Coriander essential oil’s anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties make it a useful addition to a sports massage blend to promote circulation and relieve muscle ache, joint pain and stiffness. May help ease rheumatism and neuralgia type pain.
SOOTHING MASSAGE OIL BLEND:
Half fill a 4 OZ dispensing bottle with your choice of pure vegetable carrier oil. I recommend Pure Light Coconut Oil or filtered Jojoba Oil.
ADD PURE ESSENTIAL OILS (40-60 Drops total). Please choose 2-3 oils from this list of recommended essential oils to use in a blend with Coriander oil (Frankincense, Atlas Cedarwood, Rose Geranium, Cypress, Juniperberry, Ginger, and Black Pepper. Black Pepper and Ginger are “Hot” oils, please use less than 1% in your blend. Fill your dispensing bottle with carrier oil. Shake well and allow oils to synergize for 24 hours or more as time permits.
