is the last two properties of garlic that would be of interest to you–baring, of course, that you may have other ailments that may be included in the above list, in which case the lowly and pungent bulb could even be of more interest to you. Whether you have a tendency to sinusitis, or sinus pressure, congestion, drainage, sinus headaches, sinus infection, especially the latter, it can help you prevent a serious infection or stop one that has just started. Garlic, to be effective as a sinus infection fighter or preventer, must be used at the very outset of the suspected infection. If one waits to see what is going to happen before using it, then it could be too late. Since there are no side effects involved–save the peculiar odor–it’s best to go for it since the cost, etc., more than outweighs the potential benefits. By the way, the odor factor can be neutralized by chewing and eating some parsley sprigs.

The active ingredient in garlic is allicin. It is not produced unless the cloves are crushed or minced. Now a days it is possible to buy allicin by itself from almost any purveyor of herbs or at a health foods store. I buy mine through the internet, it’s substantially cheaper that way.

Do your own research about this lowly, but powerful healing bulb and you, too, may become amazed and a regular user.
