Urgent Care Centers Versus Hospitals – The Staff Infection Question

It is one of the dark secrets of today's hospital environment. Staff infections that can kill and cripple and every day people who enter hospitals all over the globe for minor treatments are contracting them. Hospitals do their best to control them but the fact remains and that is that they can never be completely eliminated.

The risk of Infection

Also, one more alarming fact about staff infections is that as time passes that they are becoming more resistant to treatment with antibiotics. What this means is that anyone with an open wound in a hospital today is at risk of contracting a fast moving infection that quite literally can not be stopped.

Flesh Eating Bacteria

Of them all, what is commonly referred to as "flesh eating bacteria" is possibly the most dreaded. Once it is contracted it moves so quickly that a hole the size of an orange can be eaten into a persons body in less than a day.

One New Option

One option that an increasing number of people in need of minor emergency care are taking to avoid contact with these new forms of staff infection is to seek care at local urgent care centers in their community. So what makes these local clinic so different with regards to staff infection rates?

Far Less Risk

Its quite simple. They are much smaller and do not keep patients overnight. In short what this means is that the chances of there being a person infected with one of these transmissible forms of infection being housed at one of the local clinics is nill.

All Hospitals in the US and Canada

Also their smaller size makes them more capable to deal with these types of sterility issues. The fact, is that every hospital in the US and Canada has these types of viruses lurking in them and to close them down completely to attempt to completely eradicate them is just not an option.

Type 2 Diabetes and Healthy Living – Why You Need to Invest In Your Health Every Day

Health advice is all around for a good reason. People are pushing their ideas because there is a demand for it. It is more than just interesting material to many people; often it is crucial information we all need to be made aware of.

Your health and well-being become a more relevant issue with each passing day. Nobody is getting any younger, and few of us are preparing for being older. You need to invest in your health every single day. A little goes a long way, especially when you consider the benefits you will gain and the health problems you will prevent.

It is not just about feeling better, being at the right weight, and having the freedom to eat whatever foods you like as opposed to being shackled by hypertension and Type 2 diabetes and their issues and inconveniences. It is about preventing what can …

  • put you in a hospital bed,
  • demand an emergency procedure, and potentially bring about an early death.

First, it starts with your weight. The majority of health problems affecting adults these days has to do with excess body fat. You may think it is trivial to consider as you only put on a "couple" of pounds in a year. The difference this makes may appear to be insignificant. However, at this pace, ten years causes quite a bit of damage. Poor nutrition and an inactive lifestyle add insult to injury.

Consider for the second half of this timeline you have elevated blood sugar, which may be due to prediabetes or despite your issue has progressed on to Type 2 diabetes. Now that is a lot of years of damage to your body. You are not getting any younger, and by neglecting your health in this manner, would also mean you will not enjoy good health in later life.

What has been mentioned above is an example, and only some of it may apply to you. Neverheless, the principle remains. Will you take care of your well-being from today? You need to invest in your health, because if you do not, you may pay for it dearly …

  • your kidneys,
  • your liver,
  • your heart, even
  • your brain could suffer through a stroke or dementia.

Taking care of your health one day at a time will add up. Even a small detail like …

  • taking the stairs at work instead of riding the elevator or escalator whenever you step outside your office or workplace,
  • skipping your afternoon snack,
  • parking your car towards the back of the car park at the shopping center and walking to the shops instead of parking close to the entrance, and
  • cooking your dinner instead of eating processed food

will make a difference. You can count on it.

Types of War

War has been defined in various ways. For present purposes, we may define was as sustained intergruop violence in which state military forces participate on at least one side or on both sides in the case of interstate war and generally on only one side is the case of civil war. In a world of standing military forces it is hard to say exactly where peace ends and war begins. A military battle that is not sustained over time may or may not be considered a war. The brief Chinese-Soviet border clashes in March and July 1969, for example, entailed several small battles at a few points along the border, in which some hundreds of people were killed. Similarly ambigous is a long term violent struggle involving irregular forces, such as in Northern Ireland. There, uniformed British military forces waged a sustained violent struggle with a non state army, the Irish Republican Army (IRA), until a cease-fire that has held on and off since 1995.

Thus, many different activities are covered by the general term war. Consequently, it is not easy to say how many wars are going on in the world at the moment. Wars are very diverse. Several types of war tend to arise from different situations and play different sorts of roles in bargaining over conflicts. Starting from the largest wars, we may distinguish the following main categories.

Hegemonic War is a war over control of the entire world order – the rules of the international system as a whole, including the role of world hegemony. This class of wars is also known as global war, world war, general war or systemic war. The last hegemonic war was World War II.

Total War is warfare by one state waged to conquer and occupy another. The goal is to reach the capital city and force the surrender of the government, which can then be replaced with one of the victor’s choosing. The 2003 Iraq War is a classic case. Napoleonic Wars, which introduced large-scale conscription and geared the entire French International economy toward the war effort. In total war, the entire society mobilized for the struggle, the entire society of the enemy is considered a legitimate target.

Limited War includes military actions carried out to gain some objective short of the surrender and occupation of the enemy. For instance, the U.S led war against Iraq in 1991 retook the territory of Kuwait but did not go on to Baghdad to topple Saddam Hussain’s government. Many border wars have this character; after occupying the land it wants,a state may stop short and defend its gains.

Civil War refers to war between factions within a state trying to create, or prevent, a new government for the entire state or some territorial part of it. The U.S Civil War of the 1860’s is a good example of a secessionist civil war.

Guerrilla War which includes certain kinds of civil wars is a warfare without front lines. Irregular forces operate in the midst of and often hidden or protected by, civilian populations. The purpose is not to directly confront an enemy army but rather to harass and punish it so as to gradually limit its operation and effectively liberate territory from its control.

In short, Wars are constantly taking place between states as well as in the states since the inception of history itself. It will remain till the world exists because of various desires of individuals and state-actors as well.

Importance of Aggression Management for Health Care Professionals

Aggressive behaviour is not restricted to mental patients alone: people who are not equipped to deal with frustration, fear or anxiety may exhibit aggressive and violent behaviour too. Patients who are in pain and are unable to deal with it often tend to be nasty towards their caretakers- and often nurses have to bear the brunt of their hostility. Aggression or violence could also result as a side-effect of therapeutic medication such as corticosteroids. Again, patients with neurological disorders could also have personality changes that may result in anger and abusive behaviour. Drug or alcohol abusers may get hallucinations or delusions which could make them respond with anger. There are many reasons why patients, who under normal circumstances may be very even-tempered, would behave uncharacteristically when faced with an illness.

Mental patients of course may be prone to aggression because of the very nature of their poor mental health. They often experience mental states such as periods of confusion or disorientation which could precipitate aggression and violence.

All this makes it very important that healthcare personnel should be aware of common triggers that could start an episode of physical aggression, how to avoid such triggers and how to deal with such behaviour. Nurses have reported that their own reactions to such behaviour could range from anger and frustration to inconsistency of care. They may also feel the desire to stop such behaviour by simply giving in to the demands of such disturbed patients. Some nurses may choose to avoid such patients altogether. Needless to say, these reactions are inappropriate and nurses must learn how to deal with the situation and with their own emotions.

While considering the care of such patients, ensure that the patient stays safe at all times, and so do you and everyone around you. The best way to handle such patients would be through empathy and building a relationship of trust. Understand what his or her triggers may be, and try to avoid them at all costs. Such patients should be encouraged to be more engaged with their social or support network, and to develop other activities which relieve them of their preoccupation with their illness. Counselling should be provided for frustration, fear and anxiety.

If an episode of aggression has been precipitated, stay calm and try to de-escalate the situation. Speak in a calm and neutral tone, try to make the patient sit down and communicate with you. Clearly indicate your empathy and understanding of the patient’s feelings, and try to calm down and control their emotions. Ensure the safety of the patient, other staff and yourself. There are many policies and procedures in place for dealing with aggressive incidents and they must be strictly followed.

Training in aggression management is an important part of the professional development of a healthcare professional. The course material is designed to support the delivery of healthcare and improve patient safety through prevention, treatment and control of aggressive and violent behaviour in patients. If you wish to reach the next level in your profession, do choose to study a professional development course in Aggression Management.

After Hair Transplant Care In Hair Restoration Surgery

After hair transplant care is an important subject that patients who undergo a hair transplant procedure need to know and follow religiously.

All patients who had a hair transplant surgery using a strip technique usually leave our hair transplant center with a bandage around their head. The bandage is used only to support the newly closed donor wound on the back of scalp. Patients are given prescription for pain and anti-inflammatory medications for first few days after surgery. The first night after hair transplant surgery, patient needs to be careful not to rub or scratch the transplanted area. It is recommend that all patients take it easy for the first days and avoid heavy physical exercises.

Those patients need to come back for physician evaluation and hair wash the day after surgery. During this first visit, the bandage is removed and donor wound and the transplanted hair is assessed. The donor and recipient areas need to be washed very carefully while teaching the patient how to wash it at home during day two to four after hair transplantation. Hair wash after hair transplant surgery needs to be done twice a day with a special method to minimize the probability of dislodging the grafts. Patients ask if they can skip washing hair within the first few days to avoid damaging the grafts. The answer is "No". Hair wash is a key step in hair transplant care that guarantees the normal growth of the transplanted hair follicular grafts.

We have a few restrictions in patient's activities after hair transplants. Some clinicians recommend very strict rules for physical activities. It is preferred that patient keeps his normal daily activities with some minor restrictions. The activities that add to the tension of the wound edges at donor area should be avoided for the first four weeks after surgery. Those activities are: extreme bending of neck and heavy weight lifting.

Hair Transplant patients need to go back to hair transplant clinic at day ten after hair transplant surgery to remove the staples (for patients who had strip surgery and donor is closed with metal staples) and to reevaluate the donor and recipient area. For the patients who have their donor closed with absorbable sutures, it is recommended to be seen in ten days to assess the healthiness of recipient and donor area, which includes patient's who had FUE, eyebrow hair transplant, hair transplant repair or body hair transplants. All follow up visits are included in the initial cost of hair transplant surgery and patients will not be charged for any follow up visits.

Hair restoration surgery patient should avoid direct sun exposure to the recipient area for about six months after follicular unit transplant surgery. Extreme and direct sun exposure may harm the growing grafts. Sun contact may also cause skin changing the skin color.

The final follow up appointment for their after hair transplant care is between months ten to eleven after their hair transplant surgery, when transplanted hair grows to its final thickness and length. At last session Dr. Parsa Mohebi evaluates the transplanted hair grafts and assesses the finial size and condition of donor scar. This visit is a good time for patients who want to consider a repeat surgery to increase the density of hair or cover the areas that have not been completely covered with first hair transplant surgery due to the limited scalp laxity or extended balding area. All patients who are planning for a repeat surgery do not have to wait that long and a repeat surgery could be done any time after month 5 after the initial hair transplant procedure.

Patients of hair restoration should be seen as needed in addition to the above mentioned visits for a variety of different reasons and a great patient-physician relationship is an important part of the success of the hair restoration procedures at US Hair Restoration Clinics.

How to Cure Hemorrhoids – Key Steps to Curing Piles

Whilst there is no absolute cure for hemorrhoids there are things you can do to ease the symptoms and prevent the recurrence of the problem. That might sound like a cure to you but in reality what works for one person may not work for another due to a whole host of reasons. With this said, here are some tips that may help your problems with piles.

Hemorrhoids are simply the swelling of blood vessels in one part of the rectum or anus. This swelling is tender and can be painful to the touch or be easily lacerated causing bleeding.

Many hemorrhoids have no symptoms and swell up and simply shrink back to normal without the individual ever being aware of them. In fact, research suggests that hemorrhoids are far more common that we actually think but since there are no symptoms they are never felt nor reported.

However, chronic or developed hemorrhoids can be extremely distressing. They can cause bleeding, itching and pain. If they become prolapsed they can hang out of the anus and may require surgery or some other procedure to effect a fix. If they become thrombosed they can cause hard lumps on the anus that makes it impossible to sit down without feeling pain and discomfort.

So effecting a cure for hemorrhoids requires dealing with the symptoms and the root cause of the condition. Dealing with the symptoms may involve applying a soothing agent that eases the pain. This can be applied directly with the hand for external piles or with a suppository or a pile pipe. You may also apply ice to the tender parts to sooth or take a sitz bath for both internal and external piles. You can even apply natural soothing agents if you prefer a more homeopathic solution.

Dealing with the root cause is more problematic. The reason for this is that we do not really know why hemorrhoids occur. Latest advice seems to suggest that what you eat will make a big difference. In short, more fiber and liquids will ensure that any waste material that passes through the rectum will be soft and motile. This lessens the chance of hemorrhoids developing because constipation and hard stools are thought to put the anal canal and anus under undue pressure that may cause swollen blood vessels. Also exercise and keeping the body healthy is the key to curing piles.

In short, hemorrhoids are a symptom that something is not quite right with the body. Due to the complexity of the human body putting your finger on the exact problem is not always that easy. So the theory goes that by keeping the body in it’s best possible condition will prevent things like piles occurring. It’s good advice because it may prevent many other ailments from occurring too.

The Various Medicinal Uses and Effects of Kratom

Kratom is an herbal leaf with medicinal properties that grows from a large tree called Mitragyna speciosa. This tree is native to countries in Southeast Asia particularly Myanmar, Malaysia and Thailand. The locals use kratom in various ways: as a stimulant, a sedative, pain reliever, medicine for diarrhea, anti-depressant, or as opium substitute. Kratom is ingested either by chewing, drinking (grinding the leaves into tea powder or mixing with coffee) and smoking.

The Beneficial Uses of Kratom

When kratom is used in low doses, it can substantially reduce fatigue and induce a feeling of mild euphoria. Although kratom in low doses is not known to interfere with a person’s daily activities, kratom users are advised to not perform any action that requires their full attention, such as driving or handling heavy machinery. Kratom contains epicatechin, an anti-oxidant. It also includes alkaloids that are said to have positive effects on a person’s immune system. Kratom has also been found effective in lowering blood pressure.

The main active ingredient in kratom is mitragynine, and it is known to affect a person’s mood and anxiety levels, thus acting as an anti-depressant. The same ingredient is also known to alleviate pain. There are also reports of people with hay fever getting well after kratom use. Many people also claim that using kratom helped them get better from a number of different illnesses, and appears to have various medicinal uses.

The Negative Effects of Excessive Kratom Use

Kratom is known to cause skin darkening on people who have used it frequently. It is said to have qualities akin to both stimulants and depressants, and taking it in large doses can lead to inactivity. People who stopped using kratom were observed to have withdrawal symptoms, but these symptoms were considerably milder than opiate users. Along with stimulant and depressant effects, mitragynine, the active ingredient in kratom, also has a similar chemical structure to that of a psychedelic. There have been reports of people experiencing closed-eye visualizations after they buy kratom online and use the product.

Kratom is not an illegal drug, and can be easily purchased from stores that sell alternative or herbal medicine. One can also buy kratom online.

Should you choose to buy kratom online, there are many kratom products you can choose from. Common kratom products come in the form of leaves, powder, extract, tincture, or capsules. You can even buy a whole kratom plant to grow yourself. You can also purchase it in wholesale or retail quantities.

If there’s a problem you’d like to solve, take a look at food first because “you really are what you eat”, and food choices can really help you out.

Want to sleep better?

Today’s modern lifestyle with artificial lighting, screens in every room, and erratic sleep patterns can make you feel like a good nights’ rest is sometimes out of reach. However, by regulating when you eat certain things & selecting ‘bed time foods’, most people can gain more control over their sleep. Avoiding tea, coffee, artificial sweeteners & sugar several hours before bedtime will help.

Adding tart cherry juice & kiwi fruits before bed both promote better sleep according to studies by American & Taiwanese colleges. (Tart cherry juice should be tart. By nature it doesn’t taste good, don’t be tempted to add sugar, or you’ll sabotage its effect. You only need an ounce or two to get the effect.)

Want to feel more energetic all day long?

Your energy level throughout the day can feel like it goes up & down. This is usually caused by changes in blood sugar. By keeping your blood sugar steady (ex. Avoiding sugar highs) you can avoid annoying afternoon slumps. Start the day with a healthy breakfast that includes protein. Carbohydrates, especially those without fiber (ex. A white bread bagel) are turned quickly into sugars by the body, and they have about the same effect as regular sugar.

You can help even out sugar levels by adding fiber to every meal. Fiber slows down the body’s conversion of carbohydrates into sugars, which results in steadier energy. When you need something that can add fiber to almost any food you already like to eat, reach for chia seeds. They don’t alter the flavor of the food, they’re tiny so you can just sprinkle them on food or mix them into drinks & the high level of soluble fiber on the exterior of the seed slows down the conversion of carbs into sugars.

Protein is also good for energy. Since the body doesn’t store protein, it can only be used for energy. A protein rich breakfast (instead of the common carb & sugar heavy breakfast) like eggs, nuts, seeds, or a little lean meat can power you up for the day.

Dealing with moodiness?

Going through a range of emotions throughout the day is normal, but if you feel down, irritable, blue, nervous or negative without any clear cause, you can sometimes combat feelings with healthy food. The brain runs on chemical signals, so why not give it what it needs to promote positivity?

Omega 3, vitamin D, the range of B vitamins & trace minerals like zinc, selenium & iodine all of these either protect parts of the brain (B12 shields mylien the coating on nerves & brain cells), help the thyroid (a gland that can influence moods if it’s out of line) or provides the building blocks for a healthy brain (as the brain is composed of special fats) The star of the show for brain health is the pumpkin seed. It has Glutamate for anti-stress, tryptophan for anti-depression, zinc for positive immune system support & phytosterols to fight cholesterol deposits.

Protect your brain & its supportive systems with colorful fruits and vegetables. The general rule of maximizing healthy compounds like plant sterols, anti-oxidants & phyto-nutrients is “The brighter & more plentiful the colors – the better it will be”. Choosing richly colored foods like dark plums (or berries), dark leafy greens, and bright fruits every day will help ensure you’re getting powerful plant nutrients not only for better mood & brain health, but full-body care as well. Remember: supplementing can be a part of healthy eating too. Since not many foods have vitamin-d in them, and this vitamin is important to mental health, you may want to supplement if you suspect you’re not getting enough.

Desire younger looking skin?

There are plenty of creams & ointments on shelves to promote skin health, but did you know you can promote healthy skin from within? By consuming the components that go into younger, healthier looking skin, you provide your body with the building blocks it needs to keep your skin in better shape. Oxidative damage from sources you can’t control, like pollution in the air or radiation from the sun throughout the day can’t always be avoided, but you can activate your repair mechanisms by eating right for healthy skin.

Staying hydrated is priority number one. Healthy skin needs enough water to maintain its look. Caffeinated & super-sweet beverages don’t do as good a job keeping you hydrated as water, so keep an eye on your healthy liquid intake for the day.

Next, healthy bacteria in the digestive system can contribute to better skin. For example, the Journal “Allergy” reports 50% less under-eye puffiness for people who use yogurt, fermented foods (ex. Sauerkraut), and kefir in their diet or, who supplement with probiotics in pills or drinks.

Monounsaturated fats, like those in olive oil usually come along with elastin protecting anti-oxidants, which help skin keep its “stretchy but snap-back” quality. Soluble fiber, that you can’t digest, feeds the probiotic bacteria in yogurt. Giving the ‘good guys’ something to eat helps them help you. You can try chia seeds for a combination of both soluble fiber & healthy fats. The soluble fiber is on the outside, while the healthy oil is within the seed.

Want to avoid cholesterol problems?

High blood pressure & cholesterol issues can run in the family. If you know ahead of time, you can take dietary steps to avoid or control the issue before it becomes a big deal. Cholesterol on artery walls is sometimes a response to fight inflammation. Inflammatory particles hit the walls of the artery, damaging them. Cholesterol is applied to protect the artery, but this defensive mechanism can get out of control. You can fight it in several ways. First, stop or cut down the source of inflammation, which means avoiding refined sugars and high fructose corn syrup whenever possible. Trans fats & alcohol are also inflammation culprits.

Next, use food to control cholesterol. Monounsaturated fats like in olive oil can help lower bad cholesterol. Omega 3 fatty acids help as well, and they’re generally well known in cold water fish. Don’t like fishy flavor, or don’t want to eat fish every day? Consider a supplement, or the chia seed which has plant based omega 3, and no fishy taste at all. The Mayo Clinic states that fiber can block cholesterol absorption, so the more fiber you get, the better off you’ll be. Chia is one of the most high-fiber seeds you can get.

Looking for a better workout?

Playing a physically demanding sport, keeping your bones strong, or just going for better physical fitness requires nutrition. For example, the compound that makes salmon pink, astaxanthin, can accelerate fat burning & increase endurance according to Journal Biochemical & Biophysical Research Communications. Raw beet juice may not taste great, but it’s well known for promoting endurance and lowering blood pressure. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition also reports that omega 3s can stimulate muscle protein synthesis in older adults, so be sure to include a little of this healthy oil to make more of your workouts. Protein is the building block of healthy muscle tissue, and you can find easily digestible protein all around you in asparagus, almonds, complete protein in chia, bean sprouts & quinoa. When meat isn’t your only choice for protein, you can plan more of it into your meals.

Need to improve digestive health?

Digestive health includes dealing with diverticulosis, diverticulitis, acid indigestion, trouble going to the bathroom, and nutrient absorption. Acid-blocking medications, for instance, can reduce your ability to absorb certain nutrients from foods, which can lead to other problems. Proper hydration & fiber intake are big keys to better digestive health.

Soluble fiber feeds beneficial bacteria that break down food into easily digestible components. Feed the good guys with soluble fiber in fruit peels, chia seeds, gluten-free whole grains & they’ll work for you! Calm acid indigestion naturally & safely with alkaline foods like leafy greens, high calcium plants, beans, chia seeds, & herbs. Keep your digestive system hydrated with both soluble & insoluble fiber. A well hydrated system is like a well oiled machine, it works smoothly & reliably, averting trouble going to the bathroom & diverticulitis-a symptom of food being too difficult to move through the intestines.

These ‘side-benefits’ of healthy eating are just a scratch at the surface of the world of health you can unlock with micronutrients in healthy plant foods. Did you notice some of the topics covered different benefits, but featured the same item? (for example, fiber) That’s because healthy eating creates a kind of synergy with the related systems of your body. Hydration is great for digestion AND skin health, while good digestion supports a healthy brain and then better energy levels influence your exercise pattern while workouts can promote better sleep. Improve one link in your “chain of good health” with food choices, and you may just see it connecting to your over-all health.

How Many Types Of Mesothelioma

Mesothelioma is a form of cancer that is associated with the exposure to asbestos. It is known as the most aggressive and the most difficult to treat type of cancer. The reason is this that it is diagnosed very late and sometimes the patient does not have an idea of the period in which he was exposed to asbestos and this disease started to grow in his body. It usually starts in the mesothelium cells that are the protective coverings of different parts of the body (especially the parts of abdomen).

Some forms of mesothelioma are malignant and some are non-malignant. In medical terminology, only the malignant mesothelioma is considered as mesothelioma. We will here discuss the main types of mesothelioma cells as they look under the microscope. There are four main types of the cancerous cells.

  1. Epothelioid:it is the most common kind of mesothelioma. 50 to 70 % cases belong to this kind of cancerous cells. In this kind of cancer, the chance of being cured is comparatively high.
  2. Sarcomatoid (fibrous): this is the rare kind of mesothelioma that occurs in 7 to 20% patients and it affects the secondary tissues of the body of the patients. The survival rate is low in this category.
  3. Mixed (biphasic): in this kind of mesothelioma, both above mentioned kinds of mesothelioma occur simultaneously. It covers 20 to 35% of mesothelioma patients.
  4. Desmoplastic:this is the rarest kind of mesothelioma cells and the survival rate in it is low.

As this type of cancer grows in different parts of the body, so they have different names. Some important types of mesothelioma are as following:

  1. Pleura mesothelioma: almost 75% of mesothelioma patients have this type of cancer. It affects pleura of the body. As the asbestos fibers inhaled by the air are stored in pleura and cause scarring and inflammation, cancer develops. The latency period is quite long as it covers 30 to 50 years.
  2. Peritoneum mesothelioma: this is the second most common type of mesothelioma. 10 to 20 % of mesothelioma patients belong to this type. It develops in peritoneum. Its latency period is shorter than the latency period in pleura mesothelioma. Even then it takes 20 to 30 years to be developed
  3. Pericardium mesothelioma: this type of cancer occurs in the lining of heart. Only 10 % of this type of cases is found in all over the world. It is also associated with the exposure to asbestos.
  4. Mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis testis: it is the rarest type of cancer that grows in the lining of the tunica vaginal testis. The total number of such patients is less than hundred but it is said that the main cause of mesothelioma is the exposure to asbestos.
  5. Mesothelioma of the tunica serosa uteri: it is a type of mesothelioma that grows in tunica serosa uteri. It is also a rare type of cancer.

Though there are some more types of mesothelioma but they are very rare and we even do not have enough information about them.
