Treating a Candida Rash Naturally

Candida often remains in the body without causing any major problems. However, when the immune system is compromised this yeast can grow unchecked. This can also happen when an antibiotic is taken, or when there is a problem with a vitamin B12 deficiency which causes anemia. When Candida grows out of light, it can show up as an infection in many places in the body. The most common are the vagina, penis, anus, mouth, and sometimes around the finger or toe nails. There are times when this problem shows up as a Candida rash.

This rash is often made up of a large patch of red skin that may be very itchy and irritated. Pustules may form in parts of the rash, and in some cases, it can be white and extremely raw and painful. This rash will appear around the anus or the vagina in women, and can be on the penis and the anus for men. In rare cases, it may appear around the navel or the finger and toe nails.

Babies can have thrush in the mouth, and they may also develop a diaper rash that is from the Candida in their system. This is often something they got before they were born from their mothers. Because their immune systems are young, they may have problems with the overgrowth of this yeast.

There are many ways to treat this rash, and the main way is to get rid of the imbalance in the body. When the growth of Candida can be stopped, the irritations and infections will stop growing and can then be treated. Sometimes something as simple as eating a diet that is low in sugar can help keep Candida yeast at bay.

However, there may be natural ways to help get rid of the some of the symptoms, and someone who is experiencing a problem will want to find a way to get rid of the troublesome rash as soon as possible. Not only is it painful, it can be embarrassing when on visible areas of the body.

One of the best things for a Candida rash is to leave it open to the air. Although this is not always possible, it should be done as much as possible. This will keep the area clean and dry. This yeast craves dampness, so the drier the area can be the better. When clothing must be worn, it is best to wear materials that are loose, and ones that are made with breathable materials. It is also a great idea to get products made with natural ingredients when they are going to touch the body. Things like toilet paper and sanitary pads with added scents will irritate the rash.

When a Candida rash is present in the vagina or the anus, a simple bath might help it to clear up more quickly. There is a natural mixture of a half a cup of salt and a half a cup of vinegar that can be added to the bath water to promote healing.

When the rash is in the mouth, a mouthwash of apple cider vinegar may work well. Some suggest inserting yogurt or vinegar into the vagina, but it would be best to talk to a doctor about this before tempting to do so. If none of these remedies work, it might not be a Candida rash, or you may need medications to help you clear it up completely.

Soap and How to Clean Your Skin

Soap is almost the oldest way to clean the skin because it has been used for many thousand years. While water also clean the body, wash dirty oil from skin. However that's not enough for your skin. Therefore using soap should be better. But selecting appropriate soap can reduce side effect such as irritation, dry skin, rash, skin infection or chemical sensitive skin.

Soap has been produced from saponification process which is a chemical reaction between various oils and fats and caustic soda (lye or NaOH). It can be washed by water. There maybe fragrance or dye added for desirable scent or color. However natural soap will use only natural compound. Glycerin which is in natural soap will moistur the skin. While glycerin in commercial soap will be extracted for making moisturizer later. So this soap will dry skin and consumer need moisturizer.

Soap Type

– Hard Soap. White or gray-white bar when it's dry and cold. a soap made with olive oil, or some other suitable oil or fat, and sodium hydroxide

-Soft Soap. Like honey or jelly. Yellow. It's made of olive oil and soda

-Liquid Soap. It's made of Potassium Hydroxide. Sometimes hog plum oil, bean, cotton seed is added.

-Syndet. It's composite of moisturizer.

In addition, there are some kinds of soap with different ingredients depend on objective. For example, soap with triclosan and triclocarban is antibacterial soaps. Soap with lanolin moisturize skin. So selecting soap depends on skin type and objective.

Soap can irritate your skin. It makes skin dry or parched. In worse case, there are fracture on skin. However usually if you have normal skin, you will have no problem along you often use soap. So your skin will lose oil which covers your skin for chemical harm protection.

Psoriasis – A Serious Skin Condition

Psoriasis is a serious skin condition which causes much distress. The skin is dry, red, cracking with sometimes silvery scales that shed everywhere and the round, raised, itchy spots can affect your scalp, elbows, knees, stomach, groin, almost anywhere.

It is stubborn but treatable and the key word here is persistence. It is not a condition that just appeared overnight and it will take a while for it to be under control. Watching what you eat can be an important factor in controlling psoriasis.

Psoriasis is a metabolic disease meaning it affects the whole body and the body is saturated with toxins. To eliminate toxins they must be expel by the liver, filtered by the kidneys and leave the body either by the skin, urine or bowel. They can also be reduced by exercising which causes the body to perspire and by breathing deeply in fresh air. In the case of the psoriasis sufferer the body is that toxic that the skin becomes poorly affected and itchy leading to the psoriasis in the long-term.

In order for the psoriasis to calm down it is important not to have too many showers as this will irritate the psoriasis even further especially hot showers. Also do not use photographed soaps in the area as the psoriasis will itch even more and spread. Mineral baths though can be calming on psoriasis and seawater is good on the affected areas so swimming is good if the water is clean. Also let the sun hit the area where the psoriasis mostly occurs to give it a good dose of natural Vitamin D but take care not to burn the skin and if the psoriasis begins to become too red then go back indoors.

Regarding healthy eating it becomes important to put foods into the body that will create few toxins, help in expelling toxins and build up the general immunity of the person so they can fight the psoriasis. Emphasis needs to be on raw seeds and nuts especially sesame seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. Also eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits. Cold pressed vegetable oils are also important such as sesame and flaxseed oil. Avoid saturated animal fat found in pork, milk, butter and eggs as all these toxins and the toxins will spread the psoriasis even further through the body. Try not to eat refined or processed foods or those containing fat or white sugars which are not good for any of us let alone someone who has itchy, irritated psoriasis through their body. Also avoid citrus fruit especially juices but cranberry or apple juice is tolerable. If you are not prone to sinus or intolerant to yoghurt or cheese then you can have yoghurt or natural cottage cheeses as a dessert without it causing harm.

Helpful supplements for psoriasis from the standpoint of building up the immune system are Vitamins E and A, Lecithin, a Calcium magnesium supplement, Vitamin F (essential fatty acids found in flaxseed, sesame seed or soy oil), B complex, Brewers yeast, Kelp , Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids, Whey powder and trace minerals as in seawater. Good juices to drink are carrot, beet, cucumber, grapes and black currant but always remember to have half juice and half water due to the sugar content of juices being way too high if they are drunk on their own.

Remember with psoriasis it is important to cleanse the liver how ever do not begin to do this until you are sure that your bowel is working properly. No point in cleansing a liver into a clogged bowel that does not function. So to expel the toxins associated with psoriasis, or any toxins for that matter, you need to drink plenty of water – up to 2 liters a day, take a probiotic and prebiotic so the digestion is working properly, clean out the bowel with a bowel cleanse and then clean out and strengthen the liver. At the same time to help with psoriasis it becomes important to raise your immunity.

However if all the above is not done in balance then you will not assimilate the nutrients from your food or your supplements and you will still be battling psoriasis in years to come. That is why you need to consult a practitioner who can guide you through your personal, natural health program in how to handle psoriasis. A practitioner who can also take into account the mental and emotional impact of living with psoriasis for the length of time you have and can also help you to heal mentally and emotionally as well as physically.

Dogs and Noise Phobias

There are some important things that you need to be aware of when you are raising dogs. One of the things that you want to think carefully about is the idea that when you are raising puppies, working with various phobias that they might have is something that you want to do. Having a puppy that is scared of things can be tough – but there are some ways to prevent it from occurring in the first place. And, even if there are noise phobias that develop with you dogs, there are some things that you can do to get them over those noise phobias before they become a major problem.

Why Is It a Problem?

When you have a dog that has a noise phobia, you might be wondering what the problem with it might be. Well, if your dog is scared of something that is happening every day, like the television or the vacuum, it can really disrupt life as it goes, and it can make it really hard for you to get anything done. If your dog is scared of the noises that the car makes, it will be difficult to take your dog in the car, and if your dog is afraid of outside noises, your walks are going to be problematic.

How to Prevent It

There are plenty of ways that you can prevent noise phobias from becoming a problem for you and for your dog. First of all, remember that everything that you want your dog to be used to and to enjoy should be something that they are exposed to right from the start. Therefore, if you want your dog to not be scared of the television or radio, and to be able to hear the vacuum and the car without freaking out, you need to expose them to these things right away. Remember that you want to be sure you are showing your dog everything that you want them to be accredited to.

This works with other things as well. If you want your dog to wear dog clothes, for example, you should start having them wear the clothes when they are a puppy. This will prevent them from developing a fear or phobia of it, and it will be easier for you to work with your dog on the things that might bother them.

How to Deal With It

If you have a dog that has a noise phobia, you will want to make sure that you are doing several things to help get them over the phobia as soon as possible. The best way to get a dog over a noise phobia is to introduce them to the noise little by little. If they are scared of the vacuum, run the vacuum around them often until they get used to it. Do not kennel them away from the things that scare them, like the television or radio – instead, play those things at a lower volume until they are used to them.

Techniques and Tips to Cope Or Overcome Panic Attacks Or Anxiety

Your palm begins to sweat, your heart begins to palpitate quickly, you become very alert to the surroundings you're at, you felt the hot-flashes behind your back. Those who once felt it will certainly know that the symptoms of a Panic-Attack or Anxiety Attack. If it occurred more than once and you are always regularly worried about when the next attack comes – it is classified as Panic Disorder or Anxiety Disorder.

Is it going to last forever? Is it going to take over my life? The answer is NO!

I, the author, experienced my first attack when I was just 7 years old. Since that attack onwards, it has developed to a disorder. I did not know about my condition till I was 16 years old. Could you imagine? I suffered for 9-years – oblivious to it. When I learned about my condition, I consulted professional help. I was prescribed and told to take 20mg of Prozac daily initially, now I am only taking 5mg daily. And believe me – medication and professional help did not really help me at all. Instead, I put full dedication to research on my own attacks to make new findings on how to cope.

Ok, I will be giving a few of the techniques I have created from my findings. But before I do so, I need to give you some insights.

Our mind is a very powerful tool – believe me. And because of that, our minor panic-attacks can be amplified to a full-blown scale. The more you think about your attacks, it starts to get worse! So you need to prevent that! And how do we do it? The answer is Distraction .

Quite some time ago, I was waiting to take the bus to school. As I was waiting for the bus, my palms started to sweat and I became very alert. Immediately, I knew it would be worse if I kept on thinking about it. So I distracted myself by thinking: "What else can I improve my project? How can I improve it?" I was so engrossed to it that I boarded the bus and reached the destination without realizing it! I never even felt the symptoms of the panic-attack during the trip! Why do not you try it? Think of something relating to what you are going to do later. Or if you're blasting songs to your ears with your mp3-player, visualize you're the drummer, guitarist or singer in the song. Say you're visualizing that you're the drummer, visualize that you're in the concert playing the song and you are focusing on hitting the beats; and say if you're the singer, visualize or inhale and exhale as if you're singing the lyrics of the song. Believe me, the mind is a very powerful tool.

The difference between a person who does not have panic-attacks or anxiety with a person who has, the former is always busy thinking what he is going to do later or is totally blank in his mind. Whereas for the latter, the person is always thinking about his panic-attacks. That is why it becomes a full-blown scale.

Here's another technique I found, it is powerful! Recently, there's this lady in Yahoo Answers asking for tips to satisfy her Anxiety (or Panic Attacks) because she is going for a concert and wondering what if the attack happens during the concert. I recommended her the BLINKER . And it really worked for her, she gave me a feedback and my answer was chosen as the best by her. You can check out the link at the resources below.

The Blinker is particularly useful when you start to feel as if you jump off a building or on a rollercoaster ride – the uncomfortable stomach feeling. You need to have faith in this technique and most importantly, you need to feel comfortable with that uncomfortable stomach feeling at its initial stage. Believe me, once you do this, I can guarantee you your panic-attacks or anxiety will disappear! So how do you use the blinker?

When you blink, clear all your thoughts in your mind – blank it all up . Even if it is the concerns coming from your mind – blank it up when you blink once.

Please keep this in mind when you use the blinker – blink every time you have any negative thoughts regarding on your attacks. Because once you felt the attack or symptoms initially, your mind will start bombarding you with negative thoughts like "It is not working", "It is going to be a full-blown!" Egypt "I am going to die!". Keep blinking! Whenever a negative thought pops in your mind – blink!

Free & Easy Home Remedy Cure For Insomnia

Often in the middle of the night I have woken up and staggered in to use the bathroom and then maybe lurched on to the kitchen to get a sip of water. After all that nocturnal activity, I often found myself wide awake and would toss and turn when I went back to bed, unable to get back to sleep.

I tried the usual things to get back to sleep, such as counting sheep – or, in situations where I really needed the rest, I have taken a certain over-the-counter pain medicine, which works for me, but I certainly don ' t want to become dependent on them, and neither should you.

Then one day I surprised about the falling-to-sleep process – you know, What happens before one falls asleep? The first thing that occurred to me was how I often I fall sleep while watching TV. My eyes always get quite heavy then, and it is difficult to keep them open; you know what that is like. That is when I got my idea. I would make my eyelids heavy. Here is how I do that.

I lie in bed, my eyes open, and then I lower my eyelids, slowly, slowly, as slowly as possible, until they are closed. I do this three or four times. After the third or fourth time, and I have left my eyes closed, I can actually feel the weight of my eyelids atop my sleepy eyes, and they feel very heavy. Sleep usually follows soon after this.

So that is my insomnia cure. It usually works for me, and I hope it works for you or someone you know; but if it does not, trying it out has not cost you a penny. Best of luck and a good night's sleep to you! (WAIVER: I am not a medical doctor, nor do I play one on TV.)

5 Beard Care Tips For a Healthy and Natural Facial Hair

Ever have the feeling that you’re being poked – no, not by any external objects, but by your own beard? Especially prevalent with new growth – small, razor sharp follicles pierce the skin mercilessly.

Consider it a right of passage into beardhood. No pain, no gain. But you can have a little help on your own side. Even long-time beard keepers experience itching, scratching or dry skin.

The trick is – whether you are a newbie or a veteran – to respect the beard. Treat it at least as importantly as you would the hair on your head. So there are a couple of steps involved here.

First – when you shower wash your facial hair – treat it nicely, lather it up, massage, get the oils and dirt trapped below and rinse it out.

Second – when you get out of the shower use a comb with narrow teeth and brush your beard hair downwards while it is still wet. Make sure to clear out tangles, and groom it nicely.

Thirdly – apply an oil or a conditioner – if you have something especially formulated for beards, all the more better, and work it evenly into your facial hair.

Fourth – resist the urge to scratch your beard like it’s the world’s most itchiest place. Learn to ignore or use a soft cloth to take care of your itch instead of digging your nails into it.

Fifth – relax – your beard can grow naturally and easily, you don’t need to look after it every second. Every other day is a good schedule. Don’t over-brush, don’t over do it. Take it easy.

Chronic Grade 1 and 2 Ankle Sprains: Treatment for Rapid Recovery and Preventing Recurrence

Ankle sprains are common and can be a severe set-back to daily ambulation, especially for the serious athlete. They are graduated based on severity: 1, 2, or 3.

Grade 1 indicates minimal circulation, minimal instability, and little change in range of motion (ROM).

Grade 2 indicates severe pain and instability that makes weight-bearing difficult.

Grade 3 presents complete functional loss with little to no ROM. This grade of ankle sprain requires x-rays and possibly surgery.

The common medical approach for grades 1 and 2 would include taping or bracing the joint for added stability, rest, ice, elevation when possible, and reducing inflammation with NSAIDS (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs like Tylenol or Aspirin). The patient can expect weeks of rehabilitation with a physical therapist or athletic trainer. This is the standard of care which I only recommend in the absence of a chiropractic applied kinesiologist.

For the serious athlete, getting better quickly is just as important as preventing recurrence. Being pushed or tackled can easily result in a sprain and disrupt the surrounding muscles, but frequently the ankle just "gives way," without an external cause. In this circumstance, there was probably a pre-existing condition of suboptimal muscle function. This means the muscle does not fire as strongly as when asked. It's not a muscle strength issue, but a miscommunication between the muscle and the brain. In other words, the muscles failed to stabilize the ankle, it buckled, and the last line of defense (the ligaments) were stretched and torn. Medical doctors and orthopedists may be familiar with the concept of muscle inhibition, but few know how to fix it. So, most time and effort goes to healing the ligaments by immobilizing the joint. Physical therapists address muscle strength and sometimes serendipitously help with muscle inhibition, but often after weeks of treatment. This can be a huge training setback, an added inconvenience, and a greater expense for the patient. Frequently, the athlete is released since the ligaments have healed, but once once more to re-injury because the muscle inhibition pattern remains.

It is not unreasonable for a chiropractic applied kinesiologist to facilitate return to normal activities within one week, even for a grade 2 sprain. Fixing the muscles gives better stability than braces or tape, and the natural pumping of the muscles flushes out cellular debris and lessens edema (swelling). It is advisable to take a good Cod Liver Oil containing EPA and DHA oils as well as bioflavinoids to speed healing time. Spinal and extremity adjustment, orthopedic massage, and acupuncture / acupressure with the proper nutrition will less pain, speed healing, and rapidly increase ankle function. Breast Cancer Survival Tips For the Elderly

My grandmother had breast cancer 22 years ago. She gets checked every year to make sure it has not come back. Less than 6 months her breast cancer came back in her lungs and duodenum and it was stage 4. She was in the hospital for a few weeks, very sick.

They tried a mild chemo treatment and it put her in the hospital. She was too weak for the treatment she was not eating and she was not trying. They decided she could not handle the chemo treatment.

If you have a loved one in the same situation, make sure they eat even if you have to feed them. It is so important.

Hospice was called in. I stayed with her every weekend.

She required a lot of help. She could not get up on her own. She could not feed herself. She could not wipe herself. It was only 2 months, if that, that she went downhill so fast. All we could do was make her comfortable. Make sure she knew that was was okay for her to go.

My grandmother was always the classy type. She always dressed up really nice. Her dignity was going little by little. Something she never would have wanted. My mom said a prayer on Facebook asking God to take her that it was time for her to go. Mind you, she could not even speak to us. She could not let us know what she wanted. Fifteen minutes after my mom made that prayer on Facebook, God called my grandmother home.

We all knew that she was going to pass any minute. As much as you think we were prepared for her passing, we were not.

You can not prepare yourself for a loved ones passing. It does not really hit you right away either.

When you have a loved one that is sick, as sick as my grandmother was, please just make them comfortable. Do not force them to do anything. They know what they can do and will do it if they feel like they can. I was my grandmothers "little nurse" that is what everyone called me. I did not stay with her on the weekends and take care of her for anyone except her. I wanted to be there for her and my grandmother. I wanted to spend as much time as I possibly could with her.

My grandmother taught me so much about growing up in the 40's and so on. She taught me more about history than I ever learned in school. When your grandparents or parents want to talk to you about when they grow up, please listen. If you do not listen, you will be missing out on so much. These stories that they tell are a big part of their life and is something that you should remember so you can pass this stuff on to your children.

I have watched my mom cry for hours. My mom and grandmother were so close and now she feels lost without her. I do not know what to do or say to make things better. I really do not think there is anything that you can say to make things any better. I wish I could change things. I do not like seeing people hurt. I can not imagine what it is like to lose your mother. My mom and I have always been close and I know that I would be lost without her. We have to remember that God has a plan for all of us. My grandmother lived a good life. She was 86 when she passed away. My grandsparents have been together for 70 years, they just had their 63rd wedding anniversary 3 days after she passed. We believe that my grandmother was trying to wait for their anniversary before she left.

She is now with her son, Jimmy. He was killed when he was 18. Jimmy and his friend were riding bikes and Jimmy was bit by a drunk driver. It was a hit and run, so they never got any answers. At least now they are together. We will all be together one day. Until then we must live life and celebrate our loved ones lives that have passed on. That is what they would want us to do. Even though it is hard. It is hard not to cry, not to feel sad. We must remember that our loved ones would not want us to be sad, they want us to live life to the fullest and just remember all the good times with them.

Get your parents, great grandparents, uncles, aunts, siblings .. Etc. to write a letter to your children for their eighth birthday and put these letters in a time capsule. On your child's eighth birthday, let them open this time capsule. A lot of these people who wrote letters will probably be gone. Enjoy your family and remember that any day could be he last day you see someone. So, tell them you love them no matter what the situation is. Tomorrow is never promised.

Foods May Contribute to Rheumatoid Arthritis Through a Leaky Gut – The Gut-Joint Axis

Foods frequently blamed for food allergies and sensitivity reactions are also believed to cause or contribute to inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. These common foods are likely doing so through a process of gut inflammation resulting in leaky gut. This injury, especially occurring in genetically predisposed people, and in the setting of altered gut bacteria (dysbiosis), and immune stress likely predisposes to further inflammation and leaky gut. This vicious cycle is thought to allow toxic food protein-bacteria complexes to enter the body resulting in a variety of inflammatory and/or autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. A new study sheds some additional light on link of food intolerance to rheumatoid arthritis is reviewed in this context.

Researchers from Norway in 2006 published in the British journal Gut additional new evidence of the link between foods and rheumatoid arthritis. Professor Bradtzaeg and his colleagues at the Institute of Pathology in Oslo measured IgG, IgA, and IgM antibodies to foods. The measured these antibodies in blood and intestinal fluid in people with rheumatoid arthritis compared with healthy people.

The researchers performed blood and intestinal fluid antibody tests to the following food antigens: gliadin, oats, cow’s milk proteins (casein, lactalbumin, lactoglobulin), soy, pork, cod fish, and egg (ovalbumin). These foods are in the top 10 of common food allergens as well as food protein intolerances.

What they found was a “particularly striking (incidence) of cross reactive food antibodies in proximal gut secretions” as well as increased IgM antibodies to some of these foods in the blood. The findings in the blood were less striking than in the intestinal secretions. This is consistent with difficulties finding elevated blood antibodies to foods in people with rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune/inflammatory conditions despite a lot of anecdotal and elimination diet experience supporting the role of foods in these conditions. Interestingly, Dr. Ken Fine’s stool antibodies tests may be on to something.

The results, in their opinion, indicate that measuring blood antibodies to foods in rheumatoid arthritis provides little information about the role of foods in rheumatoid arthritis. However, intestinal antibodies not only show a “striking” pattern of elevation consistent with adverse food immune reactions but also that there appears to be a potential cumulative effect of multiple foods. That is, not only may some foods trigger an abnormal immune response resulting in joint inflammation but the combination of multiple problem foods may be a key component to this link. Their results support the connection of mucosal (gut) immune activation from cross reaction of foods to rheumatoid arthritis in at least some people.

What might this mean? This data supports the concept and the experience of many people that elimination of certain problem food combinations may be beneficial in preventing or reducing joint inflammation. This is both exciting and intriguing.

Multiple commonly eaten foods frequently linked to food allergies and sensitivities may be contributing to inflammatory and/or autoimmune conditions. These common problem foods or their lectins are likely contributing to the process of gut inflammation. This is likely causing gut injury resulting in leaky gut. This injury and leaky gut, especially in genetically predisposed people, may, in the setting of altered gut bacteria (dysbiosis), predispose to further injury. This then allows the entry of toxic food protein (lectin)-bacteria complexes into the body, especially the blood stream. The result is inflammatory and/or autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis.

This gut-joint axis is likely the same mechanism as the gut-brain axis and gut-skin axis that produce the myriad of symptoms and diseases we are now seeing. The associated food protein (lectin)-bacteria immune reactions in the gut are increasingly being blamed for the development of a myriad of diseases.

Much more needs to learned, but it is interesting that certain foods keep showing up as the usual suspects. These problem foods or lectins include the grains (especially wheat, barley, rye, oats, corn), dairy (casein), nightshades (potato, tomato, peppers) and peanuts, soy and other legumes. Diets eliminating or restricting these foods have been reported as being beneficial for many symptoms and diseases. However, definitive links are difficult to establish because of limitations of scientific research.

The foods implicated are usually limited in some manner in a variety of elimination diets such as the gluten-free/casein free diet, naked diet, paleolithic/hunter-gatherer or caveman diets, arthritis diet, low carbohydrate diet, anti-inflammatory diet, and six food elimination diet.

The Paleolithic or Hunter-Gatherer diet specifically recommends restricting grains, dairy and legumes. Various anti-inflammatory or arthritis diets usually recommend eliminating either wheat or gluten, dairy and the nightshades. The dietary approach to autism commonly advocated is a casein-free, gluten-free diet.

Despite lay public reports of great successes with such elimination diets, mainstream medicine continues to be slow to study the dietary treatment of disease. However, especially in the past two to three years more studies are appearing showing links supporting a significant role of food and bacteria in the gut and various autoimmune diseases.

How to Make Your Breasts Bigger Without Surgery

Getting bigger breasts is a wish that millions of women have throughout the world, but not many people know how to achieve it unless they go in for risky surgery. This is unfortunate, because getting naturally larger breasts is a LOT easier than what you might think. It just takes eating the right foods and doing some other things.

The problem most women have with smaller breasts is actually very simple. It's just a hormonal problem which can easily be cured. You see, the hormone that makes us women is called "Estrogen". This is a very important part of our bodies because when we go through puberty, it's responsible for making us grow our breasts and start our menstrual cycle, etc.

The problem with Estrogen is that the development of our bodies depends solely on it. This means that when we go through puberty, our bodies will only develop into womanly figures depending on how much Estrogen we have. And if we do not have very much Estrogen, it's often the case that we are not as curvy as many other women and our breasts are not as big. And in our image-conscious society, that's a big problem which can make many women self conscious.

Luckily, there's a simple way to make your breasts grow naturally. You just need to be able to boost the level of Estrogen in your body to encourage your breasts to start fill our and become bigger. And because Estrogen is a naturally occurring substance in plants and herbs, this is one of the easiest things you can do. To significantly raise the Estrogen level in your body, you simply have to eat Estrogen-rich foods. Foods such as Flax Seeds, Soy Beans and even Tofu have huge amounts of Estrogen inside (called "phyto-Estrogen or" plant-Estrogen ").

if you can eat the right amount of those foods, you will start to see a marked increase in the size of your bosoms. However, there's more to the story than that. Eating a bunch of Estrogen-rich food is not the only way to grow your breasts. You need to use other techniques, such as massages and exercises to focus your body's growth onto your breasts. And that's where you need to start coming up with your own routines.

What Is A Simple Ovarian Cyst?

The human body is an amazing machine, filled with complex organs and systems. One of the most fascinating systems is found in women: the female reproductive system. Understanding exactly how this amazing organ works can help explain a simple ovarian cyst.

This type of mass is often detected during a woman's reproductive cycle but is not necessarily a cause for undue concern. In fact, the way that the reproductive system cycles explains most of these instances of ovarian cysts.

How the Reproductive System Works

The reproductive system of a woman is comprised of three main components: the ovaries, the fallopian tube and the uterus; there are two ovaries and two fallopian tubes, each attached to either side of a woman's uterus.

Each month, one of the ovaries alternates the job of creating a mature egg, capable of developing into a fetus. The ovarian follicle swells as the egg develops.

At the right time each month, this cyst-like mass bursts, releasing the egg into the woman's fallopian tube. The follicle then becomes another cyst-like body, known as a corpus luteum. It then secretes the hormones necessary to maintain a healthy pregnancy.

As the egg travels through the fallopian tube, fertilization is possible. The egg, either fertilized or not, travels to the uterus, where it either implants or is shed in menstruation.

At any time during this process, there is some potential for a simple cyst to form. A simple cyst is also known as a functional cyst. This is because these masses occur as a normal part of the fertility cycle.

While a woman's body is supposedly to cycle perfectly through every month, there are occasional malfunctions. If the ovarian follicle does not release the egg, the cyst remains and may even continue to grow for a time. This can happen without any indications or symptoms. There may, however, be some pain and discomfort, especially if the simple ovarian cyst bursts.

A simple cyst can also become apparent if the corpus luteum does not dissolve. If pregnancy does not occur, the corpus luteum should return to its normal state, but that does not always happen as designed. This can also create a cyst that can last between one and three menstrual cycles.

Risks and Treatments

In most cases, a simple cyst is completely harmless. Even if your doctor does notice that there appears to be a mass in the ovarian area, they will likely take a hands-off approach.

Treatment and surgery can be invasive and the ovarian cyst will likely fade on its own as your body adjusts and corrects the issue. A simple cyst is most often filled with fluid, so cancer is usually not a concern. There is some risk associated with having a cyst on your ovary.

If you have a hormonal condition that causes your body to regularly develop excessive ovarian cysts, then it may be extremely difficult to become pregnant.

When a simple ovarian cyst is created, an egg may not be released and pregnancy will not be possible. If this happens frequently, then your fertility is greatly reduced.

In most cases, a simple ovarian cyst will occur without even being detected. These are usually normal masses that may fade on their own. If you find yourself regularly missing periods, you could have an underlying condition that is causing you to develop functional or simple cysts.

Testing can be done to determine if this is the issue, with lifestyle changes, diet and natural remedies used to prevent further issues.

Oral yeast infections are a common disease, particularly for teenagers and men. It is also known as thrush or yeast infection of the mouth. Usually, it is easy to cure with medication if it is not caused by a chronic yeast infection.

One common part of the body to get yeast infection, after the vaginal area, is the mouth. This usually is populated with lots of bacteria of whose balance is easily broken. The oral yeast infection looks like white patches on the mouth with red sore tissues. Some people may experience pain during mastication and swallowing.

Other cause of yeast infection on the mouth is taking antibiotics. As odd it may seem, the antibiotic can cause you yeast infections, and untreated or properly treated, this can turn into nasty ones. I say this from my own experience. This does not mean you have to take any antibiotics, but it means to take it when you really need it. For example, you can find other kind of treatment for acne conditions than taking long treatments of antibiotics.
