Internal Piles Treatment You Should Know About – Reduce the Severity of Piles and Regain Your Life

Internal piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are a specific form of veins that can be found in your body. They are responsible for regulating your bowel movements and when they became enlarged they are referred to as piles ailment.

Internal piles is not painful but it can cause a lot of discomfort because they create the feeling that there is a lump inside your body. The most common symptoms of internal piles are bleeding, itching in the rectal region, and painful bowel movements.

Although this type of hemorrhoids mostly occurs outside the rectal, they can sometimes protrude out of the rectal anal and cause a lot more pain. When this happens it is known as prolapsed internal piles. When it comes to treatment for your hemorrhoids it all depends on the classification of your condition.

  1. First Stage: When the piles places inside your anus.
  2. Second Stage: This is where the piles constantly moves from outside to inside your anus during bowel movements.
  3. Third Stage: The piles have permanently gone from your inside to the outside of your anus.

During the first two stages the internal piles treatment will only require that you change up your lifestyle and diet. These lifestyle and diet changes include eating a diet high in fiber, increasing your water consumption, getting involved with some exercises, and using some basic remedies such as the sitz bath, and applying petroleum jelly and other gels.

Treatment for the third stage includes much more drastic measures such as surgery or hemorrhoidectomy. However, surgery methods may allow the hemorrhoids to return.

Along with proper treatment you should take some preventive measures which will reduce the frequency and severity of hemorrhoids. These preventive measures include eating a high fiber diet, drinking a lot of fluids (preferably 7 glasses of water per day), and increasing your physical activity.

Top Causes of Hyperacidity

Hyperacidity is also known as acid dyspepsia. It is a disease which affects more than 25% of the US population. Irregular and unhealthy eating habits in people living in urban and modern cities have led to the huge rise in the incidence of the disease. The primary medical causes of hyperacidity are as follows:

* Stomach ulcers: This is the main reason of hyperacidity in lots of people. As soon as it is diagnosed, the patient has to get the ulcer removed surgically. This will treat hyperacidity too.

* Acid reflux disease: This is a gastric disorder many people suffer from. The gastric acids in the stomach reach the food pipe, which is known as the esophagus. Due to this, the level of acid in the stomach goes up that leading to hyperacidity.

* Stomach cancer: Some patients suffering from stomach cancer have been reported to suffer from hyperacidity. Although rare, hyperacidity in stomach cancer patients has been known to be fatal. As such, it is very important to get hyperacidity treated if it persists for more than a couple of weeks. Timely diagnosis is very essential.

There are many things which trigger off hyperacidity in some people other than the ones stated above. Regularly eating heavy, spicy, oily and salty food is widely known to cause acidity. Excess intake of sour food containing high acid levels and a sedentary lifestyle with little or no exercise have also been known to be culprits. A stressful lifestyle, heavy smoking, regular drinking of alcohol and caffeine are also well-known causes. Moderate walking before going to bed at night, reducing the consumption of drugs like aspirin and drinking a lot of water through the day leads to considerable relief in patients. Summing up, a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a balanced diet is essential to keep hyperacidity at bay.

What Are the Common Symptoms of Gastritis?

Symptoms of Gastritis cover a large range. Know them to be able to identify Gastritis. Gastritis is not a disease, it is a condition that can be caused due to many reasons.

What is gastritis? Gastritis refers to the irritation or inflammation suffered in the stomach lining. It can be an acute or a chronic condition. Sometimes it is a part of other diseases or conditions.

The symptoms of gastritis can be very misleading. Sometimes a very minor infection can cause sever symptoms and at the same time severe inflammation may cause minor symptoms. The severity of the condition can only be judged after an endoscopic examination of the stomach has been performed by the doctor. An endoscope is a like optical fiber with a minuscule camera at its end, which is introduced into the patient's stomach to view the conditions inside.

This is especially so in the case of elderly patients. They may come into hospital with internal bleeding of the stomach without ever having suffered from any symptoms of gastritis before this particular incident.

Gastritis is a very common condition and it has been observed that almost 10% of the patientsrought into emergency for abdominal pain are suffering from it.

One of the first symptoms that alert a person is discomfort or pain in the upper abdominal region.

The pain that one sufferers due to gastritis is very typical. It may be felt in the pit of the stomach. People have described the feeling as cutting pain from front to back. The pain has been described as soreness, gnawing, aching or even burning sensation. It may feel as if it is cutting, stabbing or gnawing at you.

The other symptoms of gastritis include belching, nausea accompanied with vomiting, blood in the vomit, bloating, and an uncomfortable feeling of fullness and burning in the stomach.

The vomit could be clear, yellow or green. If the case is severe we may expect a bloody vomit and in moderate cases streaks of blood.

If the gastritis is particularly bad, there may be bleeding in the stomach too. This is marked by symptoms like sudden sweating, pallor or racing heart beat. Other symptoms could be feeling of lackiness, short breath, and severe pain in chest or stomach. The characteristic symptom is vomiting blood. The patient may also suffer from bloody stools or sticky foul smelling stools.

The other symptoms that the patient may suffer from are black stools, a significant loss of appetite, stomach cramps, persistent fever, and lethargy, fetid taste in mouth, indigestion, diarrhea, and belching.

These symptoms of gastritis may or may not be present in a person suffering from gastritis. Sometimes the patient will realize this condition only when it has reached a certain state, where bleeding has begun. This is a marked aspect of patients on the wrong side of sixty. This condition may sometimes be caused due to excessive drinking or even because of aspirin consumption. It can be a part of other medical conditions too.

Pains in the Chest – Is This a Heart Attack?

Not all pain in and around your chest is an indication that you are heading for a heart attack. Although it is always best to seek medical help when you experience ANY type of chest pain, it is good to be aware of the fact that there are many other kinds of chest pains.

Heart related pain

1. Aortic dissection – this sounds like a horrible stabbing pain that explodes from within suddenly. It spreads fast toward the mid section of your back – just between the shoulder blades.

2. Pericarditis – this pain occurs due to inflammation of the membrane that covers the heart – the pericardium. This is very different from angina pain – it is very pronounced and sharp. It gets worse with every breath you take in and it becomes unbearable when you lie down. You will find slight relief only when you bend forward.

3. Myocarditis – this pain is very similar to pericaridatis; it is caused by inflammation of the heart muscles.

Lungs related pain

4. Pneumonia – this is a disease that causes acute chest pain. However, this would be associated with fever, cough, breathlessness, and accumulation of phlegm.

5. Pleuritis – this is an inflammation of the pleura or the membrane that covers the lungs. Like pericarditis, this pain too is accentuated by breathing in.

6. Pneumothorax – this is when your lung collapses due to accumulation of air around it. The pain is sharp, sudden and gets aggravated by taking-in breaths. The pain is associated by a feeling of suffocation, as the lung is unable to expand and take in air.

7. Pulmonary hypertension – in simple words, this is high blood pressure in the blood vessels that irrigate the lungs. You would feel a huge pressure in the chest region that gets aggravated by physical exertion and deep breaths.

Gastro-esophageal related pain

8. Reflux pain – this is one of the most common of pains associated with indigestion and acidity. The pain, accompanied by a burning sensation, usually starts under the breastbone and is associated with acid regurgitation. This pain is fast relieved by antacids.

9. Spasm of the esophagus – this is a rare condition; the reason why it happens is not clear yet. There would be a sudden spasm of the esophageal muscle, which generates swift stabbing pain just under the breastbone. This pain is aggravated by swallowing and relieved by ingestion of nitroglycerine.

10. Tearing in the esophagus – this usually happens after heavy bouts of vomiting and it is a common occurrence with alcoholics. It is aggravated by swallowing. Boerhaave's syndrome is a more acute manifestation of rupture of the esophagus the pain of which is very severe.

Other Types Of Pains

11. Muscle spasms – this pain is caused by back or chest muscle spasms or sprains that normally follow some severe physical strain. The pain is usually localized and sensitive to touch.

12. Anxiety and stress – sudden anxiety and stress can cause constriction of the chest, which is very similar to angina. You would also feel dizzy and breathless in this situation.

There are many more types of chest pains that were not described here. As mentioned before, you need not wait to self-diagnose what type of pain you may be experiencing. The best solution (and the safest) is to go to your nearest medical facility for an immediate check up.

Leg Swelling

The general cause of a leg swell is the additional fluid that grows in the lower extremity tissues. If this waving remains and is indented by a finger it is termed as Edema Pitting. There can also be other less usual causes for this problem that include Eosinophilic fasciitis and scleroderma which result in the thickness of the skin. In these cases, the leg swapping is characterized by non-pitting edema. Some of the main causes of pitting edema include Cellulitis, Baker Cyst, Congestive Heart Failure, Eosinophilic-Fasciitis, Kidney Failure, Cirrhosis of the Liver, and Scleroderma.

In Cellulitis, the skin and the tissues under it get bacterially infected. As the area is initially it ever gets larger, swells and becomes reddish.

The leg swelling due to baker cyst is a result of the protruding of knee joint fluid behind the knee cap.

In congestive heart failure, the heart is not properly able to perform its blood pumping function to the different organs of the body. This in result effects all the body organs directly or indirectly as reduction in blood supply causes the different parts of the body to work improperly and some vital parts of the body like kidneys do not work properly and effect the other parts of the body.
Eosinophilic-Fasciitis is a specific subtype of white blood cells. Their number should not increase the normal biological limit set by nature. Fascia is the name of a tissue under the skin to cover under tissues surface. In Eosinophilic-Fasciitis skin infection and thickening occurs and the fascia underneath swells result in legs waving.

In case of kidney failure, the body starts holding fluid, which results in increased blood pressure. That leads to piling up of harmful wastes in the body. The body's ability to make red cells at a normal rate is seriously effected. In addition, due to these wastes build up different parts of the body swell.

In Cirrhosis of the liver the liver is not able to function properly and can not eliminate the toxic substances in the body which start depositing in the different parts of the body including legs which can result in swelling of legs.

The last cause, which can result in leg swelling, is Scleroderma in which body's own immune system attacks its tissues. That results in scar tissues and swelling of that part of the body where they attack and that may be any part of the part where they attack.

Heart Attack Pain and Emergency Measures

In heart attack it is common that the pain is either very intense or mild. Its' intensity can veary a lot from case to case. One specific sign of a myocardial infarction is, as in the angina pain, the growth in intensity during the first minutes. The site of pain is usually behind the breastboneand very often it radiates in the jaw, neck, left shoulder or left arm .. At the moment when the pain occurs, the most informative and practical diagnosis method would be an ECG (Electrocardiogram). A heart attack has a particular drawing on a ECG, so that emergency room doctors can with no effort to say if there'sa a heart attack or not.

Pain in Heart Attacks: Causes
From those who survived heart attacks we now know that they are a very unpleasant and painful experience .. Myocardial infarction, as the name says it, is the necrosis of the heart muscle due to the absence of blood flow to the heart muscle. As a sign that the ischemia is already started and that the muscle is dying servse the severe pain.

In some cases the pain may be lasting for many hours, as the ischemia continues. When the factor that was blocking the normal blood flow in coronary arteries was successfully removed, and the blood flux was reestablished, the pain usually disappears suddenly. The heart attack pain is composed of three elements, as specialists say: The pain from the heart itself, the pain from the entire organism response to the changes that take place in the heart and the psychological factor – a fear of imminent death, also known as "angor animi".

In some cases (up to 20% or more) the heart attack may be painless. As pain in the heart is a response of the nervous terminations to the stimuli, in cases when the nervous sensitivity is affected, the pain may not be felt so acute. This usually happens in elderly persons, or in diabetics, which nervous sensors not only in the heart but all over the organism are affected and the pain sensation may be absent or diminished.

Heart Attack pains' treatment
As you already may know, staying at home without calling an emergency service is highly dangerous and can threaten your life. If you are traveling often, please refer to some emergency phone numbers in different countries and try to have a mobile phone at hand.

The first thing you can do at home when you experience pains that you think may be resembling a heart attack is to lie down immediately, in horizontal position, control your breath and remember to breath rhythmically, call for any help and drink an aspirin if you are not allergic to it. The pain in heart attack is a severe event, and the medications of choice to cut the pain remain narcotics. Morphine is gien in most cases to help both cut the pains and calm the emotional stress. Also, nitroglycerine remains a drug that continues to be used, you can take a nitro at home while you wait for the ambulance, but in hospital conditions, they will administer it intravenously as the effect is faster.

How the Cure For Cancer Was Discovered

The cure for cancer was discovered by Dr. Max Gerson, or rather by one of his patients in the early 1900’s. The cure was discovered by accident, but it soon became famous and many people were helped.

It all started when Dr. Max Gerson began to experience severe migraine headaches. Nothing was able to help him, and so he began to do his own experiment with his diet. After 2 years he had found a cure for his migraines; he had eliminated animal products, spices, salt and alcohol, and ate only certain raw foods, as well as some cooked vegetables.

This was known as the Gerson Migraine Diet, and news about his discoveries spread fast.

The cure for cancer was discovered when Dr. Gerson gave the migraine treatment to a patient who also had skin tuberculosis. The patient noticed his skin clear up and reported his condition back to Dr. Gerson.

It was at this time that Dr. Gerson began to experiment with other skin tuberculosis patients. A clinical study was done in 1924 on 450 skin tuberculosis patients; miraculously, 446 of those patients recovered from their condition.

In 1946, Dr. Max Gerson, along with 5 of his cured patients, testified in court that the cure for cancer had been found. After this Dr. Gerson wrote a book to record his studies called, “A Cancer Therapy, Results of 50 Cases.”

The book is still available today and many have been helped just by reading it. This book is not just for cancer, but many people with many other illnesses have been helped.

Types of Virtual Assistants and What They Can Do for Business Growth

Your market is continually increasing and everything is, by far, positive in your company. The problem is you couldn’t keep up with the demands of office work and other business needs. A smart move that you can make for your growing business is to hire a person fully-equipped with the right skills you needed and does not need your presence 24/7.

Who would have thought that someone remote can do meaningful work for you? The fast-advancing technology set the stage for a new breed of workers that benefit employers and emerging businessmen in a lot of ways. Virtual assistants or offshore secretaries can positively affect business growth and maximize productivity of employers in terms of seeking clients and winning them.

It is said that an average businessman who opts to do clerical jobs by himself spends more time in the office and becoming his own secretary. As a result, “real” businessman jobs are left out, which could potentially decrease business improvement. This is where online assistants come in; to do all those tasks for you while you focus on improving marketing techniques needed to gather clients. Depending on the nature of your business, you may choose one from the types of virtual assistants who can perform the duties you want them to make. Gone are the days when the best talents in the industry go solely to established companies; you too have the chance to hire “beyond compare” assistants that could become company assets.

Types of Virtual Assistants

SEO and SEM Virtual Assistants

For a modern businessman, internet marketing is not a strange word, but the question is, can you keep up with the fast-paced changes in the Internet? Hiring an SEM virtual assistant or online marketing virtual assistant is a good way to market your business in the Web. Note that SEM or search engine marketing encompasses all SEO strategies needed for search engine visibility. SEO assistants do several things that you may not know of when it comes to internet marketing. Basic tasks that an SEO assistant does for your company website are the following:

• On-page Optimization

• Competition Analysis

• Keyword Research

• Domain Registration

• Active Forum Participation

• Bloggosphere Participation

• Submission Services

• Link Building

• Content Marketing

These activities, along with a few more, will help you have greater internet visibility in search engine results. This is a great opportunity for you to advertise your company without necessarily paying expensive advertising cost.

Virtual Assistant Writer

Virtual writers are assistants who create your daily writing needs. As a businessman, it’s really not in your job description to write creative contents in your company website or promotional blogs needed for advertising purposes. Why make a fuss out of it if you can hire a virtual marketing writer that translates your business ideals to striking sentences. In website development, good content writers are badly needed. Note that internet users are browsing services not to avail them directly but to find out more of them before making a deal. You need to employ a writer who can create convincing articles without giving an obvious sales pitch.

An efficient internet marketing writer creates SEO-ready articles populated with correct keywords. In other cases, article writers also create non-SEO related writing tasks such as technical writing and research.

Virtual Assistant Web Developer

Web developers are the lifeblood of any running website. They are responsible in creating a functional and creative website for your company and keeping it up to date. A virtual programmer delivers all your computer programming needs from creation, re-designing, to maintenance. Virtual programmers who are experienced in building company websites basically know what clients want to see in a website. Common services that virtual assistant programmers do for you are:

• Web Design Services

• Graphic Design Services

• Logo Design Services

For creative and programmers, they can act as a virtual assistant graphics artist and programmer all at the same time. These two roles commonly go together, thus making it possible for programmers to perform designing services. If you can get programming and designing skills all in one virtual assistant, just imagine the payroll cut cost that you can have! As an employer, you still have the privilege to employ two different professionals to work on both duties.

Virtual Employee

Hiring virtual employees are just like hiring contractual, off-site workers only that you reach them via phone or the Internet. They are hired to perform tasks in a remote location from your physical office and are working directly from your orders. Unlike other virtual assistants, a virtual employee is hired like your offsite employees but performs the tasks somewhere away from your office.

Virtual Administrative Assistant

Virtual administrative workers conducts all your office and clerical needs and act like typical office secretaries, only that they are working online. They are responsible in keeping your documents, presentations, schedule, and client communication needs organized and updated. In short, they do all the things that you hate to do as a businessman and a great way to take off all those time-consuming tasks from your priorities. Get away with email responding, phone call receiving, and presentation making without necessarily disregarding them by hiring online administrative assistants.

Virtual Financial Assistant

One of the most crucial aspects of your business is balancing income and expenses. In hiring a trusted virtual financial assistant, you can do away with the headache of bookkeeping and financial records of your company. They are just as qualified as traditional bookkeepers and are trained to handle different financial transactions such as banking and tax submission.

In choosing virtual assistants, make sure that they have the right skills that you need in your company. Many online assistants can do multi-tasking which could potentially save up your time and payroll expenses, but be reminded that if you want someone who can do specific jobs for your company such as programming or writing, your virtual assistant can efficiently perform them. The nature of your business should match your qualifications in finding virtual assistants.

Liver Pain – A Possible Sign of Liver Tumors

When one feels like a brick is being tucked under his rib, this can be associated with liver pain. Even if the pain is not severe, it is best to go to a doctor for proper diagnosis. This way, he can rule out possibilities of liver tumors developing inside the body.

For others, the pain is as if the liver does not fit under the rib cage. Sometimes the feeling is connected to some level of pain in the back. Thus, pain caused from developed liver tumors is actually not that sharp. In fact, most people who were diagnosed with these tumors thought the pain was just a dull ache.

Liver pain symptoms or liver tumors are often dismissed. This is since they're thinking that it is not the organs hurting. However, experiencing pain underneath the rib cage as though it is swelling and cramping is not good. So is pain in the right shoulder and you fee pain when you breathe in or cough. These are sufficient reasons to seek medical advice. Liver pain can be real and early diagnosis as well as treatment can help save your life.

Liver pain occurs when the liver cells and the in-between spaces get crammed due to unhealthy fat builds and the liver starts to enlarge and becomes heavier than normal. Since the liver is located in the abdomen, liver pain and abdominal pain are generally confused with each other. A doctor or medical professional can determine the difference between these two types of pain in the abdomen, and whether they are related to the liver itself.

Liver pain can be caused by a wide variety of ailments, including various underlying liver problems such as liver cancers, inoxication, cirrhosis, hepatitis, liver tumors and other liver diseases. Some additional symptoms may accompany liver pain such as fatigue, difficulty in breathing, headaches, nausea itching, eating disorders and loss of appetite as well as a swollen testes and back or shoulder pains. Like all other pain symptoms in the body, liver pain should be taken seriously.

Liver tumors or hepatic tumors are one of the worst malfunctions of the liver as it is when cells begin to reproduce at an increased rate. These can be cancerous. Medical terms referring to the liver often start with "hepatic" or "hepato" from the Greek word for liver "hepar".

As the liver is one of the vital organs in the body, without it, we can not survive. It deals with the processing fats and other food substances such as alcohol, toxic chemicals and so on. It can detoxify the body against toxins and others foreign chemicals to ensure the health of the whole organism.

Liver pain or malfunctions can due to a barrage of pollutants and toxic substances in the environment. Since the liver is made to handle vast amounts of toxic substances and pollutants in today's environment, chemical or toxic overload can destroy it.

Liver tumors can be treated with surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy or liver transplantation. To have a healthy liver, eat a lot of broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, fresh berries, prunes, raisins and apples as well as pears, grain breads, cereals and rice. Avoid foods that are high in fat and cholesterol. Change your lifestyle and avoid alcohol and smoke. It can help prolong your life and make it free from liver pain and liver tumors.

Can I Get Pneumonia Even If I Had the Pneumonia Shot?

Pneumonias can be caused by a variety of bacteria such as Staph, Strep, Klebsiela, as well as other bacteria and even other kinds of germs.

Pneumovax, the pneumonia vaccine or Pneumonia Shot, protects you from Strep Pneumonia only. Strep pneumonia was the most common and is one of the most serious forms of pneumonia. The vaccine was developed to protect suspect people from catching this particular germ and developing the pneumonia that it causes.

Many other germs out there can cause pneumonia. These range from viruses, such as those responsible for the common cold, to the one that causes chicken pox. Some of these, like the chickenpox virus, can be treated with special antiviral medications. Most viral infections must run their course, as we do not have many antiviral agents for treatment. Some viral pneumonias, however, can be severe and may require hospitalization in order to maintain adequate breathing and oxygen supply.

As we noted previously, pneumonia can also be caused by bacterias like those mentioned above. These are treated with antibiotics. If the infection is severe, these will be administrated in the hospital and the patient's breathing and oxygen requirements will be supported too.

Additionally, pneumonia can be caused by tuberculosis and even some fungi. Valley Fever is caused by a fungus that lives in the dusty desert soil. It is called coccidiodomycosis when it infects us and can cause a serious pneumonia. Special antifungal medications may be needed to fight off these infections.

"Walking Pneumonia", is the common term for a class we call "Atypical Pneumonias" and is caused by organizations such as Mycoplasma and Legionella. These respond well enough to certain antibiotics.

All pneumonias can be serious, some even life threatening. Pneumonias are infections of the lung tissue itself. They can be painful because they inflame and irritate the tender lining covering the lungs. They generally cause fevers, shortness of breath and productive coughs.

You have, luckily, been protected from one of the most common and more serious forms if you've had the "pneumonia shot," but you may still come down with a pneumonia caused by the other germs. As we mentioned above, some of these can be serious.

Therefore, do not hesitate to seek medical help, if you are ill with a fever and cough, especially if you are coughing up yellow, brown, green, or reddish sputum.

Remember too, we now know that the pneumonia shot is good for seven years, at which time you will need to be re-vaccinated to continue your protection.

Who should be vaccinated? Generally speaking, people with compromised pulmonary systems like those with asthma, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis. People with compromised immune systems also benefit from the vaccine. These would include people without a spleen, those on immunosuppressant medications, or those with HIV. Seniors are, in general, more susceptible to serious infection, and usually benefit from being vaccinated.

Talk to your doctor about whether you need the pneumonia shot.

Bronchitis and Asthma

Bronchitis is as a result of inflammation of the medium sized air ways in the lungs. The cause is usually a bacterial or viral infection. Asthma is a condition that takes place as a result of irritation to the airways too. The tubes swell and make air movement through them difficult. Acute bronchitis can lead to asthma. This is if the infection takes longer than a month. Due to the constant irritations to the bronchial tubes for a few months. This can generate to asthma.

Bronchitis and asthma are related in that they both affect the airways and lungs. The symptoms are sometimes similar. These include coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath. They both have preventative measures. Bronchitis has a vaccine that was developed in 1985 by a University of Newcastle, Australia Professor, Robert Clancy. The vaccine is oral for acute bronchitis. It was released in the market four years later.

Bronchitis and asthma are both dangerous diseases. They can affect the mode of life if not taken care of. The care includes seeking professional medical care and getting informed about the conditions. Bronchitis and asthma can be caused by air pollution, smoking and viral infections. Treatment options are different. Asthma has no cure. The diagnosis of both diseases are also very different despite the doctors can be the same.

More research is being done on bronchitis and asthma to try get better vaccinations and treatment options. This is being done by health research organizations all over the world. The two conditions should be taken seriously. If let alone without proper treatment, they can degenerate to other chronic health problems.

Writing Your Affiliate Home Business Plan

Here's a typical scenario: You are deciding to start a home business and suddenly everyone you know has his nose in your business, literally. What do you tell them? And how do you answer your own questions? What should you expect from the company in terms of stability, longevity, vitality, trust, income, and so forth? First the bad news: there are no guarantees. Then the good news: there is plenty of information from which to draw your own conclusions. The internet is huge, and any good company will offer free marketing tools and training.

But back to the WHY of that business plan. You're going to be starting small, slow and boy! is there a lot to learn. What's the point of actually sitting down and writing a business plan? You're not Bill Gates, this is not Microsoft, just you in your home office a few hours a week, slowly building an online business presence, not really understanding what the heck you'll be doing.

Relax and breathe. Unlike Mt. Rushmore, your plan will not be designed to withstand the weathering of the ages. You can expect it will change and bend with the flow of your real experiences, which will be totally yours, not identical to anyone else's.

What writing your plan will do is cause you to pause, think, dream, study and focus. The written document, whether it is one page or twelve, will give your business a framework to work within. The internet is vast and seemingly endless. It is easy to lose focus and drift away on a different whim or idea every day. Understanding where you are today, what tools you have to work with, what your goals are, and how you can best achieve them and measure your success, will help you stay on target and not waste what few hours you may be investing in your business at start-up.

Whenever you feel lost or confused, you can return to what you have written. When you analyze your situation and decide to make a change, rewrite that part of the plan. Understand that it's a living document, intended to grow with you and your business. Your business plan is your friend.

Getting Started with the Business Plan

First you need to study the company and its management. You need to read and learn about the products, the compensation plan and the network structure. See you next month. Just kidding.

Plan on doing SOME reading each and every work day for the next few months, if not indefinitely. Keep up with the company forum entries every day; read something in the training reports every day. Your education will continue. Plan for it.

When you are ready, open up a Notepad window and answer these questions:

What service / products does your business provide and what needs does it fill?

Who are the potential customers for your product or service and why will they purchase it from you?

How will you reach your potential customers?

Where will you get the financial resources to start your business?

Ok. Maybe your company offers many products and services. What do you want to focus on? I suggest that, at first, you focus on one or two products and / or the affiliate opportunity. In other words, keep is simple. Once you get the hang of what you're doing, you will KNOW when it's time to expand. Do only what you are comfortable with, every step of the way. This is YOUR business, it's your right and privilege to decide on your approach.

Internet marketing hinges on building trust. How will you do this?

Reaching customers means marketing. Your decision, once again. And again, the options should be in your company's training materials.

So we're talking developing a reading / study schedule. Here's a possible list, once you've read enough to make your own decisions to answer the above questions, start writing. Your writing can be lists of words and phrases, free-form brainstorming, outlines, mind maps, whatever works for you. Just write it down, and do not forget to save often. If your home office is affiliated by cats or small children, they have the tendency to press on random keyboard keys. Documents do occasionally just disappear. Saving avoids total disaster.

  1. Study the products.
  2. Read the training materials.
  3. Read about decisions, bonuses, etc.
  4. Study the marketing aids and strategies
  5. Find out what free tools are available.
  6. Visit the forums on a regular basis. Read everything about getting started.
  7. Ask questions.

Your final written business plan will have at least four parts:

Introduction / background: history of the company and its founder, internet marketing trends, why THIS company and why NOW, and so on.

Goals: I suggest you think of what you would like to be learning in two years, but mainly focus on goals for your first year. Realistic goals can be planned based on info on the company website, in newsletters, searches on the forums, and focused questions to other affiliates.

Marketing plan: based on your answers to the first 3 questions above and your study of marketing aids and tools.

Action plans: the specifics of what you will do on a monthly, weekly, and / or daily basis for the next year.

I can not tell you what your answers should be, because you have to decide how much money you have to invest. Only you can decide how many hours per day, week or month you can invest in your business. What products you feel most comfortable marketing, and who you decide to target as your customer base, are all decisions only you can make. If you get stuck and do not understand a question, do not know where to find information, or do not know how to ASK a question, contact your sponsor or someone in your upline. If they can not help you, they should be able to send you to someonewho can.

You should NEVER feel alone. Work should be FUN! …

Common Causes of Cerebral Palsy

More than 500,000 Americans have cerebral palsy, a type of brain damage that impairs movement and can cause mental retardation. Cerebral palsy is one of the most common causes of childhood disability. Annually, between two and four of every 1,000 live births in the U.S. are affected.

The origins of cerebral palsy are rooted in congenital factors, injuries at birth or injury or illness within the first two to three years of life. Children with cerebral palsy may exhibit stiffness and rigidity in movement, abnormal muscle tone, cognitive impairment, problems with speech and seizures.

Babies born to teen mothers or women older than 35 carry a higher risk of having CP. Problems during pregnancy that can increase the risk for baby palsy include:

• Infections during pregnancy: Rubella (German measles), cytomegalovirus (a herpes-type virus), and toxoplasmosis (an infection caused by a parasite that can be carried in cat feces or inadequately cooked meat) all have the potential of causing fetal brain damage.

• Uterine or birth canal infections: These conditions may cause inflammation of the placenta, which can damage the brain of the fetus and lead to CP.

• Hormones: Use of estrogen or thyroid hormones during pregnancy have been linked to cerebral palsy.

• Drugs and alcohol: Illegal drugs, alcohol and some prescription medications, such as methotrexate, are suspected in fetal brain damage leading to CP.

• Other factors: Bleeding in the uterus in the third trimester, large amounts of protein in the urine and high blood sugar levels also may contribute to babies with palsy.

Complications during the birth also can cause cerebral palsy. These complications provoke brain damage in the infant and give rise to CP and its host of symptoms. Premature babies are at the highest risk for complications during birth. Problems include:

• Difficult labor: The trauma of a prolonged birth and oxygen deprivation for the fetus increases the risk. The early separation of the placenta from the uterine wall also can deprive the fetus of oxygen.

• Breech birth: When the baby emerges from the birth canal feet, knees or buttocks first, the potential for brain damage increases.

• Maternal infections: If the mother has a strep infection, for example, and this reaches the baby’s brain during birth, brain damage and cerebral palsy are potential consequences.

Cerebral palsy also can result from brain damage after birth. Serious illness or injury leading to a lack of oxygen to the brain can cause CP in infants.

Evidence of cerebral palsy may not emerge immediately after birth. Parents and caregivers may see the first signs of a problem when the child fails to meet development milestones for rolling over, crawling or walking.

Most people with CP have spastic cerebral palsy, which can affect either the whole body or specific regions and cause muscle stiffness and an imbalanced posture. About 75 percent of people with baby palsy develop some degree of mental impairment. More than half of this group has mild to severe mental retardation. The remainder can function normally but has some type of learning disability.

Erb’s palsy is limited form of baby palsy involving muscle impairment in the arm. Between one and two babies in every 1,000 live births have this condition. Erb’s palsy arises after a network of nerves near the neck, the brachial plexus, is stretched. These nerves control the feeling in and movement of the arm, hand and fingers.

This injury typically occurs during a difficult birth or prolonged labor. If the baby is breech in presentation or must be pulled from the birth canal quickly or with force, this cluster of nerves can be damaged. Most babies with this palsy recover on their own, but it can take as long as two years for the recovery to be complete.

Internal Combustion Model Airplane Engines

Although today, with the technological advancement of model airplane power plants, especially on the electric motors which now uses Lithium Polymer batteries, we should also learn the internal combustion type. Because without those miniature internal combustion engines, radio controlled airplanes and helicopters will not become a reality because there were no available electric motors powerful enough and batteries light enough to sustain flight. There are three main types of model aircraft engines – the glow engines, gas engines and the diesel engines. Although the gas or ignition type is popular on big birds (1/4 scale models), we will concentrate on the two standard size model engines. Glow engines are by far the more numerous and popular, faster revving and generally more powerful size for size. They are suitable for powering all types of model aircraft and are produced in three general categories – standard engines for general use; racing engines for competition models; and RC engines for radio controlled aircraft. Standard engines may also be used for radio controlled models fitted with a throttle control or RC carburettor. This applies specifically to smaller engine sizes. Larger RC engines are generally specifically designed to produce maximum power at more moderate revolutions than either standard or racing engines.

Glow engines have three particular disadvantages, although these are outweighed by the simplicity of operation and general flexibility of the type. First they need a special type of ignition plug, known as a glow plug, which can burn out and need replacement. They also need a battery connected to the plug for starting (and if the battery is 'flat' the engine will not start!), And special alcohol-base fuels which are a little more expensive than diesel fuels and also attack paints and cellulose dope finishes. For this reason, model aircraft powered by glow engines must be finished in fuel proof dope, or given a final coat of special fuel proof paint.

Diesels are self-contained engines that they need only a supply of suitable fuel to run. They are generally heavier and more robust than glow engines, so they are usually longer lying. They vibrate more and are less responsive to throttle control than glow engines, so they are not generally recommended for powering radio controlled models. They can not run as fast as a racing glow engine, so are less competitive in this respect. On the other hand they can be excellent power units for small and modest size free fight 'sports' models and certain types of control-line models. Diesels are produced in a much more restored range of sizes than glow engines. Very small diesels (smaller than 0.5cc) are difficult (and costly) to produce and can prove tricky to start and adjust. At the other end of the scale, diesels larger than about 3.5cc generally prove disappointing in performance. Thus diesel production is specifically limited to a size range from 0.5 to 3.5cc with the 1cc and 1.5cc sizes being by far the most popular.

Engine sizes – and how they are specified.

Engine sizes are specified by displacement or the interior volume swept by the piston in making its stroke up and down the cylinder (swept volume). In the case of diesels, displacement is always quoted in cubic centimetres or cc (mainly due to the model diesel originated in Continental Europe). In the case of glow engines, displacement are (nearly) always quoted in cubic inches (because this type originated in the United States). Manufacturers produce glow engines in a more or less standard range of sizes, originally representing logical steps in power output. These are 0.049 cubic inch (also known as 1 / 2A); 0.09 cubic inch (also known as Class A); 0.19 cubic inch, 0.29cubic inch, 0.35cubic inch, 0.49 cubic inch and 0.60 cubic inch. Quite often the cubic inch is dropped and just the figures quoted 049, 09, 19, etc.

Some manufacturers produce additional sizes, eg smaller than 0.049 cubic inch for powering tiny models, and intermediate sizes to cater for a particular size or type of model, such as 0.40 cubic inch for RC models. The need for intermediate sizes is rather more commercial than realistic however. Classification of porting nearly all present day model airplane engine are of similar layout, the main differences being in the method of inducting the fuel / air mixture into the crankcase and then transferring it to the top of the cylinder. Induction is controlled by a rotary valve, either a hole-opening into a hollow section of the crankshaft, or a disc with a hole, driven by the crankshaft. In either case, sheathe hole in the crankshaft (or disc) comes opposite the end of the carburettor tube, the intake port is opened and then closed by a consequential rotation of the crankshaft. The circumferential length of this hole determines the intake timing.

When induction takes place in front of the cylinder (through the crankshaft), the layout is known as front rotary (readable by the carburettor, or strictly speaking, the intake tube) coming in front of the cylinder. With rear rotary engines the intake tube attached directly to the back of the crankcase. Transfer of fuel and air mixture drawn into the crankcase to the top of the cylinder is controlled by piston movement opening the top of a transfer port (or ports) formed in the side of the cylinder. This porting may be conventional, or specially arranged to give a 'boost' to the charge to fill the cylinder head in the most effective manner. The latter is a reliably new development with model airplane engine and is known as schnuerle porting. It is now a feature of many high performance glow engines.

Things Everyone Must Know About Trigeminal Neuralgia

If we are talking about the condition called Trigeminal neuralgia, we are talking about a neuropathic condition. Unlike other health conditions that exist in the body, the patient could not have Trigeminal neuralgia without him or her her knowing about it. It is so painful that anyone afflicted of it is likely to know that there is something wrong straightaway. However, detecting the development of this disease from its early stages is not as easy or swift. Once the disease has progressed to the stage where excruciating pain is felt by the patient, then there is no ignoring it.

It is worth mentioning that trigeminal neuralgia goes by (or rather, is referred to by) several names. One such alternative name is 'tic doulourex.' Of course there is also the name prosopalgia. Yet another one is Fothergill's disease. The name of the condition, Trigeminal neuralgia, is derived from that part of the body that it affects, which is the trigeminal nerve. You may have noticed the use of the prefix 'tri', meaning it has something to do with the number three. It refers to the three branches of the trigeminal nerve. They are the mandibular branch, the maxillary branch, and the ophthalmic branch. If one or two of the branches become affected, Trigeminal neuralgia arises. The same is true when all three branches became affected. Since the nerves are found on the face, that is where the pain manifests itself. Aside from the eye and ear regions, even the nose region and the jawline feel the pain. The forehead, too, is often affected.

Statistically, it has been observed that tic doulourex affects women more frequently than it does affect men. Both men and women can get this condition; it certainly does not choose specific genders. However, women tend to get it more than the males.

The age of the person affected is also considered as another risk factor. The progress of this condition may have started at a very early age, but the manifestation (the pain) only occurs once they go beyond the age of 50. But this is not to say that it is inconceivable for younger people to suffer from this particular illness. Some diagnosis for Trigeminal neuralgia have been made young children, some of them even younger than 5 years old. But statistically speaking, for the most part, this is a condition which symptoms tend to be experienced by people who are getting on in years: after the age of 50.

When you treat Trigeminal neuralgia, you have to know that it entails a number of things. On top of the list would be having a handle on the excruciating pain. Trying to correct the neuropathy would come next. It is a daunting task, but soonheless very rewarding once it is done right. You would be able to correct neuropathy more successfully if diagnosis has been made early and it has been immediately treated right after diagnosis. In many cases, treatment of Trigeminal neuralgia is done by way of administering medicines and drugs. But surgery is considered by many to be a more permanent treatment, so that is what they choose.
