A few days back I had a patient walk into my clinic asking for chiropractic treatment for lower back pain. He was bent over 30 degrees from the waist and was experiencing severe pain. He said “I have trouble standing as well as sitting down. I am not able to do my daily activities and I the pain is excruciating. Can you please help me?” This is a common scenario in my office now days with more and more patients facing lower back pain. Generally the patients have no idea about the cause of their back pain.
