What’s the Difference Between Omelette and Scrambled Egg?

Eggs can be considered as a healthy and a tasty food that can be used to prepare many delicious meals. Out of the tasty food that can be made from eggs, omelettes and scrambled eggs are two popular food types that can be found in every corner of the world. Even though omelettes and scrambled eggs look the same, there are a few differences between them.

Scrambled eggs are basically the eggs that are stirred when cooked. But the omelets have some other ingredients included in it. That is the most important difference between an omelette and the egg. Even though the cooking procedure of scrambled eggs are easier than cooking an omelette, some amateur people in cooking end up in scrambled eggs when they try to prepare an omelette. Omelettes have some other food ingredients included to make it tasty. They are often flipped like a pancake to give more color. Scrambled eggs are just lose and an omelette is where all the eggs get together along with your favorite toppings.

The cooking process of omelettes and scrambled eggs slightly differ from each other. Normally people use egg beaters when preparing omelettes. Those beaters help a lot to avoid beating the eggs into oblivion. Water is added during the cooking process to add more fluffiness and the heat is supplied genuinely for a better cooking. One or two eggs are added to the plate along with medium heat and the other eggs are added to the center after a sometime. The other ingredients which are also called as topping are added when the eggs are in their liquid state. Then they will fit into the eggs and the consumer will get the opportunity to eat it with less hassle. Once the liquid form is gone, the omelette is folded while keeping it on the plate. Then the omelette is slid on the plate and it is heated until it gets the brownish color.

When it comes to scrambled eggs, the process is bit different. After beating all the eggs, a bit of whole milk or cream is added to make it more tasty. Some essential ingredients including salt are also added using a fork. Then the mixture is poured into a heated pan having some butter or oil in it. Then it is heated until it gets the brownish color under a gentle heat.

As you can see, the cooking process of egg is easier than the cooking process of omelettes. These cooking methods will slightly differ from country to country. Scramble eggs can be considered as a quick food because it takes only a few minutes. But for the people who need more tasty food with some toppings, omelettes are great. Eggs do not have the tasty things inside them like pepper, ham and other goodies. But for the omelette you can add whatever you want and make a delicious food.

According to Vedic Astrology it is possible to cure Diabetes completely by wearing the gems suggested according to gem therapy. One may wear Red Coral (on madhyama) along with Yellow Sapphire or Lapis Lazuli (on anamika) set on silver rings. It is possible to identify the disease, a person is having, or susceptible to in the future, using Astrological help. Once a person knows that he is susceptible to certain kinds of diseases, he/she could take precautions and preventive measures so as to either prevent the disease from manifesting or to reduce the intensity of a disease if it becomes inevitable. This is an example to show how Astrology can help the human kind to anticipate a problem and take preventive measures to reduce the pain and agony in the future. The purpose of this article is to help people to understand what diabetes is in brief and to help them identify astrological symptoms of diabetes in their birth charts.

There are three major types of diabetes:

• Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus or Juvenile onset diabetes or Diabetes – Type 1

• Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus or Adult onset diabetes or Diabetes – Type 2

• Gestational diabetes

Astrological Symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes

Type1 diabetes is a chronic (life-long) disease that occurs when the pancreas produces too little or no insulin to regulate blood sugar levels appropriately. In Type 1 diabetes, the cells in the pancreas that make insulin are destroyed, causing a severe lack of insulin. This is thought to be the result of the body attacking and destroying its own cells in the pancreas – known as an autoimmune reaction.

Medical explanation with astrological explanation:

The Insulin producing cells in the pancreas become weak (less resistant), when Venus is weak/malefic in the chart. This enables the virus to become active. The so called trick/cheating could be represented by Rahu. Next, research has shown that Type 1 diabetes can be transmitted from one person to another through a Bone Marrow Allowgraft, when the donor is suffering from Type 1 diabetes. Hence, it appears that a defective bone marrow seems to be connected to diabetes. It is to be remembered that, in Astrology, Mars represents Bone Marrow or Majja.

Hence, to identify Type 1 diabetes in a chart, Vedic Astrologers look for severely afflicted Venus, Mars and 5th house/lord (as pancreas is located in the 5th house of Kalapurusha), and afflictions specifically by Rahu. An expert astrologer can observe some kind of connectivity between these entities – Venus, Mars and Rahu even in D6 & D30 charts.

• To summarize, the Astrological Symptoms for Type 1 Diabetes are:

• Afflicted Venus (connected to a dusthana, or debilitated or retrograde, or in Papakaratari ….)

• Afflicted Mars (connected to a dusthana, or debilitated or retrograde, or in Papakaratari ….)

• Afflicted 5th house/lord

• Rahu afflicts both Venus and Mars in one way or the other

• Venus, Mars and Rahu are connected to one another, in some way or the other in Rasi, D6 and D30

Since the sign of Cancer rules the pancreas astrologically we can begin to see a picture of inherited disease perhaps triggered by viral infection at age three. It is said a strict diet can sometimes reduce one’s dependence on insulin. According to astrology there are strong chart indicators against the success of any remedial medical action. So take the help of astrology in advance.

Astrological Symptoms of Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes is the most commonly occurring diabetes. About 90% of the diabetics suffer from this type of diabetes. Type 2 diabetes results from insulin resistance (a condition in which the body fails to properly use insulin), combined with relative insulin deficiency. There are two aspects here:

• Relative insulin deficiency – Not enough insulin is produced

• Insulin resistance – Body fails to properly use the insulin produced

It is a well-known fact that pancreas produce insulin and in Astrology Venus is the karaka for pancreas. Hence, an afflicted Venus could indicate defective or under efficient pancreas. Hence, one could find a weak and afflicted Venus in this case also. But it is not mandatory as an individual with healthy pancreas could possibly get Type 2 diabetes. Hence, it is important to look for other symptoms which are mandatory for Type 2 diabetes. Insulin resistance plays an important role in Type 2 and is a mandatory condition. Doctors say that the primary treatment for insulin resistance is exercise and weight loss. According to Vedic astrology exercise could be read as strengthening Mars. Weight Loss (manage body weight) could be read as reduce the malefic effect of Jupiter.

How to control the diabetes medically and astrologically-

• Get physically active. Thirty minutes of exercise per day such as walking, swimming, biking, gardening, bicycling, strength training, jogging, and dancing can be a huge benefit in preventing diabetes.

• The ADA recommends a diet that includes lots of vegetables and fruits, fish, and lean meats, and non-dairy products. Vegetables should be non-starchy, such as spinach, green beans, broccoli, lentils, whole grains, whole wheat and carrots. Food should be cooked in liquid oils like polyunsaturated fats available in fish, tuna, salmon, olive oil etc. Instead of saturated and Trans fats.

• Diabetes Natives should avoid sugar as much as possible. This includes cakes, cookies, sugar sweetened soft drinks, chips, and full-fat ice cream.

• Stay away from salt and salty foods such as bagged chips and canned vegetables. If you eat canned vegetable, they should be washed in clean water.

• If diabetic are overweight, try shedding some of those extra pounds.

You have probably heard that drugs create a lot of trouble. They can damage the brain, the heart, and other important organs. Drug abusers lose their adequacy and ability to concentrate. They often find it hard to think clearly and make wise decisions. If you know how much you can benefit from a drug-free life, you will not even touch drugs.

Here are some benefits of being drug-free:

  1. First of all, you will live a healthier and longer life. Drug abuse leads to extreme weight loss and malnutrition that can affect both your health and family life.
  2. You will enjoy financial freedom. You can spend all your earnings the right way rather than spending it all on buying drugs or alcohol. Financial freedom offers a lot of benefits and is one of the important advantages of being drug-free.
  3. You will have the opportunity to live a respectable life in society. If you are an addict, your indifferent behavior and personality changes could make you a real burden for others and nobody will respect you, not even your friends.
  4. If you are drug-free, you can reduce the risk of sudden death as many drugs can lead to a cardiac arrest or heart attack. Haven’t we all heard about road accidents caused by people under the influence?
  5. You can be a better parent and a good role model for your kids. If you are addicted to drugs, they might dominate your whole life and tear your family apart.
  6. You can live a fear-free life. Addicts will do all sorts of wrong things like lying, cheating, and stealing money. Because of all this, they are always afraid of other people.

  9. Friendship can survive with reliable behavior, mutual care and respect. None of these will be there if you’re an addict.
  10. Creating awareness on drug addiction is very important. Due to lack of awareness, many people have no idea about the dimensions of this problem and hence our duty to help people understand how dangerous this habit actually is. Organize an awareness campaign in your neighborhood and show everyone the benefits of being drug-free. Surprise the attendees with a customized giveaway gift. Drugs that increase Blood Sugar Level

Let us look at the medicines or drugs that raise blood sugar levels and increase diabetes risk

1.Cold and cough medicines that contain decongestant like Rinostat, Coscopin B, Siokof-P: The risk factor is that these drugs contain pseudoephedrine, an active ingredient that increases adrenalin rush, causing the blood sugar levels to rise.
A better alternative in this case is Pseudoephedrine-free decongestant or inhalation remedies for stuffiness like Sinarest Vapocaps
2. Steroids (cortisone, prednisone) used for musculoskeletal and joint pains. These anti-inflammatory drugs can increase blood sugar levels making your body less prone to insulin. Better alternatives to deal with musculoskeletal and joint pains include NSAIDs (Zynac,Brufen, Elonac, Soludol, Indocap, Doflex etc)
3. Dieuretics: Diuretics that are used to treat high blood pressure like Lasik, Aquazide and Brinaldix can also increase blood sugar levels. These drugs can deplete potassium levels, interfering with the body’s ability to secrete insulin. The better alternatives for these include ACE enzyme inhibitors(Enam, Fovas, Linoril) and angiotensin II receptor blockers like Asart and Candesar.
4. Beta-blockers like Concor, Ciplar, Carzec, Lodoz and Tenormin to treat regulate blood pressure. These blood pressure regulators can increase insulin resistance. The better alternatives include angiotensin II receptor blockers and ACE inhibitors.
4. Antidepressants and Antipsychotic drugs like Cipralex , Real One, Nexito,Depnon and Fluanxol. These can increase blood sugar level and worsen diabetes that one already has, and lead to new hyperglycaemia. Go for drug-free options like Yoga or interpersonal therapy, instead.
5. Birth control pills that have estrogen and /or progesterones. These can increase blood sugar levels for women with diabetes; progesterone can increase insulin resistance. A better alternative in this regard is to go for hormone-free options like condoms or IUD.

High Blood Pressure – An Analogy of The Cardiovascular System

The cardiovascular system essentially consists of the heart, a network of hollow blood vessels (called arteries, veins and capillaries) and the blood that fills them.

In simplistic terms, the cardiovascular system conveys food and oxygen to every one of the 500 million million or so cells in the body, and dispatches waste products from the body’s cellular metabolism, to the appropriate organs for removal.

Understanding how high blood pressure develops makes it a good idea to at least understand how the mechanics of this marvellous system works.

The mechanical aspect of how blood is mobilised through the cardiovascular system may be likened to how gasoline is moved in the fuel system on your automobile.

The gasoline is stored in the tank at one end of the vehicle. The gasoline firstly has to be pumped by the fuel pump from the fuel tank via a large main pipe to the opposite end of the vehicle where the engine is located.

The fuel must also be pumped hard enough to defy gravity because the upper engine parts that require the fuel is located higher than the position of the fuel tank.

The fuel, which is still under pressure, then passes though filters which removes any impurities from it (if there were any). The main pipe is then branched into 4, 6, 8 or as many necessary smaller pipes that feed fuel to the upper parts of the engines that require it.

Fuel that is pumped in excess to the needs of the engine at any time is pumped back to the fuel tank by another system of small pipes connected to the pump, ready for another trip around this circuit.

If this mechanical arrangement did not exist fuel would simply sit in the fuel tank under no persuasion to move. The engine simply would not start due to fuel starvation.

The heart is to the cardiovascular system what the fuel pump is to the automobile; without the heart, blood would never defy gravity and be pumped upwards to the brain or the other organs; these organs would simply be starved of nutrients and die.

To continue the analogy, the arteries act as the pipe work that deliver fuel to the engine, and the cardiovascular’s veins act as the pipe work that carries the fuel back to the fuel tank for another circulation.

To complete the analogy, the kidneys, lungs and liver performs as the fuel filters do in the fuel system i.e. they remove impurities from the blood.

High blood pressure / hypertension occurs if for any reason the heart has to pump more forcefully in order to immobilse blood in the blood vessels. Typical reasons for this are due to blockages in the blood vessels or due to an increase in impurities in the blood.

Blockages in the arteries are usually due to a chronic build up of calcification and fatty deposits lining the inside of the arteries, effectively making the diameter of the arteries smaller and more restrictive to blood flow.

Imputites in in the blood is usually in the form of blood clots or a high incidence of cholesterol in the blood that both effectively makes the blood thicker and harder to pump. The incidence of blood impurities could increase if the liver or kidneys fail to properly do their main tasks.

Backbone Fever

Dengue fever is transmitted by mosquitoes, Aedes aegypti, that usually occur in the tropics. It is caused by 4 related virus serotypes of flavivirus. Backbone fever is another name for dengue fever because it can extremely cause pain. Mosquitoes usually bite at dawn and dusk but can also bite anytime especially in dark areas, indoors and during cloudy and rainy weather.

Incubation of dengue fever ranges from five to fifteen days before signs appear on the infected person. It usually starts with fever, headache, swollen glands, joint pains and rash. There is rapid increase in body temperature and low heart rate. Other signs can also be pain behind the eyes. Sign of dengue fever lasts up to four days and is followed by sudden drop of temperature and sweating. There will be a day or two of normal body temperature then a second rise in body temperature followed by pinkish rash on the skin with bleeding gums and red soles and palms. Clinical test will show result of low platelet count.

For Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), this is a severe case of dengue, will show higher body temperature and there can be bleeding of nose, ears, moth and blood may also ooze from the skin pores. It can also cause vascular leak syndrome in which fluids in the blood vessel leaks through the skin and goes into spaces around the belly and lungs. Blood pressure will fall due to fluid loss and can lead to Dengue shock syndrome (DSS). Dengue can affect other body organs that may lead to liver dysfunction, gastroenteritis, renal impairment and meningo-encephalitis.

Diagnosis of dengue is through clinical tests. Complete blood count will show low platelet count or called thrombocytopenia. Patients with dengue also show positive result in tourniquet test. There is also bruising, bloody diarrhea, vomiting, and bleeding. And plasma leakage is evident. In defining primary and secondary cases of dengue, Rapid Diagnostic test is used to avoid turning into life threatening fever.

Since dengue is caused by virus, there is no specific antibiotic to treat it. The treatments concern is to give patients relief from its symptoms. To prevent dehydration, supplementation of intravenous fluid and oral hydration therapy is recommended. It is critical to monitor vital signs too. Platelet transfusion may also arise depending on the severity of the disease. Rest is also required for patients to recover and regain strength for faster recover.

The use of no steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and aspirin should only be taken if prescribed by doctor to avoid worsening hemorrhage. Patients can use paracetamol for joint and muscle pain. Dengue fever can be prevented by interrupting transmission of the virus. Patients can wear long sleeves and pants. Netting can also be used. Use of skin repellant is also advised. Try to limit exposure to mosquitoes by avoiding going out before sunset and after sunrise. Emptying stagnant water from trash cans, tin cans, flower pots and old tires can also help in removing places where mosquitoes live.

There is no vaccine available for dengue fever so it is best to be cautious and avoid areas where you can get it. Seek medical help if you think you have the said symptoms for correct diagnosis.

Are the Obese different from others?

Obesity is a condition in which a person has excess of body fat. A normal person has about 30 to 35 billion fat cells. When a person gains weight, the fat cells grow in their size and later on, start increasing. A BMI of 18 to 24 is considered the normal weight, 25 to 29 are considered overweight and any person who has a BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese.

A proper nutrient diet helps people in maintaining the body’s calorie need. Rich source of vitamins and minerals help people in meeting their body needs. What makes obese people different from normal people is that normal people follows a regular nutrient diet at a proper time and do regular exercises, where as obese people take food at their wish. Physical inactivity is also a main cause.

While it’s long been known that it is better to be fit and fat than being thin and sedentary, now thinness has become a prerequisite of attractiveness.

Causes of being obese

Physical inactivity is one of the important factors for both overweight and obesity. Genetics, family history and age also determine the size of an individual. Eating too much of wrong foods, attitude, lifestyle and interpersonal factors are also important causes for obesity. Stress has also been cited to be a cause to many of the health problems associated with weight. Eating junk food and consuming alcohol are also practices generally considered unhealthy.

Obese people often face obstacles beyond health risks. Emotional suffering is one of the most painful parts of obesity.

Obesity can lead to social stigmatization and disadvantages in employment. Obese workers, on an average when compared to normal counterparts, have higher rates of absenteeism from work and take more disability leave, thus increasing costs for employers and decreasing productivity.

Some research shows that obese people are less likely to be hired for a job and are less likely to be promoted. Obese people are also paid less than their non-obese counterparts for an equivalent job.

Physical appearance is going to be very important these days. The desire to look good has made many people become judgmental towards obesity. Psychologically, being obese can affect your body image and damage self-esteem. People who are obese often face discrimination in the job market, at school and in social institutions.

There is a difference in attitude towards obese people as obesity is related to unattractive, lazy, and unhealthy.

Common physical problems include

Difficulties in Breathing

Difficulties in walking and running

Pain in knee and back

Feeling tired very often

Besides physical discomfort, obese people are at greater risk of getting diabetics, heart related diseases, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases and other health problems.

Common medical problems include

High blood pressure

High cholesterol

Diabetics, heart attack, stroke

And many other health related diseases

Overall, normal people are metabolically healthier than people who are obese or overweight. By comparison, among the overweight, more than half the people have two to more risk factors.

Even though there is a health risk from being too fat, you can eliminate much of the potential risk by exercising and nutritional diet. A conscious effort to alter diet habits and a changed lifestyle are the best methods to manage obesity.

Penis Growth Exercise – Build Up Your Penis Size, Strength, and Sexual Stamina in One Go!

Want to get a bigger penis? Why not make that a physically larger, stronger, and sexually fitter manhood for life! What may surprise you though is, no amount of tool or pill can help you achieve all these enhancements to your sexuality. Instead, the ONLY way to attain that gain in size, strength, and stamina to your male organ is through doing some penis growth exercises – using only your own pair of hands!

That’s right! While male enhancement products such as penile enlarging pumps, extender tools, and growth pills may cost you an inexplicable amount of money, they mostly only concentrate on growing the size of the organ. But we both know that in order to attain a better experience during sex, size matters BUT is NOT everything.

How strong and able your penis is to achieve and sustain an erection, and how to control yourself from reaching climax too early – these are 2 similarly important factors that determine whether you can genuinely satisfy all your woman’s sexual desires, or leave her in distress time and time again.

“Exercising Your Penis Results In An Increase In Its Size!”

Exercising firstly helps give your penis that all-natural bigger physique. The stretching actions performed in the exercise works by increasing the blood flowing into the Corpora Cavernosa (main blood chambers of the organ). Because the chambers each have a limit as to how much blood it can hold inside, the rush of blood breaks down the cells in them, allowing newer and stronger cells to develop.

Over time, this action of breaking down and growing new cells results in the Corpora Cavernosa having a higher capacity of storing blood in them. What does this mean? Of course, with more blood in the chambers, the internal surrounding tissues get to expand further in size, giving your penis that vital extra length and girth!

“Exercising Also Enhances Your Penis Strength and Stamina!”

As I said before, a large male organ is nothing without strength. Imagine a long penis that still remains flaccid no matter how sexually aroused the person is – what good would that bring?

By practicing the exercises, especially the massaging routines involved, you have the power to improve the blood circulation going to your organ. And based on science, having an improved blood circulation results in a physically stronger penis which is able to grow into a rock-hard erection when aroused, and stay hard for as long as you wish to… a definite visual stimulant for your woman in bed.

At the same time, properly exercising the essential muscles in your pubic area enforces your control over your ejaculations. This means you could go on having sex and reaching multiple orgasms, without even shooting off your load! Let me tell you, she would definitely appreciate how you can last longer and reach sexual climax together with her!

Lymphoma – Ayurvedic Herbal Treatment

Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer that affects the lymphocyte cells that play a role in the immune system, and primarily represents cells involved in the lymphatic system of the body. Lymphomas are of two types: Hodgkin lymphoma, which develops from abnormal B lymphocyte cells; and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, which develops from either abnormal B or T lymphocyte cells, and is distinguished by unique genetic markers. There are five sub-types of Hodgkin lymphoma and about 30 sub-types of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Old age; infections; medical conditions which compromise the immune system; exposure to toxic chemicals; and a family history, are risk factors for this condition. Common symptoms include painless and enlarged lymph nodes, spleen enlargement, fever, chills, unexplained weight loss, night sweats, tiredness and itching. Chemotherapy, radiation therapy and biological therapy are the standard line of treatment for this condition.

The Ayurvedic treatment of lymphoma is aimed at treating the tumor and improving the immune status of the body. Kanchnaar-Guggulu, Triphala-Guggulu, Panch-Tikta-Ghrut-Guggulu and Punarnavadi-Guggulu are used in high doses in this condition. The herbal medicines, Kanchnaar (Bauhinia variegata) and Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia), form the main stay of treatment for this condition, and these medicines too are used in high doses for prolonged periods. In addition, medicines like Indrayav (Holharrhina antidysentrica), Patol (Tricosanthe dioica), Kutki (Picrorrhiza kurroa), Saariva (Hemidesmus indicus), Patha (Cissampelos pareira) and Musta (Cyperus rotundus) are used, which act on the blood and lymphoid tissue. Triphala (Three fruits), which comprises of Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Behada (Terminalia bellerica); and Trikatu (Three pungent herbs), which comprises of Sunthi (Zinziber officinalis), Marich (Piper nigrum) and Pippali (Piper longum) are also very useful in this condition.

Hemgarbha-Ras, Bruhat-Vat-Chintamani-Ras, Suvarna-Malini-Vasant, Abhrak-Bhasma, Heerak-Bhasma, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and Bhrungraj (Eclipta alba) are used to improve the immune status of the body and reduce the lymphoma cells.

When combined with modern therapy, Ayurvedic treatment can reduce symptoms, reduce the side effects of conventional treatment, improve the immune status of the body, improve quality of life, and prolong survival. Prolonged treatment is required to get significant therapeutic results, and courses of treatment may need to be repeated in order to prevent relapses. All patients need to be under the regular care and supervision of an Oncology team.

Help! I Have Pimples, Rashes, Scars And Blemishes On My Face

Do you desire a clearer, brighter, more even toned complexion? Join the club. As a former cosmetic chemist, turned trichologist, I, too, have been plagued by acne eruptions, dark spots, frown lines, puffy bags, and pimples that are out of this world at this most inconvenient times. I often used the most expensive spa treatments on clients, often provided through samples and catalogs. However, many of these treatments, although made with good intentions, were just not delivering results for my clients, or even myself during my personal applications. To add insult to injury, many of these products were overloaded with chemicals. Now, I personally did not have a problem with the chemicals until one my customers explained her unequivocal aversion to them. Armed with new information from her, I went on a quest to mix up some personal herbal remedies and also seek some natural solutions that I could use on during facials, thermal facial massages, and the such.

It really isn’t hard to achieve more beautiful skin. The key, however, is to first recognize your skin type, your skin issues, and to love your skin! Your skin will never be perfect, but problems can be perfected. Plus, unless you walk around with a personal airbrush, as many of the stars do, blemishes and blotchiness, is just a fact of life. The wind, sun, rain, alcohol, and too much or too little sleep can change your skin from day to day. But, if you nourish your skin, especially with herbs, juices, fruits, oils, and butters, you can experience some amazing results.

Tip #1: Recognize your skin type

Okay, everyone has reviewed and toiled over this information. Do I have combination skin? Do I have dry skin? Is my skin sensitive? Is my skin oily or normal? The answer is yes. Your skin is most likely all of these from time to time; and sometimes, the environment or the application of makeup or other products can make your skin more or less of any of these. Your best bet to strike a balance with your skin and its skin type is to do the following:

– Find a cleanser that is NOT overdrying, but rather, balances your sebum production in the skin and also moisturizing. Cleansers are there to purify, not make your skin feel like the desert. Sometimes, people feel that the lack of oil on the face means your face is clean. But, oh contraire, my fair. In many cultures, oils are used to clarify and cleanse. Oil does not equal grease and despite all the hype about “oil-free” makeup and “oil-free” cleansers, many oils have tannins and natural astringent qualities. This means they are cleansing. Plus, from the Brazilians to the Mayans to West Africans, oils are a very important part of maintaining healthy, brilliant, clear skin. So, do your own research. Try naturally cleansing herbal formulas that contain astringent oils from fruits like grapeseed, orange, and even banana. Also, try products that have fruit juices, like lemon, apple, aloe vera, or lime. I personally love Beauty 4 Ashes’ Naturally Clear Acne Facial Cleanser and Facial Radiance System. The cleanse is a smooth and creamy and clarifies and exfoliates without extra abrasiveness without using chemicals. I love the naturallness of it and it smells great. The system uses an organic sugar facial exfoliator, which naturally contains astrigent and skin energizing properties, to smooth and purify the skin. Absolutely brilliant. It can be found in the UK at mybeauty4ashes.com or discoverb4a.com for the States. You may also try Shiseido radiance cream. Pairing the completeness of the Beauty 4 Ashes Facial Radiance System with the Shiseido Radiance Cream, the skin has a beautiful luminance and during the actual cleansing process, it is only fed all natural ingredients.

Make sure you tone and refine your skin after cleansing, this will help further clarify and refine pores. If you have large pores like I do (thanks mom), you definitely need a toner or facial balancer. Avoid facial balancers that contain alcohol. Alcohol is very drying. It disrupts the skin’s normal pH. A great toner is pure Aloe Vera Juice, which also has great healing properties. This will also help regulate your skin type, no matter the weather.

Don’t forget to moisturize, no matter what! Even if your skin is oily, you need to moisturize it. One, it will fight future wrinkles. You will be grateful for this as you age. I like B4A Natural Kojic Even Tone and Brightening Cream. I apply this daily myself before bedtime and my skin is also luminous the next morning. I give samples to my clients and it has done wonders for fighting future breakouts for them and also brightening dark circles and dark spots from blemishes on the face. It is pretty power packed, and best of all, it is all natural! A little dab does the trick and I am able to take credit for a great natural product without even mixing up the concoction myself. What bliss!

Tip #2: Recognize your skin issues

Target your skin issues. Sometimes, clients may a wham bam thank you ma’am approach to their skin care. They hear all the marketing babble and want do get rid of wrinkles, age spots, acne, dark spots, and have a dewy, fresh face over night. While some products multitask, you also must multitask and have patience.

Focus on clarity, tone, and texture of the skin first. These are skin issues that have developed and drastically effect the surface of the skin. Often, if you tackle these, your skin’s health will increase and your will have a brighter, softer, or dewy complexion. Find a product that focuses on reducing blemishes, have skin smoothing and even tone properties, and also have anti-inflammatory properties. If you want chemicals, I prefer Bliss. If you want all natural, I recommend Beauty 4 Ashes.

Next, tackle issues that affect the skin below the surface, such as collagen production and pH stabilization. These things to tackle issues such as wrinkles, scars, and skin congestion. Believe or not, the best way to do this is to feed your skin what it needs. While acne has not been proven to be caused by what you eat, eating right can definitely make your skin appear more healthy. Eating foods rich in Omega Fatty Acids, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K is very skin friendly. I also recommend client to begin supplementing their dietary supplements of Green Tea, B Complex, Sea Kelp, and Evening Primrose. The skin really shows the difference.

Tip #3: Love Your Skin

You may suffer from horrible acne now; or you may have crow’s feet that are never ending, but times changes and life continues to go forward. Do not live your life in a bubble missing moments of life and days of enjoyment because of your skin. You are more than a face. No matter how cliché it may sound, some of the ugliest people with the worse skin have become idolized in society because they have created an image of beauty and glamour that is only fictional, either through makeup and airbrushing or simply by exuding confidence.

Dirty Dancing Costume – The Perfect Couple’s Costume For 80s Fancy Dress!

As far as 80s dance movies go, Dirty Dancing would be my absolute favourite. Actually, even as far as 80s movies in general go, this would still be in my top 5.

Who didn’t love that raw chemistry and anticipation of a teenage crush on an older, sexy guy? It will be interesting to see how we come up with costume ideas for a movie made in the 80s, about an era in the 60s.

This would actually be a good “couple’s costume” with the two of you dressing up as Johnny and Baby. No doubt if you go to a fancy dress party as a couple, people will get who you are trying to portray more quickly, than if you were to dress as just one of the characters.

Baby and Johnny: How you do you call your lover boy?

– Black singlet, also known as a wife beater or trucker’s singlet. In Oz, you would probably use the Bonds brand.

– Black Dress Pants: The nicer the cut and higher the waist, the better.

– Black Dress Shoes.

Baby Frances Houseman:

– White long sleeve top, rolled up above the arms, and tied in front of the mid riff. You should be able to get away with a men’s white long sleeve business shirt.

– Fitted denim shorts, rolled up above the knees. Hot tip: Buy a pair of fitted jeans. Cut them above the knee, and roll up. You can get these cheap at the local charity clothing store, and to make it even more authentic, they will have the older, high waisted jeans, too.

– White sand shoes.

Johnny and Baby: The Final Dance Scene from Dirty Dancing.

– Black dress shirt, unbuttoned down to the chest and rolled short sleeves. (Bonus points if it’s fitted)

– Black shiny belt

– Black dress shoes

– Black leather jacket, if it’s cold

– Light pink dress. Ideally with a sleeveless top part, and full swishy skirt, just below the knee.

– Silver, strappy heels

This is not to be given to cardiac patients, pregnant women, weak and debilitated patients, high blood pressure. If the patient gets giddiness, he should be removed from the cabin and allow him to drink water and wash his face with cold water.

Full Wet Sheet Pack

In full wet sheet pack, the patient’s body is wrapped with a cold sheet and then wrapped in a dry blanket in order to regulate heat. The sheet must be properly fixed to the body. Back Pain – Rib Out of Alignment

Back rib pain can be one of the most uncomfortable issues. Maybe I should say that you’d be lucky if your pain were only uncomfortable, a rib out can really hurt. It can be in the middle of your back, or it can be in the ribcage in front. It’s not the spine, the pain is no where near it. Maybe it’s a cough pain that really hurts when you sneeze. And, what is this deep breath pain about?

Whatever it is, you want to know what it is and how to deal with it.

Most likely, it’s a rib subluxation — a rib out of alignment.

A rib out of alignment is actually a fairly common occurrence. It’s just that they usually go back into place on their own without you ever knowing that anything ever happened. Having a rib out that doesn’t go back causes the muscles to tense up giving you your brand new back pain in the rib.

The ribs have joints where they connect with the sternum in front, and with the vertebra in back. They can shift up or down, though they have a usual pattern. It’s when they get stuck that you have a rib misalignment that ends up causing pain.

You have a couple of options. One is that you can go to a chiropractor and have it put back into place. One issue people have with this is the cost involved. Another issue can be the pain a forceful adjustment can cause.

That pain can be avoided in most cases if you can find an activator chiropractor. An activator is a tool that knocks the joint back into place, usually painlessly. But, that still costs money.

Another option is that you could live with it until the muscles finally relax and the rib goes back into place naturally.

A massage therapist can sometimes get the muscles to relax enough that a gentle push will move the rib back. This isn’t hard, but they would have to know how to do it. Or, if they help it relax enough it might go back on its own like it might usually do, but then there’s that money issue again.

A final option is to put it back yourself. This really isn’t that hard to do, but it does take knowledge. You can figure it out for yourself, others have. The best thing about that is that you can always avoid the cost of an adjustment. And, the method of putting it back yourself is very gentle and doesn’t involve a crack at all.

So, if you have a rib out of alignment, let’s see what can be done about that cough pain!
