The morning air is still fairly cool and feels invigorating against the skin energizing the muscles to work harder, faster. Somehow, it seems so much easier and more pleasant to get one's exercise during the warmer months than it does when the snow is piled up on the sidewalks and the air bites hard into the skin. Gliding along the roadway under low leafy branches is ever so much nicer than grinding it out on the treadmill at the local gym with all the other sweaty bodies.

Feeling at one with nature and life is a great way to spend one's workout time and a pretty great way to start out the day. Interestingly there seems to be an instant camaraderie with other cyclists who you encounter who are enjoying nature in the same fulfilling way. There is a long list of things to love about Springtime but getting on your bike and heading out for an exhilarating and thoroughly enjoyable ride is certainly one of them.

Do you lack focus? A lot of us entrepreneurs have bright-red-shiny-object syndrome, meaning it's hard to stay focused and implement each idea we have. If this relates to you, it could also be an indication that something else is going on.

Are you stuck in analysis paralysis or perfection paralysis? Meaning you hide behind your computer trying to figure it all out before you get out there, all the while keeping yourself hidden instead of just doing it and course correcting along the way.

Figuring out your belief system and where they come from is the first step, and half the battle. Once you have identified this, ask yourself if those beliefs are worth holding you back and preventing you from achieving the success level you desire and deserve.

Fishing in Algonquin Park

We recently spent time in the beautiful outdoor camping and fishing in the amazing Algonquin Park. Its breathtaking lakes made for an incredible adventure. For those of you that are not familiar with Algonquin Park you will find that it is located in Northern Ontario and offers a remarkable fareery. We had a great time and found that it was everything and more that we had been told by others. Our goal on this trip was to Bass Fish. Our time and lures were dedicated to fishing bass. However, these lakes offer all forms of fish and hold many trophy fish for dedicated anglers. There are local fisherman ready to share their tales and brag about how fortunate they are that this fishery is in their backyard.
