    So, come on, I know it is hard to get out of that slip that you are in. But, sleeping is not a chore.     Will Bleach Kill Warts? Is This True Or Not?

    I've heard about a lot of barbaric methods used to get rid of warts. When I read about someone trying to use bleach, I personally felt that this was a strange thing to do and that it probably would not work. Neverheless, it does work if you do it correctly. I will be explaining how to do it in a fashion that will increase your success rate with it. Just imagine how much money you save since you can perform this treatment at home instead of paying for a dermatologist to do several freezing sessions on a wart.

    Clean the area where wart is located thoroughly:

    In order to reduce the chance of infection setting in during the performance of this procedure, make sure that you wash the area just by using plain soapy water and drying it thoroughly. It's not necessary to scrub away, you just want to remove any bacteria that may be on the surface of your skin.

    Now scrape off the top layer of your wart that has been moistened during the washing process:

    You can simply use a pumice scraper to get rid of the dead skin cells that are on the surface of your wart. This will be easier than it looks since the surface of it has been softened by the washing process.

    Soak a Q-tip in chlorine bleach:

    Simply submerge the end of a Q-tip into a small container of chlorine bleach. Now apply the end of it onto the surface of your wart that you would like to kill off. Try to hold it in place for at least 5 seconds so that it has a chance to soak into the lower level of the wart.

    You may feel a little bit of pain, but that will subside quite quickly.

    Cover the surface of the wart that has been treated with the bleach with a simple bandage:

    Now you will need to protect your wart from being scratched or being manipulated at all while it is in the process of dying off to avoid infection.

    Simply add a small bandage to your wart to protect it. Try to avoid peeking underneath the bandage from time to time and also avoid scratching the wart even if you experience an itching sensation.

    Repeat the last two steps three times a day:

    You might have to repeat the above process 2 to 3 times a day for around a week until the wart has started to shrink in size. It will become smaller and smaller and then it should eventually break apart and disappear entirely.

    Heavy Metals Toxic metals are all too present in our environment, including our food, air and water. For sensitive individuals, even mercury amalgams may cause serious problems. These heavy metals can cause a severe drain on the body's ability to function, including creating damage to the immune system and the nervous system. Some of the worst problems we see are lead and mercury toxicity. Much of the mercury can come from dental amalgams especially when improperly removed.

    Another major area of ​​mercury toxicity comes from the mercury that is in vaccinations. Evidence is pointing to the too early, too rapid vaccine of our children as a causative agent in ADD, ADHD and Autism. Many times this mercury is stored in the body for many years after the initial vaccination and special programs must be used to eliminate heavy metal toxicity.     Parasites Testing at various labs indicate that many of us have intestinal parasites. These can vary from microscopic, so that we can not see them, to large worms. In addition is the intestinal dysbiosis caused by use of antibiotics, poor diets and exposure. This may be a far more common problem that was suspected. If you suspect parasites we recommend the Comprehensive Parasitology testing.

    Parasites can be difficult to find and just as difficult to eradicate. Often times it is best to test first to find out what you have and then to pick a specific remedy that works for that parasite. Alternately you can use one of the general parasite cleanses. The difficulty here is that you are not sure it will work and if you did not test you are not sure you got rid of it. Another problem with cleaning of parasites is that the can be burrowed into the linings of the large or small intestines and they can be in layers. This can make it hard to detect them.

    In addition it may mean that you have to do several rounds of cleanses as each round may only kill the topmost level. As the gut heals from the inflammation the underlying parasites are now accessible and can be killer. Unlike many of the popular parasite programs out there that promise quick results, the facts are that killing all the parasites and infections that can take some time and require persistence. Parasite Eggs Parasites are living breeding organisms and as such lay eggs. These eggs can lay dormant for some time. You may do a very good parasite cleanse but stop too soon. You killed all the active parasites but left the eggs. The eggs then hatch and you are now in the same place as before except you are probably frustrated. So any good program has to be long enough to get the eggs as well.

    Sometimes the addition of a castor oil pack will get the eggs to hatch that speeding their eradication.

    Fungus and Candida Yeast Infections Fungus and yeast infections are very prevalent in our society. They seem to come about from a breakdown of the immune system often due to unhealthy alterations in the body terrain. Heavy metal toxicity is very common in our culture due to the mercury in our mouths (whose idea was that), the mercury used as a preservative in our childhood vaccines (another crazy idea) and the mercury and other toxic metals in the environment. Some practitioners feel that trying to kill the yeast with a candida program before removing the metals is inappropriate. So before deciding on killing yeast in your body you may want to do a heavy metal test to find out if you have this common problem.

    Gluten, Wheat Sensitivity, Food Allergies and Celiac Disease Another problem when dealing with parasites are sensitivities that affect the lining of the gut. This includes gluten, gliadin, food allergies and celiac disease. These conditions can cause inflammation of the gut lining. When the gut lining is inflated parasites can burrow deep inside making it very difficult to find and kill them. When there are sensitivities involved it may be necessary to first resolve the inflammatory process before killing the parasites. Alternately working on both at once is also a useful approach, that is removing the irritants such as allergens or wheat and also killing the parasites. The trick here is that there may once again be layers of parasites due to the inflammation and so repeated parasite cleanse will be often be necessary. Some clinicians have found an average of three layers of parasites.

    Obesity In Childhood Ups Risk of Liver Cancer

    A warning for parents of children considered obese. Obesity in childhood has been shown to lead to a higher risk of liver cancer as adults according to a recent study presented at a conference in 2012.

    Liver cancer, the kind that starts in the cells of the liver, not that has spread to the liver from another site, is the third most common cancer the world over. What's worse, this form of cancer will kill almost all patients who have it within the first year. Only 10-20% of such cancers can be removed fully with surgery, chemotherapy and radiation may prove helpful, however most patients also have diseases that make these treatments harder to manage.

    If that picture were not bleak enough, we also know that childhood obesity, like adult measurements, has risen dramatically over the last 30 years. The percentage of US children aged 6 to 11 years considered obese was nearly 20% in 2008, while adolescent obesity stands at 18% for the same year.

    To conduct the latest work on childhood obesity and liver cancer, the team of researchers looked at birth weight and BMI at school age of over 165,000 boys and 160,000 girls in Denmark who were born between the years 1930 and 1989. Of these subjects, 252 were later diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) the most common type of cancer of the liver in adults.

    After examining the data, the study team calculated that by age 7 the chance of developing liver cancer as an adult went up by 12% for every 1 BMI point increase. Upon entering the teen years, the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma went up to 25% with each single BMI point. As BMI went up as a child grown, so too did the chance of being diagnosed with liver cancer as an adult. The risk was the same across genders and for all ages.

    Other things known to influence liver cancer risk include alcoholism or an infection by either hepatitis B or C or other another liver disease. Yet the study results did not change when subjects who had these risk factors were taken out of the mix. This suggests that being obese in childhood was the major risk in terms of developing hepatocellular carcinoma.

    Childhood obesity is known to lead to a multitude of harmful metabolic conditions, heart disease and type 2 diabetes, including fatty liver disease that may later bring liver cancer warnings experts. This is why they maintain that it is so important to keep a child's BMI in the healthy range during these years.

    Losing that weight is not any easier for kids than it is for adults, but considering the risks, a healthy lifestyle should be modeled for your children. Eating a well balanced, although not entirely treat free diet is a smart start. As is being more active, not just once in a while, but on a regular basis to prevent or turn around obesity in childhood.
