You've Gotta Be Kidding, Right?
Questions from People Afraid of Being Diagnosed with Cancer, Heart Disease
Q: I am afraid of being diagnosed with cancer, cardiovascular disease, or diabetes. Many of my friends have contracted these scary diseases and some have even died. Is not there some way to prevent cancer, prevent cardiovascular disease, or prevent Type 2 Diabetes?
A: Based upon more than 354,000 healthcare studies, there is indeed a very simple, natural way to prevent these age-related degenerative diseases. Yes, these diseases are absolutely preventable.
Q: So you are saying that age-related diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease are preventable? This is astounding news! Why do you think more Americans are not aware of this fact?
A: The problem is that no one in our healthcare system, which is really a disease care system that treats these diseases once you have contracted them, is telling us how to prevent them in the first place. This is probably because there is much more money to be made in treating these terrifying diseases than in preventing them. I look at this situation as an astonishing failure of our healthcare system, that's right, a failure. I would imagine that an enormous number of people would take steps to protect their health if they knew that such protection exists right under their fingertips.
Q: So why are we contracting these horrible diseases and how do we prevent them?
A: Well, the major reason we Americans are contracting cancer, heart disease, strokes, and diabetes is because of our fast-paced lifestyle. Our bodies were not designed for such a lifestyle. I recently saw an episode of the Dr. Oz Show on TV where he determined the disease readiness of the people in his audience using a new type of scientific scan, and over 85% of his audience was unprepared healthwise to prevent major diseases. This is typical of our society today. We are eating the wrong foods, overweight, not getting enough exercise, we are stressed out and sleep deprived, and we do not get enough dietary supplements.
Q: What do you recommend for people to improve their health and prevent cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, macular degeneration, osteopororis, and other often fatal diseases?
A: To achieve the goals of improved health, energy, and disease protection we must do the following.
# 1: We must lose weight into the healthy range, which is a body mass index (BMI) of 23 or less.
# 2: We must begin a program of moderate exercise after consultation with our doctor.
# 3: We must replace unhealthy foods with healthy ones. Reduce or eliminate fatty and fried foods, dairy products, meat, and sugary foods. Increase raw foods such as fruits and vegetables, nuts, soy products such as soy milk.
# 4: Eliminate high protein and fat diets. High protein diets result in the reduction of calcium, which leads to bone degenerative diseases such as osteoporosis.
# 5: Chew our food more completely, which leads to improved digestion and fewer cases of colon cancer and diverticulitis.
# 6: Get a scan of your antioxidant levels using a new, scientifically-proven scanner that scans the palm of your hand quickly and painlessly in your own home. The scan results will tell you how well you are preventing diseases and also the effects of any lifestyle change in diet, exercise, stress, sleep habits, etc.
# 7: Take dietary supplements of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The scanner mentioned above will tell you how effective these supplements are, as they all do not work well enough to prevent these diseases.
