Lifting Safety – Preventing Workplace Back Injuries

One common workplace injury is a back injury. Back injuries result from undue strain on the tendons and muscles of the spinal cord or the lower back, and can often occur from improper lifting technique or from poor continual sitting position. Sometimes back injuries incurred at work can disrupt everyday life and cause long-term medical conditions. Despite the high risk of back injuries, most people do not take proper precautions to ensure the health of their back.

The most common workplace back injuries are lifting injuries, which occur when a person bends over or picks up heavy objects on a regular basis. Many jobs entail heavy lifting as part of an everyday schedule, whether these jobs are in the outdoors, construction, warehouse, restaurant, or office environments. Other jobs only require heavy lifting on an occasional basis. In order to prevent back injuries, keep your safety in mind during any lifting action at work. Remember that other back injuries can occur from the wrong type of office chair or keyboard position in an office environment, and despite the nature of your job, any serious injury to your back can have lifelong consequences

To reduce the risk of a painful back or spinal injury, follow these steps to ensure proper lifting technique:

  • Stand in front of the object to be lifted with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Bend at your knees until you are squatting next to the object. Focus on keeping heavy forces on your knees rather than on your lower back.
  • Get a grip on the object with entire hand, not just your fingers. You should have a steady grip that will not require you to shift the position of your hands later.
  • Slowly lift using your legs and abdominal muscles rather than your back, keeping your back and neck in alignment.
  • Once standing, do not twist at the waist while carrying the load. Instead, point your feet in the direction you want to go and rotate your entire body.

People who suffer back injuries in the workplace may be able to gain workers' compensation to help pay for medical bills and other expenses. In addition, workers' compensation can help pay for time lost from work in the event of an accident. Much more information is available about workplace accidents, workplace lifting injuries, and workers' compensation. The Truth About Nail Fungus

Nail fungus is one of the most undesirable topics of conversation in the world. You may have seen many advertisements for nail fungus treatments that have had you literally gag with disgust. Admittedly the pictures they show you of infected nails may be slightly exaggerated but if the truth be told, these infections are becoming increasingly common and the effects could be exactly what you have seen.

Nail infections are very contagious and it takes just the slightest bit of contact to have the fungus which then begins to eat away at your finger and toe nails. Without the right nail fungus treatments you could end up losing the nail completely as the infection will cause the nail to detach itself from the nail bed and eventually drop off.

That is the truth about these fungal infections. The nail will become hard and could go yellow in color. There will be debris under the nail once it has started lifting and without nail fungus treatments could cause a great deal of discomfort and embarrassment. That’s terrible if you had to shake a person’s hand and they recoil in terror just because of the awful appearance of your finger nail.

When one nail is infected, if nail fungus treatments are not used, the infection could spread to all other nails in time which will be unattractive in appearance, rather painful to experience. As a result, you will need more nail fungus treatments than that you may have been given if you only had one infected.

You may think that continual washing of hands may prevent yourself from fungal infections. But actually none of the usual hygienic methods will make any difference and you will still contract the infection if you contact with someone who already has a fungal infection.

Therefore it is essential to turn to NaturesPharma’s Nail Fungus Treatment–A Powerful 100% Organic Treatment on the Market, which contains a proprietary formulation of natural oils which have proved to be unrivaled in the elimination of nail fungus. One of NaturesPharma’s Nail Fungus Treatment—AntiNailFungus-Rx has excellent activity against the fungi causing nail fungus and strong inhibiting antifungal action which results in elimination of fungus without recurrence.

Very recent advances in the scientific understanding of the medicinal plant extracts in Nail Fungus-Rx suggest a much broader use of natural medicine to treat and cure nail fungus than science thought possible just ten years ago. As most standard treatments for fungal infections are not effective against fungus which has worked its way under the nails, the antifungal effects of this product are of increasing interest.

AntiNailFungus-Rx is concentrated with a wide spectrum of powerful antifungal plant extracts exhibiting a curative effect against nail fungus, as demonstrated by a wealth of scientific and clinical studies. Results are guaranteed—60 day money back guarantee. AntiNailFungus-Rx helps end nail fungus infections by directly attacking and destroying fungus population infecting nails and nail beds.

Results achieved with these products are more than convincing especially in view of the poor efficacy and side effects of treatments using classic synthetic medications. The use of medicinal plants is taking an increasingly greater role in the treatment of nail fungus as conventional medicine has few effective solutions. Powerless and faced with treatment failures, some doctors are actively seeking alternative effective treatments to resolve this inadequacy. Created by competent scientists, our nail fungus treatment provides real opportunities to safely eliminate nail fungus with encouraging measurable results.

NaturesPharma remains unique in combining extensive in vitro and in vivo research on the curative effects of medicinal plants utilizing the corresponding successful clinical application of these extracts in a conventional medicinal fashion.

Grills Outdoor Cooking – Tips To Enhance Food Flavor

Grills Outdoor Cooking is a favorite mode of preparing food in the open, especially during a camp or an open-air party. In grills outdoor cooking, heat is directly applied to the food, as a result of which, it attains the distinct flavor of smoke and flames.

The market is flooded with a variety of outdoor grills of different sizes, features, and costs. The most commonly purchased grills outdoor cooking equipment are those that require gas or charcoal for fuel.

Charcoal-fueled Grills Outdoor Cooking

This cooking equipment comprises three legs that surround a hollow hemisphere made of metal. A metal disc traps the ash, and the lower grate holds the charcoal. The upper grate holds the food to be cooked. Briquette, a substance that helps fire to burn, is also used in this type of equipment.

Types of Charcoal-fueled Grills Outdoor Cooking Equipment

The market is full of square, rectangular, and round charcoal-fueled grill equipment. Some grills have a lid, which not only protects food, but also allows consistent spreading of heat.

Certain models do not have a lid because it would be dangerous to use a model with a lid in a poorly ventilated area. Use your outdoor grills only in well ventilated areas, never indoors.

However, if the user manual specifically states that it is safe to use a grill indoors, you may do so. A grill with a lid enables better control of the heat and flames. If you have difficulties in keeping the flames alive, the lid comes in very useful.

The Advantages of Grills Outdoor Cooking

The biggest advantage of grills outdoor cooking is that food cooked in this way tastes great. It is the added flavor of fire and smoke that makes the food taste so good.

You need good food at the end of a hard day of fishing, trekking, hunting, or exploring. In such conditions, grills outdoor cooking turns out to be a very satisfying experience. It is great to sample grill-cooked food when you have depleted all your energy in the day’s activities.

A grill cooking equipment really enriches your outdoor experience. While purchasing a grill, focus on its portabilily; you should be able to carry it without any strain.

Zostavax – An Effective Vaccine to Prevent Shingles

Shingles or Herpes Zoster is a disease which people over the age of 60 or having prolonged illnesses will be painfully aware of. The usual symptom is a very painful rash which usually develops on one side of the body along the nerves that carry the Herpes Zoster virus.

Herpes Zoster originates from the Herpes virus, which is the cause of the common childhood disease chickenpox. After a bout of chickenpox, the Herpes virus still remains in a child's body albeit in a dormant state. However as age progresses and as the immunity system becomes weaker and weaker, the Herpes Zoster virus might overcome the immunity system and cause shingles. This is the most common reason as to why shingles is prevalent in adults over 60 or having prolonged illnesses that tend to waken their immunity.

The Herpes vaccine has been approved only recently by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to prevent the occurrence of shingles in adults over 60. This vaccine, named Zostavax, was developed by pharmaceutical company Merck and it has existed as a marketable drug since May 2006 after the FDA approved it.

Zostavax prevent the older population, who already carry the latent Herpes Zoster virus, from being infected by shingles. However, this vaccine is only effective when it is administered before the illness. It can not heal shingles once it is contracted, only prevent it. Zostavax is also effective in preventing the contraction of post-hermetic neuralgia.

This vaccine is actually a weakened form of varicella zoster virus, which is generally obtained from children who have this virus occurring naturally in their bodies. This virus has been tested at the Merck laboratory and it has been found out that it possesses no harmful substances.

Tests have been done to prove the effectiveness of the Zostavax vaccine. Over 20,000 adults over 60 were tested in a double blind test where they were provided with placebos and Zostavax. It was found out that the Herpes vaccine prevented the contraction of shingles and post neuralgia in more than half of the people tested, who had been infected by these viruses. The most positive result was found to be in the age group between 60 and 69 though this vaccine showed some positive effects in all age groups.

Like most of the drugs, this too is not without side effects. However, these side effects are minimal. The most common side effects are itchiness, pain, swelling etc. in the region where the vaccine is injected. But these side effect are temporary and therefore not a cause of worry.

Headache is another side effect in addition to inflammation in the injected area. But these headaches have occurred in less than 2 percent of the people who have been injected with this vaccine. There might be a very rare chance of emergence of the varicella zoster virus, although no such emergence has been reported till date.

Overall, Zostavax is an effective vaccine against shingles. However, it is best to consult a physician or a doctor about its usage.

Medial Collateral Ligament Injuries of the Knee

Medial collateral ligament injuries to the knee are not uncommon. Many well-recognized professional athletes, including Hines Ward, Knowshan Moreno, and Troy Polamalu, have suffered from medial collateral ligament tears after injury on the football field. These can occur alone or in combination with other ligament or cartilage injuries of the knee in athletes.

What is the medial collateral ligament?

The medial collateral ligament (MCL), together with the cruciates and lateral collateral ligament, is critical to the stability of the knee joint. The MCL is a fibrous band of tissue made up of collagen fibers that runs along the inner aspect of the knee from the end of the thigh bone (femur) to the top of the shin bone (tibia). In this location, the MCL provides “side-to-side” stability to the knee and prevents widening of the inner aspect of the joint with forces applied to the outside of aspect of the knee (valgus force). When significant forces are applied to the outside aspect of the knee, as can occur during a tackle in football or awkward slide into base with baseball, the ligament can be stretched (“sprained”) or torn.

The MCL is made up of a superficial and a deep layer. The superficial MCL runs from the distal femur to the tibia 4 or 5 centimeters below the knee joint line, and is found just below the sheath of the sartorius muscle tendon. The deeper MCL layer lies just outside of the knee capsule and inserts directly into the tibial plateau and medial meniscus. The superficial layers is much more mechanically important in resisting forces to the outside aspect of the knee (“valgus” force).

How is the MCL injured in athletes?

Because the MCL resists widening of the inside of the knee joint, the MCL is usually injured indirectly by traumatic forces in the outside of the knee. These are certainly common in contact sports from tackles or “clipping injuries” in football and soccer. However, MCL injuries can also occur from noncontact mechanisms such as awkward landing or pivoting events in basketball or slides into base with baseball. MCL sprains or tears can occur in isolation or in combination with injury to the meniscus, cartilage, or cruciate ligaments.

What are the signs of a medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury in athletes?

The most common symptom following a MCL injury is pain directly over the medial aspect of the knee. The MCL can be tender to palpation over its attachment to the thighbone (femur) proximally, at its mid-substance, or distally over the shin bone (tibia) depending on the location of injury. The pain may also be reproduced by stressing the knee with a force applied to the outside aspect of the knee (“valgus force”), attempting to widen the inner aspect of the joint and stress the MCL. While a valgus force is applied, the inner aspect of the joint line can be palpated – widening that is 5 to 10mm greater than the normal, uninjured knee is significant for MCL injury. Swelling over the torn ligament may appear, and bruising or general swelling of the joint is not uncommon. In more severe injuries, patients may complain that the knee is unstable and feel as though their knee may ‘give out’ or buckle.

Based on physical examination, MCL injuries are graded in severity on a scale of I to III.

Grade I injuries are incomplete tears of the MCL. The ligament is still intact but stretched, and the symptoms are mild. Patients usually complain of pain with palpation of the MCL.

Grade II MCL tears are partial or incomplete tears of the MCL. There is significant pain with valgus stress of the knee and palpation along the medial aspect on the knee over the ligament. Athletes with these tears often complain of knee pain or instability when attempting to cut or pivot.

Grade III tears are complete tears of the MCL. These athletes have significant pain along the medial aspect of the knee. Even deep bending of the knee is uncomfortable. These tears often occur in combination with other injuries in the knee, and complaints of “giving out” or instability with walking, running, or pivoting is common. A knee brace or a knee immobilizer is usually needed for comfort.

How are MCL injuries in athletes treated?

Treatment of an isolated MCL injury in an athlete rarely requires surgical intervention. Usually rest and anti-inflammatory medications followed by rehabilitation will allow patients to resume their previous level of activity. All MCL injuries, however, are not created equal. Therefore, the time for an athlete to return-to-play is highly variable and dependent on the severity of the injury.

Grade I injuries usually resolve without complication. They are typically managed with rest, ice, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications until the knee is pain-free to examination or routine activities. Most athletes with a grade I MCL tear will be able to return to their sport within 1-2 weeks following their injury.

When a grade II MCL sprain occurs, a hinged knee brace is commonly used to protect the knee from valgus forces. Nonoperative treatment also ensues with icing, nonsteroidal medications, and controlled rehabilitation. Athletes with a grade II injury can return to activity once they are not having pain to palpation or stressing of the MCL with a valgus force. Athletes can often return to sports within 3-4 weeks after their injury, but may remain in a protective hinged brace with contact sports.

When a grade III injury occurs, the pain usually significant in the acute post-injury period. Athletes usually require a hinged brace locked in extension and crutches to protect against weightbearing for 1 to 2 weeks. As the pain resolves, the brace can be unlocked to allow range-of-motion as tolerated. Gradual weightbearing can be initiated as well. Once the athlete can comfortably flex the knee to 100 degrees, elliptical and stationary bicycle riding can begin. Light running can begin once the athlete has regained their quadriceps strength compared to the opposite side, and sporting activity can follow as long as the athlete remains pain-free. Complete rehabilitation from a grade III MCL tear can range from 6 weeks to 4 months.

Rib Pain During Pregnancy

Rib pain during pregnancy can be a persistent problem, especially during the third trimester.  Your rib cage may feel mildly sore or extremely tender and bruised.    You may have discomfort on either side, or both sides, though it is commonly worse on the right side of the ribs.

Pain occurs in and under the ribs as your uterus grows.  Later in pregnancy, your abdomen becomes stretched, and your uterus stretches upward as well as outward.  Your pelvis and abdomen are becoming full, and your baby is beginning to press up under your ribs and chest.  This upward pressure from your baby may also make you feel short of breath.

This pressure on your ribs and diaphragm may also result in shoulder pain, because there are nerves in the diaphragm which can refer pain into the shoulders.  This pain can be very sharp!  It may also result in indigestion or acid reflux as your baby puts the squeeze on your stomach.

Additionally, as your breast become larger, they also place pressure on your ribs.  During pregnancy, your breasts may increase by one full cup size or more.  The extra weight pulls your shoulders forward and down, and places strain on the upper back, neck, and often results in pain around the rib cage.

As your body prepares for the delivery of your baby, your hormones are hard at work loosening your muscles and ligaments.  This loosening can allow your ribs to shift and move in ways that were not natural before, causing discomfort.  Your ribcage is not only loosening, but expanding as well, not only to make room for your baby, but also to help increase your breathing and lung capacity.  Even though you  may be feeling short of breath, your body is taking in about forty percent more air than it did before you became pregnant.

Rib pain during pregnancy can cause the greatest discomfort when you are in a sitting position.  Practicing good posture is especially important.  Try to make sure that you sit up straight with your shoulders back.  Slouching will compress your abdomen and result in more pain.

Try to wear loose clothing so that you do not add any extra pressure to your belly.  Try getting a new bra.  It is especially important to have a supportive bra that is not too tight.  Under wire bras may put too much extra pressure on your ribs.  Now may be a good time to invest in a good nursing bra.  They usually offer nice support without being too tight and will be useful once your baby is born.

Holding your arms up over your head can take some pressure off and provide temporary relief from rib pain by lifting the ribs away from the uterus.

Practicing doorway chest stretches can also be helpful because they, too, will help rotate the shoulders up and back, which can also help lift the ribs away from the uterus.

Stretching and prenatal yoga are great for keeping your body long and loose.  The less compressed you are, the less your rib cage will hurt.  Breathing and relaxation exercises may also be effective.  There are a variety of hands on techniques that can help to gently stretch and lift your ribs away from the uterus.  Applying these techniques to your breasts, chest and abdomen, can really relieve a lot of pain and pressure from your body, though you will need a friend or partner to help you.

Scheduling a visit to your massage therapist, chiropractor, or acupuncturist, may also help provide relief from rib pain during pregnancy.

If you are having rib and flank pain that goes through to your back, and or burning or pain with urination, you should contact your health care provider.  This could be an indication of a urinary tract infection.

The Penis Size Comparison – Big Or Small?

The minds of countless males everywhere have always wondered the question about penis size. Even if the issue itself has been resolved numerous amount of times it seems that there will never be an answer that will satisfy everyone. We have all been told about the myths and misconceptions of penis size. We are aware that the matter of penis size is merely subjective.

Yet the questions still ring in our thoughts. Does size matter? What do women really want? Is bigger better? The questions are endless! As long as there are men of different ethnicity, sizes, and shapes the questions will always come up in one way or form. However rather than just trying to “resolve” the issue, because it seems that it won’t happen any time soon, better to just compare the advantages and disadvantages, and let them figure things out from there. For most guys penis size is either “big” or “small” and that’s it, nothing in between. This penis size comparison will not focus on physical appearance, but to show that both sides have its own share of ups and downs.

Having a “Big” Penis

The Good:

  • Many men who are endowed tend to have more confidence, and in turn have no problem socializing and dating the opposite sex.
  • There is a feeling of power and masculinity. You definitely carry yourself differently.
  • There are women who do believe that size matters, and for that they are very lucky.

The Bad:

  • Confidence is one thing, but being overly confident and cocky (No pun intended) is a turn off for most women. Come on guys. You may have a large penis, but the world doesn’t revolve around it.
  • Sex can be painful for your partner. It has been confirmed several times. Some women in fact do prefer a smaller sized penis.
  • The common misconception that having a bigger penis means better sex is false. A big tool doesn’t mean better sex. Many women have experienced stronger orgasms with men who were generally smaller particularly in the average range. When it came down to it, overall sexual performance was preferred over size.

Having a” Small” Penis

The Good:

  • Some women prefer a modest size penis over a big one, and for that they are lucky.
  • Another misconception is that “smaller” men are not good in bed. Not true. Men who believe they are inadequate, tend to compensate with lots of foreplay. In one instance someone told me she experienced extreme pleasure simply because he was good with his tongue and hands. It makes sense seeing that a majority of female orgasms happen through clitoral stimulation rather than vaginal penetration.
  • In many cases men who think they’re small are actually average sized.

The Bad:

  • People who are not happy with their size tend to be insecure, and otherwise have a harder time dating women. Stop thinking about it. Chances are it’s all in your head. Lack of confidence is a huge turn off with many women.
  • As sad as it sounds, some women simply are not sexually satisfied with small penises, but don’t let it discourage you. Just move on to the next.

So what does this mean? It just merely shows that one is not necessarily better than the other. Having either a big or small penis both have their fair share of good and bad things. Some guys may want to enlarge their penis, and that’s fine. In other cases they may be too big, and women simply don’t want to deal with that. The matter of penis size is subjective. Every girl in the world cannot possibly think the same because they are all different. In the end it comes down to accepting what you have, or taking the necessary steps to change that.

Digestive Enzymes and Pre-digestion, Why are They the Key to Good Health?

This is the second article in a five part series devoted to digestion where we have been following a nutritionally poor meal, typical of America, from the mouth to the esophagus to the stomach. We have seen that the food enters the mouth where enzymes are added via sublingual glands. The meal then moves through the esophagus where it is warmed, and then to the stomach where pre-digestion takes place. We will follow this nutritionally poor meal into the stomach.

Food is chewed in the mouth and saliva is mixed with this food. Saliva is made up of an alkaline electrolyte solution that moistens the food, mucus that serves as a lubricant, amylase, an enzyme that initiates the digestion of starch, lipase, an enzyme that begins the digestion of fat, and protease, which digests protein. Most carbohydrates are broken down by the process of chewing the food and mixing it with enzymes. Hopefully that food had viable enzymes to mix with the enzymes supplied by the mouth.

Pre-digestion in the Stomach

Here is where the food that Americans typically eat leads us directly to disease. By eating mostly refined cooked foods with meat we let our body down. It is like a very good friend of yours is lying in front of you dying of thirst and you hand him a glass of salt water. It is water but it will gradually kill him.

Below I am going to trace the food’s path as it moves into the stomach, and see what happens to it and how it is treated by the stomach and the rest of the digestive system. This is information that few Americans know about. When I received this information my mind was shocked and I immediately changed my style of eating completely and for life. So please read and I pray that this powerful truth changes your life as it did mine. After swallowing the food, it moves down the esophagus, which is 18 to 24 inches long. The esophagus moves through the warm core of the body and is responsible for warming the food to close to body temperature, which is ideally 98.6. This is very important as enzymes digest food best at between 94 and 104 degrees. So, if the ideal situation exists in the esophagus (ice water is not added to the food) the food is warmed to somewhere between 96 and 98 degrees before it enters the stomach.

This food enters the stomach through the cardiac sphincter, which is where the esophagus and the stomach meet. An empty stomach is like a flattened balloon until food enters it. As the food enters the upper part of the stomach, it stretches and enlarges to accommodate the food. In fact, the stomach will enlarge beyond the size of the meal until it is fully inflated. While the stomach is inflating to its full size which takes somewhere between 40 to 60 minutes, pre-digestion takes place. Pre-digestion, is the food sitting in the stomach being digested by the enzymes that came with it. The ideal ph here is about seven, very alkaline. This pre-digestion is considered by many nutritionists to be the most important stage of digestion. This is where the enzymes from our food and mouth digest and prepare the food for absorption.

What are Enzymes?

Before we go any further I would like you to understand why enzymes are so important. The answer to this question is crucial to you understandingyour health. Understand this and you understand why the type of food you eat and the way it is handled is so important. Your energy, strength, immune system and all the systems of your body right down to each individual cell depend completely on enzymes. Without enzymes nothing happens in your body, or if it does it could take years to take place; essentially you are dead.

The enzymes we use are both produced by cells in our body and also brought in with food made by other living cells. These enzymes are proteins produced in living cells that affect chemical reactions. An example of this is a banana sitting in a bowl. After a few days, you notice the skin turning brown. That is the enzymes in the banana acting as a catalyst and causing a chemical reaction which releases energy.

Without these reactions caused by the enzymes the food you eat will not be turned into energy or supplies for the body. Here are just some of the other functions of enzymes in the body. All our vitamins, trace elements and minerals are dissolved down to molecular level by enzymes. Only at that level can they and our food be absorbed by our body. They also control digestion, cell growth, and wound healing plus the phagocytes of the immune system use enzymes to cope with pathogens.

Once the stomach completes the pre-digestive process, the food then undergoes chemical and mechanical digestion. Here in the lower part of the stomach, peristaltic contractions (mechanical digestion) churn the bolus, which mixes with strong digestive juices. These juices include powerful hydrochloric acid, which helps break down the bolus into a liquid called chyme. In addition, enzymes called pepsin and cathepsin are added to the juice in the stomach to break down most of the protein in the food. This process can take several hours depending on the meal eaten. The ideal ph here is about three, very acidic.

The hydrochloric acid has three purposes. The first is to break down mineral bonds from our diet. Now when they pass through our intestines they are small enough to pass through the wall to be used by the body. Second, to clean the food of pathogens by creating an acidic environment that destroys the pathogens. Third, change pepsinogen into pepsin, which breaks down the long protein strings that are the essential and non-essential amino acids in the food. These are broken down by pepsin into polypeptides, peptides and tri-peptides so they can be utilized by our body.

Once the food is broken down, it has the consistency of cake batter. This is called chyme and is released into the duodenum by the pyloric sphincter. If this chyme is properly prepared at the stomach your health is good and you never get sick. If the chyme is not properly prepared disease will soon follow and the person will find all their genetic weaknesses. This is why digestive enzymes and pre-digestion are such important keys to good health.

Diabetes – Treating a Worldwide Pandemic with Hypnosis Therapy

The incidence of diabetes, once a rare and obscure disease, has skyrocketed in the last twenty years and now afflicts tens of millions of Americans. While at one time experts attributed this increase to the increasing age of the American population, doctors are discovering that the disease is afflicting more and more children and young adults. And it is increasing exponentially in the rest of the world as it continues to emulate the lifestyle of the US. Diagnoses of diabetes are expanding worldwide at the phenomenal rate of a 50% increase every decade. Ironically, most physicians today already have a very good idea of those elements of the American lifestyle which create this epidemic. In a nutshell: refined sugars and carbohydrates and a sedentary lifestyle have been scientifically linked to this disease for years. In this article I will point out how these two factors lead to the disease. In the second I will describe some radical new methods that hypnotherapy can offer to help find the solution as an adjunct to medical treatment.

The facts of this disease are well known. In type One diabetes, often starting in youth, the body's immune system, for reasons no one understands, simply destroys the islets within the pancreas that produce insulin, the hormone that helps all body cells to take in the primary food for cell energy, sugar . In type Two diabetes, the insulin produced by the pancreas may be reduced, but this is compounded by the cells of the body developing a resistance to this insulin, unable to accept the sugar that each molecule of insulin is trying to deliver. In both cases the cells of the body are starved of energy. But the accumulation of sugar in the blood is usually the most dangerous effect of diabetes, and the definitive diagnostic indicator of the disease. This excess sugar thickens the blood, and thus slowly breaks down the entire circulatory system. Even when blood sugar is controlled with insulin, this breakdown of the circulatory system seems to be an inevitable consequence of the disease process. Some of the many results of this breakdown include erectile dysfunction, heart disease, and stroke, amputation of the extremities, kidney failure, and blindness.

In my previous analyses of various endemic diseases I explored how the function of a particular organ in a healthy body gives clues to the cause of an illness within that body part. We discovered for example that the epidemic of breast cancer is connected to the failure of modern society to support the role of nursing in a woman's life. The role of the pancreas is clearly about bringing sweetness into our bodies, helping us enjoy the energy of sugar. So we might guess that diabetes is a result of not enough sweetness in our lives. On the surface that analysis may seem counterintuitive, even wrong. After all, most people with diabetes are not short of sugar in their lives, indeed they are entirely too fond of sugary foods. In order to understand the real purpose of the Islets within the pancreas that produce insulin, we must examine the role of this critical organ in early human evolution:

Humans evolved as an upright walking ape at least three million years ago. As the world's first upright primate, we were designed to walk and run many hours every day on long foraging journeys, digging up roots, climbing fruit trees, fighting off saber-toothed tigers, and carrying children. Humans have lived on vast African savannas, dense northern forests, and even on the icy tundra of ice age Europe. But rarely have we as a species enjoyed the sedentary lifestyle of a lion or the comfortable grazing of a cow. The Islets of our pancreas were designed to give us that lasting and sustainable energy that makes us upright apes uniquely active. Through the power of insulin based sugar metabolism, a small amount of sweet food could be stretched out to last for days of chasing game on the ancient savannas, or keeping warm in an arctic storm. With the help of insulin, some of the sugar could be allowed into the cell walls, while the rest was stored in the liver for later use. It was a great system for primitive humans!

But things are different now with the lifestyle Americans practice and which we are exporting to an eager world. We are eating huge quantities of food, including large amounts of refined sugar and carbohydrates like white flour which were entirely unknown to our ancestors. And even as our minds can travel into the infinite and captivating universe of television and the internet, our bodies are sinking into a sedentary pile that is the veritable symbol of modern domestic bliss: the couch potato. So while our blood stream is filled with the fuel of activity, our muscles have become so lazy they are no longer able to eat it! And this sedentary life finally causes our pancreas to give up. Perhaps we can imagine the energy plant operator that is in the islets of our pancreas just throwing up its hands in despair with the cry "I can not manage this any more. I quit!" We can also imagine the bored cells of our body's organs and muscles looking at the rich sugary broth in which they float, and saying, "I do not care for any. I'm bored."

An interesting research result bears out my theory. Doctors have found that the children of primitive hunters and farmers from the third world, whose pancreases are especially tuned to survival in the lean hardworking lifestyle of that world, are more prone than the rest of us to diabetes, when they adopt a western lifestyle. It seems their pancreases need more time to adjust than those of the rest of modern Americans, whose ancestors have had over a century to adapt to these new conditions. Keep in mind however, that diabetes is a growing epidemic even in white society, as we descend deeper every year into a culture of conspicuous consumption and sedentary entertainments.

So, how does hypnosis therapy help us solve this increasingly dangerous epidemic? First let me make clear that hypnosis can not wave a magic wand to heal diabetes with some simple script or cute technique. Patients should continue to monitor their blood sugar and take their insulin according to their doctor's advice, until their blood sugar tests normal for days in a row without injecting insulin. This is the way some of my clients have conquered diabetes. Medical advice should continue to be sought out well into recovery. Avoiding most processed sugars should also be a lifelong goal of all diabetics in my opinion even after their symptoms are in remission. But with those provisos in mind there is much that hypnosis therapy can do to help these problems.

Part 2: The Treatments

In the first article in this series, I explored the rising epidemic of diabetes in our society, its terrible costs for our health, and some of its likely causes. In this article I will explore some of the ways hypnosis therapy can be used, in conjunction with appropriate medical treatment, to assist in healing this illness.

First we can enter the room of the pancreas and see what is there. What emotions have been stored there? What core beliefs from our childhoods tell us to give up this function? What traumatic memories are stored in this organ? Neither I nor my client can answer these questions. But with the help of a skilled hypnotherapist, the subconscious mind can give us these answers. I saw a young woman with type one diabetes, in which her body had destroyed her pancreatic islets. Entering her pancreas in hypnosis she discovered a memory of brutal abuse from her father against her mother. She begged him to stop abusing her mother, screaming at one point: "I'll give up all the sweetness in my life if only you'll stop hurting her." She then burst into tears. Minutes later I pointed out to her the enormous significance of this statement to her disease process.

Shocked at first, she was soon ready to change this core belief. To do this, I directed her to confront her father, rescue her mother, and angrily kick this monster out of her life. She then welcomed into her child's life a new inner father (who was in fact the new man her father had become when he entered AA and recovery!). His promise to her: "I will give you back all the sweetness that you deserve from a father, my dearest daughter." The results of this one session were immediate. Over the next week she reported a more balanced blood sugar and reduced need for insulin in spite of some difficult challenges in her work life.

Many other techniques can be used to explore the meaning of the illness. These are covered in detail in my article The Alchemy of Healing.
Somatic healing techniques can also be useful, after we have resolved some of these core beliefs and feelings. These are outlined in my article Somatic Healing. As one example, one client suffering diabetes experienced her inner healer, who was Jesus, operating on her pancreas islets, turning each islet from a bare rocky island to a beautiful tropical paradise with palm trees, flowers, brightly colored birds, and green grasses in abundance. For a week afterwards she tested her blood sugar levels without needing a shot of insulin. Then with her doctor's confused blessing she put away her needles and has been symptom free for five years. Yes, that's exciting. But she did a lot of other healings at my training first to prepare her body for this miracle.

Hypnosis therapy is also valuable in helping to change our sedentary lifestyle and lazy eating habits. Many hypnotic suggestion scripts can be used effectively to alter both our attitudes toward exercise and eating, and our practice of new behaviors in these critical areas of our lifestyle. I often suggest also working with a fitness trainer, coach, and nutritionist, reinforcing their advice with hypnotic suggestion to help my clients make these critical and often difficult changes.

In addition, I help my clients to discover their inner body wisdom guide. This guide is like a personal trainer that we find in the inner world that helps us focus on fitness. This body wisdom guide knows better than any external expert how this body should be cared for. With the help of the body wisdom guide we learn to enjoy the tastes of the fresh vegetables and fruits and grains and nuts that help our bodies become fit and strong. This guide can teach us the sheer pleasure of physical activity, to delight in running, jumping, panting, stretching, sweating, and, in short, playing with our bodies in sheer delight. This guide gives us practical exercises to help us reach our health goals. Result? If we listen to this guidance and follow it our bodies become leaner, more shapely, and stronger. Our cells start screaming for SUGAR PLEASE! And our pancreas is doing its job happily again. And suddenly we have all the energy we need. And did I mention … no more diabetes.

If you or someone you know is ready to stop just living with diabetes and accepting the terrible toll it will take on your health, if you are ready to conquer diabetes, tell your doctor you want hypnosis therapy as an adjunct to medical treatment. And call our Institute at 800 950 4984 to get started with your healing journey. But remember that this disease will not be conquered by some easy new technique or some new super pill. It will only give up its stranglehold on our lives, and our civilization, when we are willing to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to fight for our health and our freedom.
Good luck!

Raw Food Diet – How it Affects a Person’s Fertility With YANG Constitution in TCM Perspective

I. Introduction
A. What is a typical American raw food diet
The raw food diet is defined as a type of diet of which at least 75% of the daily diet must be unprocessed and uncooked foods or foods can not be heating above 115 degree of Fahrenheit or 40 C, including fresh fruit and vegetables and raw meats. A typical American raw food diet contains mostly yin and dampness pathogen, including mostly raw fruits, vegetables and nuts and seeds.

B. What is a person with yang constitution
According to traditional Chinese medicine, yang constitution is genetic passing through pattern which you inherited from either one of your parent. It represents in the deep layer in your body. A person with yang constitution tend to have
1. Red tongue
2. Red face
3. Constipation
4. Dense menstrual flow
5. Nightmare
6. Prefer cooler drink.
7. Etc

II. How raw foods affect fertility
A person with yang constitution may initially benefit from raw foods diet. Since the body is slightly yang excessive, raw foods help to reduce the yang, thus balancing the yin and yang imbalance. But over a prolong period of raw foods intake, it will cause yang qi imbalance, although, it is not severe than a person with yin constitution.

1. Spleen
Spleen is considered as an organ in aiding the digestive system in absorbing vital nutrients and convert them to energy for the body’s need. Although person with yang constitution may take longer and symptoms may not be as severe as a person with yin constitution, but over a prolong period of time in taking raw food diet, it causes dysfunction of spleen in foods digestion, leading to nutrients deficiency of which triggers the primitive brain function in diverting blood aways from the reproductive organ for energy conversation.

2. Liver
According to traditional Chinese medicine, people with yang constitution can benefit from taking a large amount of raw foods everyday to balance the excessive yang constitution in the body. But unfortunately, prolong period of raw diet deplete the yang constitution, leading to yang deficiency. While spleen is damaged due to prolong intake of raw foods, it interferes with liver function in blood transformation, leading to insufficient blood that required to support our body’ daily activity, causing irregular menstruation and weakening the reproductive organs in perform their function in conception depending how much raw food intake.

3. Blood deficiency
As liver is no longer function as it should be, caused by spleen abnormal function in absorbing nutrients to nourish the production of blood, leading to blood deficiency that triggers the brain primitive reaction from diverting the blood away from the reproductive organs, leading to irregular menstruation. in severe case, it causes absence of period, affecting fertility in women and reducing the sperm quality and quantity in men.

4. Blood and qi stagnation
Since raw foods are considered as dampness pathogen, it impairs the spleen function in controlling the interior damp-cold, resulting in qi and blood stagnation, leading to delay menstruation and menstrual pain and cramps.

5. Kidney Yang deficiency
Kidney is considered as an organ helping to moisten, nourish the organs and tissues. Prolong intake of raw foods may decrease the yang qi in the kidney, leading to symptoms of fluid retention, that interferes with function of lung in absorbing enough oxygen for our body, causing nervous tension such as fatigue, tiredness and loss of memory and reducing the production of progesterone and testosterone, leading to lower sperm count in men and abnormal in the yang phrase in women menstrual cycle.

The Relationship Between Fast Food And Obesity

Today, fast food becomes a way of life. Breakfast sandwiches, fries, burgers and nuggets all meant a greater risk of obesity and it can increase the chances of obesity by 50%. Fast food is not only fast, cheap and convenient, it also tastes good, making it harder to resist. Fast food contains high levels of sodium, refined sugar, oil and refined flour. This combination alone can be harmful to one health as well as cause obesity.

Some fact show that Fast Food Cause Obesity?

Many doctors and experts are concern about obesity in today, with the rise in obesity they start to question and study whether fast food can cause obesity. There are many facts show that eating too many fast food meal per weeks will cause obesity. Some of the facts are:

– Obesity rates is increase every year

– Many people choosing fast food as their primary food

– Cheap and convenient, fast food restaurants everywhere

– A lot of fast food advertisements

It is little wonder that fast food and obesity go hand in hand. There have been countless studies that show that fast foods are of poor and low nutritional value. The typical fast food meal consists of low quality carbohydrates, white bread, high levels of saturated fat and a sugary soda. Usually, fast food also has relatively low fiber content. Fast food has high caloric density, before you know about it; you will have overeaten and put on weight. So fast food does cause obesity.

BMI and You

A lot of researchers report that fast food can cause obesity; especially those families that choose fast food as a meal more than three times a week do run a higher risk of obesity and larger BMI's. The BMI, or body mass index, is a formula that doctors use to determine exactly how overweight a person is. A BMI of a number between 25 and 30 means the patient is overweight, if 30 or more is an indication of obesity. About 70% of adults in our country can be classified as overweight, and about 35% Adults is considered obese. These are very high figures and many of them having high BMI, when you know that obesity can lead to health problems, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

Our lifestyle choices also might affect our body weight as well. For example, if you and your family members visiting the fast food chains frequently, then you have a tendency to keep less healthy and high nutritional choices in at your home. The absence of fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains can make the effects of the fries and burgers that much more severe. Some study show that slender teenagers know how to take balance food, example if they choose fast food on occasion will balance that choice by consuming fewer calories the rest of the day. But overweight teenagers do not know or can not control to take balance food. While there is evidence to show that fast food causes obesity, it seems that other factors and choices come into play as well.

The Risk for Diabetes

Experts on fast food and obesity say there is now an alarming rate of cardiovascular disease and diabetes in the United States. These numbers have continued to rise in the past few years. A study found those who eating lots of fast food gained 10 pounds more than those who did so less often, and increases twice the chance of developing an insulin disorder that directly linked to diabetes. The sedentary lifestyle, are rapidly becoming one of the top causes for type II diabetes and coronary artery disease. The high carbohydrate content of fast food may cause the bodies inability to produce the amount of insulin needed to deal with the sugar levels produced after a meal. This may lead to increase sugar levels and block arteries.

Some Improvement

While some fast-food restaurants have begun offering healthier alternatives, including fruit, whole-grain bread, lower-fat fries, salads, as well as bottled water, rather than sodas.

However, this seems to be a rather weak and slow response, even though it is a step in the right direction. But, it does show that even the fast food restaurants acknowledge that fast food causes obesity.

Always make your good choice

If you are concerned about whether fast food causes obesity, you can take time to practice healthy lifestyle, make choices for healthy eating that do not have to include avoiding fast food all of the time. You can balance the occasional burger with plenty of healthy food options in between, and make sure that you go for regular exercise as well. With some wise and healthy choices, you do not have to worry whether fast food will cause obesity to you.

What's the Truth Behind Nutritious Cat Food?

Have you noticed there are now hundreds of 'experts' on virtually everything these days? That's mostly thanks to the internet, which really is a wonderful resource of amazing information.

Sadly, it's also an amazing place for misinformation.

Take nutritious cat food. Depending on how much commission the author is likely to receive will depend on how much they promote a particular brand.

Do you think that's a bit cynical?

Well, you need to be today, more than ever before.

In today's world, the dollar is king, with truth and health coming in a very poor second and third place. I do not count myself as an expert. I feel my 'expertise' lies in working out the truth about health, regardless of any income I may receive from publishing this.

So how can you be sure I really am interested in the truth?

Nature has been around for quite a long time! Over millions of years, animals have evolved and fine tuned their diet and their behaviour to their current highly efficient selves.

Commercial cat food, on the other hand, has only been about for a maximum of 100 years, and more intensely for about 40 years.

Humans may well have had an impact on the look of domestic cats, but look how well domestic cats fair when they go feral. As long as they have all their physical attributes in tack (claws, teeth, etc), they can adjust just fine to finding their own food.

Which means that humans have had little real effect on them, as far as their diet and health goes.

Add that fact to the lack of laws governing the quality of pet food in most countries, and you can soon see that commercial cat food is likely to be as far removed from the nutritious cat food wild cats eat, as it can be.

Many people are told that domestic cats have longer and healthier lives than wild cats do. This is difficult to prove as few wild cats ages are known. But what most natural veterinarians do know for a fact is that as soon as cats are put on a nutritious cat food which closely resembles a wild cats diet, health problems melt away. From allergies to leukemia, from kidney problems to infertility.

So I ask myself who is trying to convince you how much healthier domestic cats are? Could it be those people who want to profit by selling you inferior cat food or questionable medication to address the ill health as a result of the bad diet?

It seems almost too simple, to address the cause to cure the problem.

I remember reading of a medical student who became so ill she was confined to her bed. She had ulcers down her throat. She had no energy. She went from doctor to doctor, who prescribed antibiotics to antidepressants and everything in between. None of it helped, and much of it harmed. Her point was that not one of them had asked what had changed in her life at the time her illness started.

Finally she worked it out for herself. She had changed from good home cooking to hot dogs on the run. She stopped the hot dogs and her illness disappeared.

Diet is immensely important. Do not underestimate its effect on you or your cat. When you go looking for a nutritious cat food, check everything out that you can. Compare the food to a wild cats diet. If the food is canned, ask yourself, does a wild cat eat canned food?

If the packet of food has a long shelf life, how can this be possible? Are the preservatives used safe for cats, despite a lack of laws? Do wild cats eat preservatives?

If man disappeared tomorrow, cats would revert to a healthy wild life, eating freshly caught raw meat and bones. That's the most nutritious cat food. How can you better it?

Natural Remedies For Candida – Essential Oils

Essential oils are excellent natural remedies for Candida.

These oils are the essence, in liquid form, of plants, shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds. For pure, effective essential oils, a great deal of the original source must be used to generate a very small amount of oil. For instance, 6,000 pounds of the Melissa plant produce one pound of Melissa oil, and 5,000 pounds of rose petals produce only one pound of rose oil. This means that the oils are very expensive. However, only a few drops are needed for a therapeutic effect. It is important to note that if essential oils are diluted to reduce the expense, then they are not as effective.

Studies of essential oils show that these oils may help create an environment in which fungus, harmful bacteria, virus, and disease can not live. This is good news for the yeast infection sufferer. Essential oils contain oxygenating molecules, which transport the nutrients to the cells of the body. Without oxygen, nutrients can not be assimilated, leaving the body nutritionally depleted. They have been shown to increase oxygen by 21% in the human body. Essential oils also balance the pH of the body and maintain proper acid / alkaline balance.

New natural remedies for Candida research work being done by Bruce Tianio is startling. Tianio identified the electrical frequency of essential oils and how different oils affect the body and its defense system. A frequency monitor meter (his invention) rates the electrical frequencies of natural and man-made substances. He believes all disease comes from an altered body frequency. 24 Tianio further says that applying these oils to various reflex points on the feet and elsewhere on the body assists in returning a normal frequency rate to various organs.

Dr. Gary Young discusses further the electrical impulses in relation to the body's health. He states that the normal electrical frequency for the human body is 66 hertz. 25 Illness is evidenced by a lower body frequency reading, ending at 25 hertz when death overtakes. When the frequency reading drops to 55 hertz, disease begins. The onset of Candida is even earlier, when the frequency reading drops to 57 hertz. Additional disease sets in when the frequency measures 58-60 hertz. The good news is that essential oils have frequencies ranging from 50 to 320 hertz. Applying these oils can beneficially raise frequencies within three seconds.

Not surprisingly, the known toxic substances of caffeine and nicotine lower electrical frequencies, allowing disease to commence. In the yeast infection sufferer, disease is already present, thus the consumption of caffeine beverages and the inhalation of cigarette smoke causes further degeneration. One research assistant who never drank coffee saw his electrical frequency drop from 66 to 58 hertz simply by holding a cup of coffee. When he took one sip, it slipped to 52 hertz. The same nonsmoker assistant held a cigarette and saw his frequency drop to 55 hertz. One puff plummeted his reading to 48 hertz. In taking no redemptive measures, it took three days for his frequency to return to 66 hertz. Conversely, in similar scenarios of reduced electrical frequency followed by the application of essential oils, his frequency returned to normal in three seconds.

High-frequency essential oils such as the oils of cinnamon, cloves, tea tree, rosewood, and rose will all help to combat this illness. Rose, with a frequency of 210 hertz, is especially helpful as natural remedies for Candida.

Treatment and Cause of Ganglion Cyst

Copyright (c) 2010 Bruce Lashley

It is a single or multi-chambered soft tissue mass with thin walls that is filled with high-protein fluid. The fluid color ranges from amber to clear and located beneath the skin and can be attached to muscle tendons, joint capsules or nerves.

What are is the causes? The causes of these cysts are still unknown. However, it is suggested that they are caused by repetitive trauma or joint fluid projecting out of its contained area. In the case of repetitive trauma, the cysts may form if there is friction or excessive rubbing between a bone and/or shoe against a tendon.

What are the symptoms? These cysts can be found all over body. Most commonly, on the hand and wrist, then followed by the foot. In the case of the foot, ganglion cysts are the most common soft tissue masses found in the foot and ankle; in addition most are located on top of the foot. When a ganglion cyst becomes large, it may appear frightening and worrisome because patients may believe they have developed a cancerous growth. Fortunately, ganglion cysts tend to be harmless and painless and may even resolve on it’s own. However, if the ganglion cysts become large enough, it can begin to cause pain. This is because the enlargement produces increased pressure on the surrounding tissues such as skin and nerve. Additionally, large cysts can interfere with shoe gear.

How to diagnose? These soft tissue masses are usually diagnosed clinically. The podiatrist will test if the soft tissue mass has characteristics of ganglion cysts. These characteristics are that the mass is movable and soft.

X-ray studies are used in examining these cyst. The cysts are soft tissue and do not appear on x-ray, however, x-rays can rule out other diagnostic possibilities, such as calcified masses or bone invading tumors.

Diagnostic ultrasound is inexpensive and very effective at diagnosing and revealing the nature of the cyst. By studying the cyst with the ultrasound, the doctor can see the size, shape and the number of chambers in the mass.

MRIs may also be requested usually to determine the size and the degree of how much soft tissue is involved with the ganglion cyst. This is an expensive test and is most often used for surgical planning.

How do you treat a ganglion cyst? Non-surgical treatment: It is often difficult to treat ganglion cysts without surgery. However, non-surgical treatment can help relieve pain and symptoms from the ganglion cysts. Padding may be placed around the ganglion to decrease pressure and irritation to the area. Change in footwear may also be suggested to reduce friction and pressure to the area as well.

Aspiration of a Ganglion Cyst: This is done by first numbing the area with local anesthesia. Next, the site of aspiration is cleansed with antiseptic skin cleaner. Then, using an empty syringe and needle the fluid is pulled out of the ganglion cyst. After aspiration of the ganglion cyst, a syringe with steroid maybe injected. Also, it must be noted that there is a high risk of recurrence of the ganglion cyst after aspiration.

Surgical treatment: Surgery as a treatment for ganglion cysts is only considered if conservative treatment failed, the ganglion is recurring, or there is significant pain. Surgical removal of a ganglion cyst consists of removing the entire ganglion wall and surrounding soft tissue that is associated with the ganglion cyst. Since surrounding soft tissue needs to be removed, the incision site will need to be longer then the cyst. Pain, swelling, numbness, or tingling may occur after the surgery. As with aspiration procedure noted above, it must be noted that there is risk of recurrence rate after surgery as well.

Psoriasis and the Diet – Whole Foods and Organic Foods

Since the age of around 25 years old, my dad suffered from really bad psoriasis with very visible plaques on his scalp, elbows, knuckles and even on his back. Having been to the doctors on countless occasions he was always prescribed medication, shampoos and range of topical lotions to improve the condition. This medication didn’t work, at best it controlled outbreaks but in terms of curing the condition – it didn’t even come close.

His Story

So around 2 years ago he finally took my advice (after many years of refusal) and took matters into his own hands to try and find ways of combating the condition naturally, by considering the root cause of the problem and addressing it. Today, he’s clear, and the journey from severe psoriasis to being clear was around 3 months. All our research and effort to help him clear the psoriasis paid dividends and his life is so much better for it.

In this article I cover one factor that made a huge difference to his condition.

The root cause of psoriasis

Psoriasis is caused by excessive development in the bottom layers of skin that push themselves to the surface and cause significant inflammation.

Toxicity

Toxicity in the body is caused by a wide variety of different things – the air we breathe, the water we drink, the clothes we wear, the chemicals that touch us. But one of the main causes of toxicity is a poor diet. Dermatologists are now starting to agree about the link between toxicity and psoriasis.

What we Found

A diet full of whole organic foods is one of the few factors that really helped to control and prevent the onset of psoriasis. Processed foods such as most cereals, pizzas, chocolates and other highly toxic foods such as red meat and excessive amounts of dairy should be replaced with oats, wheat, wholegrain bread, pasta, potatoes and fibrous vegetables.

Another small trick we added to his diet was to increase the amount of water that was drunk throughout the day. Water can help the liver, kidneys and bowels by flushing toxic out of the body. He drunk a pint of water as soon as he woke up, one pint at lunchtime and one in the evening with smaller amounts between.

By removing these from the diet we noticed a significant drop in the number and severity of plaques within the first week. Not only that, but complexion of the skin and his general well being improved greatly too.

That shows that my dad’s toxicity was highly linked to diet. For you that might not be the case, but there is no way of proving what is the cause of the toxicity in your blood so process of elimination is the logical way to solve it.
