Food, Insomnia – What Does One Have to Do With the Other?

Many people experience difficulties in falling asleep or staying asleep due to their diets. For some people, an allergy is the factor in food-related insomnia. While you may be allergic to a specific kind of food, allergies are more commonly related to additives, such as chemicals, dyes, or preservatives. Your physician can help you to determine if you have a food allergy which is causing or contributing to your insomnia.
